Would love to stay here again. The view from the apartment was amazing n beautiful, all facilities you need, gym, pool, sauna n the surrounding area where you can choose wherever u like to dine in, n the people.

Room in general was good, however corners could be cleaned a bit better but overall the unit was clean. I was at first a bit annoyed the room was on the first floor, but it had a courtyard view and the courtyard was a great view. The charge a fair flat rate for parking per day, and its all allocated. Host and staff is very friendly. The location is also great its at a perfect spot, the CBD is a 10 minute walk. And if you have a car your on the highway within minutes

Fantastic pool, clean and tidy apartment with nice views over the river. Overall a great location with lovely neighbourhood pubs and cafes, and convenient to the city and Southbank by ferry.

Fantastic location! The lagoon pool and gardens were stunning and a great place to relax (look for the water lizards!). Sauna was a great spot to relax after a day out. Location was perfect for Story Bridge Hotel. Nearby convenience shops, restaurants, and bottle shop were very handy, didn't need to drive once we arrived. Will very happily stay here again.

The view was spectacular and close to downtown via walking bridge . 20 min walk to Queen st mall. 2 bdrm s bathrooms, fuĺl kitchen with cutlery and utensils. Deck overlooking Story Bridge and downtown. Never tried the pool 2 flat screen tvssecure underground parking 15.00/night. Several restaurants 5min or less away.

Beside the apartment and furniture being dated, it did not look like it had been cleaned properly with the exception of beds being made and fresh towels provided. Dishwasher was full of dirty plates and cutlery on arrival. Carpet was fairly gross throughout and has past the need of replacement. Where we were directed to park our cars one of them ended up under a leaking sewerage pipe with raw waste dripping on the car which was an issue previously known by staff. No apology or even an offer of refunding the parking costs to compensate the car being washed afterwards which was poor form in my opinion. On the plus side the location is great with a nice balcony view of the river. Kids loved the pool which was a very well presented and well kept area of the property. Overall the staff were pleasant and helpful (with the exception of the parking issue) If staying in the area I’d recommend strolling down to Medley Cafe only a short walk away. Service and food was fantastic

Toilet was running when I got there. It was fixed, but the room itself was dingy. I asked for a single larger bed and instead got two twins despite being told that it would be one when it was requested ahead of time. I couldn’t stay because there also wasn’t laundry at all. Not actually an apartment unit that you’re renting as advertised in this listing. Zero noise cancelling in the room and could hear the highway all night despite wearing earplugs. Pillows were also stained. For these reasons, I had to leave after only one night, but accidentally left my charger and adapter, none of which were able to be recovered despite continuous efforts and going back the next day after realizing my mistake. Staff had stolen it and never emailed me back about it.

Apartment hadn't been cleaned before we checked in but once we notified them they had someone come up and clean it straight away. Unit was good for the money but needing a facelift place is starting to show it's age but close to everything and would stay again.

Previous tenants trash was full in the kitchen bin along with dead fruit flys stuck to a container. Both airconditioning units were mouldy on the inside and had stickers from a service stating that the next service was due December of 2022. The overhead ceiling fan was caked with dust that can only accumulate over a period of many years. Found these issues late at night and management was only open to refund $50 and our extra $15 parking fee the next day. Judging by the ratings this place gets i am sure this room was an outlier but apparently this is a new owner/management team and they have been taken for a ride by the current cleaning manager because short term sloppy work like trash not taken out is one thing but long term hygiene issues is inexcusable as it takes years to happen and neglect. Having a score above 8 sounds pretty good for this place so i would assume most rooms are shipshape but this was certainly a surprise and something to look out for.

I have stayed here a few times in the one bedroom units and they are each very different. The refurbished ones are lovely. The older units are not as nice, have limited storage for longer stays and are generally not as comfortable. Also units could be cleaned better, I have noticed dust on more than one occasion on bedside tables etc.

Bridgewater apartments is in a great location for easy access to the city, and has a very nice pool. The apartment we had was quite tired, and in need of a good clean. There was lots of dust behind the bedside tables, hair on the bathroom floor, and the grout in the shower needs to be redone as it is very discoloured by Mould. Commnication is average, I phoned as per instructions to advice o0f a late check out, i was told that they were very busy and that they would call back tomorrow to provide instructions, they never did. Due to afterhours check in, they charged my credit card prior to arrival and added an additional Linen charge. When I questioned it at check in with the afterhours attendant, he said that earlier management must have made a mistake, and refunded it - I am sure they thought they could get away with an additional charge as I wasn't there is person to pay! I went to use the BBQ area to cook breakfast on our last morning, however it was locked and there is a $ charge for gas if you can get in.

The appartment was more than i expected. Very clean and well maintained. The only issue i had was that the shower took an age to reach the desired temperature. But on the whole i was delighted with the facilities. The staff were all very friendly and also very help.

Great stay with fabulous views of Story Bridge and river. Apartments could do with a Reno especially bathrooms which were quite old and mouldy. Perhaps new bedding/mattresses too. Other than that, we do recommend and will be happy to stay there again.

Pros - The staff were terrific (especially Russel). The view was great from our 1br on the 12th floor. The location was a short walk to the free ferry. The room was tidy and the carpets smelled clean. Free secured car parking was great. Cons - The air conditioner in the bedroom had a lot of mould on & in the swing vent. The ceiling fans were very dirty. The bathroom was clean but there was mould inside the shower cubicle. The glasses in the kitchen cupboard had not been washed (this is from previous guests as it is guests responsibiity to clean all used dishes / glasses etc prior to checkout). The queen mattress was so uncomfortable and saggy. The noise from bridge traffic is very loud even with doors closed.

The property was close to public transport and tourist attractions. The wifi was not working when we checked in. On request, it was connected on the 3rd day, but no connection to the television for the duration of the stay. Apartment was not cleaned except on request on the 5th and 12th days. The receptionist spent a lot of time on a on a phone call while checking us in. We thought it was unprofessional and rude.

The atmosphere is great I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and the balcony was awesome definitely request to be on a high floor only thing I didn’t like was the 2 apartments sharing that first security door and thin walls

Poor communication prior to check in, check in was not very smooth and felt like something was going to go wrong. Were able to check in early which was good. Property was clean tidy and as advertised. We were charged for someone else’s room bill and apparently over the refund limit so return of funds has been extremely slow and very,very poor service. While they admitted the mistake this really is something that should not have happened at all.

A terrible experience. The apartments said I’d have a queen bed, said they had wifi, cable TV and ChromeCast options. But I was given two singles, they had no wifi, no cable or chromecast. I chose the apartments because of the amenities so extremely disappointing. Was then told they’d refund me the remaining nights if I cancelled - which I did - and they then refused my refund three days later. A very poor experience.

The appartment was more than i expected. Very clean and well maintained. The only issue i had was that the shower took an age to reach the desired temperature. But on the whole i was delighted with the facilities. The staff were all very friendly and also very help.

Excellent location, Restaurants and convenience stores nearby and an easy walk to the city center about 1.5km via the pedestrian bridge The unit was a bit dated and well used but it was well maintained and clean with the exception of the washing machine that had not been cleaned and was mouldy around the door.

Room in general was good, however corners could be cleaned a bit better but overall the unit was clean. I was at first a bit annoyed the room was on the first floor, but it had a courtyard view and the courtyard was a great view. The charge a fair flat rate for parking per day, and its all allocated. Host and staff is very friendly. The location is also great its at a perfect spot, the CBD is a 10 minute walk. And if you have a car your on the highway within minutes

Location is great for walking along river and leafy streets. local cafes and shops nearby.Easy access to CBD by new walk bridge or Holman St ferry. Ferry fares are 50c. Had some initial issue with booking as we had paid higher price for River view room but was put in a 1st unit overlooking road. Raised the issue with staff and we moved the following day to a much better quality high level unit with balcony city/river views. Staff were helpful in accepting and fixing issue.

Staff were nice. The apartment is showing its age. But was clean and tidy. The bedroom get very hot due to only have air conditioning in the lounge area. Maybe if the window were tinted this would help considerably.the pool area is ideal with kids. Location is handy to town and places to eat. Jacques patisserie is a must but go early to avoid the rush. And for a awesome coffee 3 birds is a must.

The stay at this property was amazing. It situated at the most beautiful part of Brisbane, just next to the majestic Story Bridge and riverfront close by. Easy access to multiple restaurants, artisan French bakery, bus stop for city, riverboats. Ask for bridge facing higher floor to live like you are in dream seeing cityscape and the story bridge in front. The place feels expensive but book in advance to get competitive rates. Staff is kind and helpful.

Fantastic location! The lagoon pool and gardens were stunning and a great place to relax (look for the water lizards!). Sauna was a great spot to relax after a day out. Location was perfect for Story Bridge Hotel. Nearby convenience shops, restaurants, and bottle shop were very handy, didn't need to drive once we arrived. Will very happily stay here again.

I was here for just 1 night, the bed was terrible, so hard and every time you moved the bed creaks, the pillows were also terrible, hard, old furnishing. You can hear the traffic on the storey bridge all night. Good location, coffee shop outside was lovely, 25 min walk into the city. The place could do with a refurbishment!

Great view and air conditioning works well but not clean and so much blue tack everywhere. The bathrooms were horror and need updating so badly - no one wanted to shower there. Whole apartment needs updating. Really not great.

Rooms are old need to be renovated Carpet dirty, curtains were dirty mark all over them ,bathroom was a disgrace Only half a roll of toiltet paper Maybe management should be checking rooms Grounds a lovely, lifts and hallways and entrance spotless.
