I have stayed at this property multiple times and it really is my favourite place to stay in Brisbane :) It is in a great location and near to so much but at the same time is tucked away in a quiet location so you get the best of everything !. My views were amazing and my apartment really comfortable, it is like a cosy home from home and I would very happily stay here in the future too. The gym, pool and outdoor areas are well maintained and are a welcome addition too. Staff here are really friendly, efficient and helpful - than k you very much for another lovely stay :D

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights. The parking itself was located under the hotel, so if you have hired a car be aware there was not much parking outside the hotel/appartment to stop at to get a code for the hotels underground multi storey car parking. Once you are checked in they give you a code for each day you stay for parking. We hired a SUV and the multi storey basement carpark was very tight to drive down and then you can park anywere in the green painted areas. Please remember to display your ticket as we forgot one time, and had a notice on the car the next morning. There is a lift that takes you to your floor from the basement and OMG when we entred the appartment, it was amazing. Fully functioning appartment with balcony. It was very clean and well presented. We had a stunning view of the Brisbane river with Kangaroo point Bridge which lights up in the evening with beautiful colours and a full view of the outer city. Its a very busy area and is located in CBD. Plenty of shops, restaurants and river trips. We went to Lone pine Koala and kangroo Sanctuary on a river trip which was an 8 minute drive or 24 minute walk to the collection point and then a 40 minute boat trip to the Koala park where you can feed and take pictures. Amazing. Really enjoyed our stay in Brisbane.

Great location and lovely staff. The rooms were clean and had enough bedding. Fabulous view. The lift is ridiculously slow. Can take 15 to 20 minutes to get up or down to your floor. The upper floors particularly slow. Always one lift of 3 broken down.

I really enjoyed my stay here once again, it feels like a home from home here :). The apartments are in a great location which is near to so much and yet has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Staff here are super helpful, this does make such a difference. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was here and I had superb views from my balcony. I had a very relaxing stay and made full use of the nice gym and pool and would very happily stay again - thank you Oaks on Felix for a lovely stay with you :)

1 of the 3 lifts was out for upgrade. Long wait times. Surely they would limit guest numbers. Wifi was so slow. Prefer to pay for a faster service. Wotif description didn't match the apartment. Disappointing.

The property needs a good clean. Marked carpets. Hair in bathroom. Dust in cupboards and wardrobe. Too many uncomfortable reminders that others had been there prior. We also had trouble with our parking with constant threats of being towed away despite declaration and payment at reception.

Not a nice property for a family holiday. Location was ok, but other than that, property felt like a budget hotel. apartment was dated, corridor on our floor was smelly and our apartment itself was very clean and was dusty. The kitchen was not well equipped, there was a smart tv but not connected to TV.. wouldn’t be staying here again for sure.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite for three nights two days on the 8th floor. Rooms are a bit worn. Lotta stains on carpets and curtains. Room smelt musty. Good view. Comfy beds. All cutlery and crockery supplied. Balcony. Fans in the bedrooms is what we really liked. Don’t need aircon running much with the fans. Great staff. Bottle shop and convenience store right outside hotel entrance. Underground parking. A bit expensive though. But I guess it is inner city. Overall we liked it. Have stayed there numerous times. But first time in two bedroom apartment. Will stay again.

There was little available in all of Brisbane when we booked for a Saturday night so maybe we’re being a little ungrateful. However we paid a premium for a storey bridge view room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We got a 6th floor room with some views of the bridge, one bathroom. Room was clean but tired (broken light covers, a phone that doesn’t work, leaking shower box etc). The parking was the tightest ramp turns I’ve negotiated in a long time in a medium-large SUV. No way you could get a RAM or something like that in there. Location was excellent and if I hadn’t paid what a presume was a huge markup for presumably a busy weekend and a special view and a second bathroom, it would have been adequate. Wouldn’t go back unless I had no choice. Sorry.

We stayed in a three bedroom apartment with our three children and it was honestly the largest apartment we have ever stayed in! Well equipped and a beautiful view with two balconies. Only downside was the parking, we don’t have an overly large car, but still managed to scrape the wheels in a very tight corner. Also difficult to get in and out of the parking garage (two different entrances - a bit confusing even as previous Brisbane locals who know the streets well!)

I had another really lovely, comfortable stay here at Felix St. I am a returning customer so knew I was in good hands. My apartment was bright, clean and spacious with a good sized balcony - basic qualities that are increasingly lacking in newer builds, they are compact with no balconies often now. My apartment had a good amount of space and had good facilities including washer and clothes dryer. The apartment had everything I needed to have a relaxing stay and was a home from home. The building is in a quieter part of the CBD and right near the Botanical gardens, supermarket and excellent dining/food options as well as so near to transport. Staff are really helpful, friendly, professional and approachable. I had a lovely stay again - thank you :)

I have a lot of small complaints about the apartment, but the furniture was comfortable, the location was good, the balcony was good, and the view toward Storey Bridge (for Riverfire) was excellent. However, the apartment lacked conveniently located and easily accessible power outlets; the microwave was located below the kitchen counter, where it was difficult to see the buttons or get food containers in and out; there were no oven mitts or similar for handling hot dishes in oven or microwave; and there was no grab bar to assist in getting in and out of the bathtub for a shower, thus making it dangerous for me. Other apartments may be different.

Great location for our itinerary. Parking tight, bring a smaller car. There was no a/c in our bedroom, only one in living room, couches were stained, curtains were not block-out, no face washers provided, no water jug provided. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean, location was good, room was quiet. Didn't use the pool, friend did and reporting it was lovely.

I absolutely love it here - I have now stayed multiple times. The hotel is in a great location for the botanical gardens, restaurants and public transport and it is quiet here. Importantly I feel safe walking about by myself and I have never had any issues as a woman travelling by myself. My apartment was spacious, cosy and comfortable and I had the most amazing views - truly they were such a treat !, it is a real shame the new building works going on in Eagle Street will take away the stunning bridge views!. Staff here are friendly, welcoming and efficient. I have been so fortunate to have had really great stays here - thank you :)

The location was great. Receptionist was very informative and friendly. Near the river and not far from Queen St mall. A coffee pod machine would have made it better. The cooktop was faulty and housekeeping was hit and miss. My biggest complaint would have to be having to share the small lifts with dogs. On 1 occasion 3 at one time!

Very poorly communicating staff. Very poor credit card practices. The staff wanted to see all my credit card details in a physical card. I don’t think this procedure is secure enough nowadays. My second stay at Oaks Felix, BIG REGRET!!! What a disgraceful, dirty, rude & unpleasant stay. The staff are APPALLING!!! They have zero communication skills & zero empathy. After advising that my room doesn’t have air conditioning or tv, they tell me I can move myself to a lesser floor with next to no hot water & LOUD air con units running 24/7 outside the bedroom window. Did I mention how rude & unqualified the staff were? I will never stay here again & I highly encourage you to rethink staying here, it is below a 2 star hotel & the staff are at least half the issue here. CHEAP & NASTY are the only two words that come to mind when I think of this hotel. Food still stuck on cutlery. Smelly fridges. No hot water, or Luke warm at best even after running on high for 10 solid minutes. Loud, hot balcony with ugly view. Horrible staff. Half appliances don’t work & aren’t checked, doesn’t seem safe. Carpet smell, old, ugly & faded/stained. Stained couches in the rooms. Thin bedding. Hard mattresses. Wide gaps under entry doors. Terrible parking. No parking for check-in. Incompetent staff. If there’s an issue, you’re on your own. YUCK YUCK YUCK. Stay somewhere else, you’ll be glad you did 🙏

The most liked thing about Oaks on Felix was the location. The view of the Story Bridge was the main reason i booked this hotel BUT we quickly learnt that it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Hotel room was clean, a bit small for a family of 5, but it had 2 bathrooms which was great. Check-in was easy, check-out was just as easy. I would definitely stay here again.
