The venue was in a great location to everything that we needed - train lines, shopping, bus stop at Ann St. Perfect stay if going to concerts etc. The room was lovely, beds were perfect and soft and the staff were lovely. Only issue was the parking, the parking near the venue was super squashy and near impossible to park in. We then had the option to park in Tank st, and there were plenty of parks there however it was a big walk with luggage. There were also no parks near reception to drop luggage off initially so there was conjestion during check in and check out times.

We loved the clean comfortable room, the beautiful friendly staff and the wonderful breakfast buffet. The restaurant was only available for breakfast while we stayed. The shower always overflowed into the rest of the bathroom so we couldn't reuse our towels as we had to mop it up. Another small thing - it would have been good to have some freeweights in the gym and some better floor mats as they were disintegrating.

My daughter and I had a lovely last minute 4 night break in Brisbane and were so glad we found Voco hotel. The location was perfect and we enjoyed shops, the museum, State Library and art gallery. Seeing the fireworks on NYE from our window was amazing. We had fantastic service from Jo who was an exceptional person. We enjoyed the pool and lots of room service.

The room was well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The only item stocked was water, tea and coffee. The aircon was set to 21.5 which I found too hot and when I tried to change it, it would go back to that temperature, so the room felt stuffy as the windows do not open. One lift is permanently out of order and has been for 6 months as a staff member told me. This was a problem on the weekend as the hotel hosted two full football teams, making it hard to use the lift. Breakfast was included and this was really good, with full hot breakfast, omelette station, cold cuts, fruit and cereal. One nice touch was the gluten free bread station, complete with toaster, which was kept separate from contamination, very thoughtful. At present North Quay is undergoing roadworks for the Brisbane Metro, not the hotel's fault, but made it harder to get to and from the hotel. It's an easy 15 minute walk from Central Station, the nearest train station. For the price, the hotel was fine.

Hotel was great, location is convenient. Although they currentlu have road works happening out the front for the new metro, so the path is closed, so you do need to walk a block back to get around to the walking bridge to southbank. Room was spacious, however very dusty.

I expected so much more. The staff were great but the bathroom in the bedroom was terrible. The carpets in the hallway on the 10th floor were very dirty. I could go into much more detail but suffice to say that it wasnt a pleasant stay overall.

The room was clean with a great view. The amenities within the room were average eg no snacks or biscuits to have with tea or coffee. Accessing the tv and Netflix was complicated and tv remote seemed to have flat battery. Shower and toilet area tight. Staff were courteous and overall location and hotel good.

Location was fantastic. If you had bigger than a sedan eg 4x4 you couldn't fit in the carpark. A bit shabby getting to your car also. And we did not like the bathrooms. They were clean however you needed a toilet brush almost every time you did no 2's the bathroom door would not stay open and the shower leaked allover the floor.

The bed was very comfortable and room service was excellent. Reception staff were very helpful in sourcing an ethernet cable I needed for an item of medical equipment. Close to some excellent restaurants and a convenient stroll from South Bank and the convention center. Construction in the area is the only drawback.

Right on the Brisbane River, our room had a beautiful view. It’s an easy walk from Roma Street Station and into the inner city and Queen Street Mall for shopping and dining. It’s also an easy walk over to Southbank. The staff were great and accommodated us for an early check in so we could get to a wedding on time, which was the reason for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was good and staff were wonderful in assisting us. Condition wise; bathroom was too small, where shower needs full closet to prevent water dripping on bathroom floor. Restaurant only available for breakfast. Would be great to have zuma restaurant open for lunch and dinner options for guests who do r want to go outside to eat. Otherwise it was good for my family and maybe consider revisiting as an option
