Nice property biggest concern is bathroom is not senior friendly huge bath/shower need to be a athlete to climb up and in danger of slipping. parking is off site with stairs basically a1980s palace

The property wasn’t ready on arrival. In fact the cleaning team didn’t even go in until we got there. We don’t want a $10 voucher for the bar downstairs to make up for it, we want our room ready on time. It should be possible given it’s 4 hours between check out time and check in time. It’s really basic. The photos don’t really present it accurately. It’s rated as. 5 person property but the listing doesn’t make it clear that only 3 beds are available and you have to pay an extra fee for an extra bed in the room. The kitchen is very basic. Barely suitable for cooking. It really needs a makeover to make it up to date. The kitchen equipment is all mismatched and really not up to the job. There are super basic cheap soaps and cleaning products which barely do any good. The dishwasher is so old and it’s jets blocked that you’d be better hand washing. The dryer keeps cutting out with the load still wet. There’s is no vacuum cleaner which makes it uncomfortable when you have 5 people there for 6 nights. Not recommended.

The view was awesome and it was a quiet and pleasant place to stay. It is quite a spacious room. The dryer didn’t work so we had to get our clothes dried in the laundry 10 minutes away.

We stayed at this Hotel recently in a 2 bedroom apartment. When we arrived we were greeted with warmth and kindness from the front desk attendee. Appologies I forgot his name, but that man is a great asset to the hotel business and deserves some recognition for his 5 star customer service. Bravo. The pool was clean and the rooms quiet and comfortable. Absolutely faultless. We also loved the access port right outside the door too, so convenient. Recommend this place to others.

One night stay while my home is being renovated. Hotel is in a great location, with friendly and helpful reception staff. Having the parking lot in a different building is a pain if you have a lot of luggage, but overall not a big deal.

Cannot recommend this property enough. It exceeded my expectations! Staff/ concierge was welcoming, friendly & helpful. The hotel & grounds were immaculate. Parking was an extra charge, but easy & secure parking. Room was beautiful, spacious & clean. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment & it was spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of cupboard space. Laundry amenities available. Beds clean & comfortable. Right on the waterfront, so lovely views. 10 min drive from shopping centre. 5 min drive from bar/ tavern, cafes.

We booked a 2 bedroom my hubby and our 4 kids. The kids enjoyed the pools, the fact that we had the ferry dock literally at the back of the hotel building that left every 15min to go to town was amazing! We took kids to the Wheel of Brisbane only 50cents on the ferry which is awesome for a big fam and dont need to pay for the insane parking at the city. The 2 bedroom was lovely however it has its wear and tear. The queen bed was small for our 6ft 5 hubby and son but comfortable. Thankyou Mark for the friendly service and excellent customer service! Also if you have a truck thats high over 2.3m just fyi book in advance so they have a spot for you. Mark and his colleague were great making sure we had a parking as there’s only 3 for high cars and its $15 a day. Other than that, beautiful view and beautiful perfect place for a family.

This hotel is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. To be totally honest cockroaches in the bathroom advised front desk he didn’t care at all. Light in the kitchen was turning off and on spoke to front desk nothing was done about it. To be totally fare hotel.com should take this hotel off there listing I have travelled the world and being a gold member of hotel.com for over 15 years photos of the hotel definitely false advertisement. DO NOT STAY HERE.

When we arrived we noticed blood smears on the wall in the kitchen and in the bathroom. This was cleaned on our request. The room was old and rundown. The location is good and our kids enjoyed the pool. Head to the Story Bridge Hotel for dinner.

Booked 2 bed apartment 3 months in advance for 2 kids and 2 adults and had two queens beds on arrival. Issue was rectified with a rollout but service was extremely surly. Room very cramped with a queen and a single bed. Cupboards and bathrooms were dirty. Cable didn’t work and aircon in main bedroom ineffective. Limited dining options in immediate area and restaurant overpriced. You can do a lot better than this for the price.

The only thing I didn't like about our stay, was that when you book a child, 12yrs and under, they stay for free. This means they don't allocate a bed for that child. I had to pay extra on the night for a roll away bed. Which made things difficult as we had a very late check-in due to flights. Also, I poured 5mth old milk which was complimentary in our fridge, into my coffee the next morning. Not nice! Other than that, it was comfortable and clean.

We rented a deluxe two bedroom unit. We expected to have a dining table in a unit that size but it only had stools at the kitchen bench. It was also very short of eating utensils which made constant washing up of them necessary, so they could be re-used. The unit was very clean and comfortable. To access the city we had to use the car, as the ferry terminal near the Apartments was closed for renovations, which was very disappointing.

The room location was good, and very easy to get to each day via lift. Very basic supplies for tea, etc, and limited laundry, bathroom supplies also. Hanging light fittings over main table - dangerous as it was very easy to walk into, stand up and hit, etc - needs to be removed as is or lifted up closer to ceiling. Lastly, no mossie protection on windows or balcony doors - expected in an aust city and location Bar for that convenient location and easy to get taxi/uber.

5th stay there over the last 5 years. The town square precinct is a shadow of its former self….Asian Spice closed, bottle shop closed etc. Accomodation was fine but the rooms are starting to show their age (wall chips, cracks etc). Facilities/amenities all there, Bed was one of the more very firm one I have slept in during many travels. Overall very ok

The rooms were neat, tidy and very spacious. Wonderful views down the river. Short walk to the ferry terminal makng it easy and relaxing to travel into the city, with no need to find a parking space.

Wonderful stay, lovely unit , view were spectacular. We love Mark as he is helpful to a fault However the unit lacked inclusions, sachet shampoo , milk amount and the power point was not working in the main bedroom hairdryer. Overall thanks for a lovely stay, Ooh disappointed there is Ni dissapoined there is no restuarant available downstairs Thanks, Trish
