Cleanliness was very good and bed was really comfortable. Lack of clear parking instructions from the staff made parking at an affiliated place confusing. Parking at the hotel was expensive and limited and should have been free.

We were upgraded to a corner King room, which was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean. We received a bottle of sparkling wine at check-in which was greatly appreciated. We also made good use of the pool/sauna/steam room. The hotel is in a fantastic location - close to everything Brisbane has to offer.

U fortunately our fridge wasnt cold so all the cold stuff went warm.. The pool was freezing cold and the showers were scalding hot out of the water.. Apart from those things the beds were comfortable and it was a relaxing night away

FREE LAUNDRY! And the gym was stellar. Also, very friendly and helpful staff from start to finish. The parking was full when we arrived, but they were so helpful in sharing their alternate parking lot details it didn't even bother us in the end. great spot - would totally stay again.

I had always noticed this hotel in the past but never got around to booking—I'm glad I finally did. The room was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, especially since the room faced inward away from the road. Parking was easy and convenient, which is always a plus. Overall, a very comfortable and quiet stay. I’ll definitely be booking here again in the future.

There was a sock under the curtain in the room that seemed to belong to a previous guest. Also, there was only one pair of room slippers even though the room was reserved for two people. Then, when I went to the reception to get a toothbrush, they said they were out of stock... I bought a croissant for breakfast at the cafe next to the reception, but because it was baked in a sandwich press, the croissant was flattened and looked awful. I lost my appetite.

The location is convenient. Unfortunately our room wasn’t cleaned properly. The tap had a big drop of soap/tooth paste which I cleaned on arrival and bathroom overall was dusty and had buildup on corners. Hair on bedside table. Its next to construction site of a new train station and they were cutting concrete till midnight. For the price we paid, it wasn’t worth it. Once construction is over and cleanliness improves, it can be good.

A good location. Staff are efficient and friendly. My room was average quality and could do with renovating. Room servicing was not thorough and everything felt a bit grubby. Sink would not drain properly. Shower head was unstable. The room was quiet however and wifi was fast. I appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine. Breakfast was average.

It’s not super tidy or clean. Little old, stains here and there. Not bad but not clean. Housekeeping staffs just barged in after few knocks without ringing a doorbell two days in a row. Knocking sound was too small I couldn’t tell if it was my room or next door. You can hear everything from your neighbors.

Staff were nice, however the room was stated to be an executive suite which was soundproof (heard the elevator through the vent all night), the coffee machine supplied didn’t work properly and leaked water all over the bench and there was no other coffee available (sachets). The bar fridge was meant to be stocked (alcohol) and only had a small carton of milk and a can of water in it. Parking was an add on extra $40 for our room which none were available and I was lucky to get one at a parking facility around the corner. The cleanliness could have been better as there was toothpaste splashes and marks on the tiles in the bathroom. A good thing was the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I was disappointed as it wasn’t what I expected and paid for. Be aware there is a $100 bond which I’m still waiting to be refunded.

We had no complaints with the hotel or our room other than the room was quite small. There was no chair to sit in and no real outlook (other than other tall buildings immediately adjacent). The room was clean and all the facilities worked well.

Capri by Fraser was an excellent stay for my one week trip to Brisbane. The room was very comfortable. The bed was nice and soft and I had a good sleep. There was a very nice combination rainfall showerhead in the shower with a handheld thing if you want. The property is conveniently located to the main areas and everything you need and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was construction going on across the road for the new underground train stations while I was there but I wasn’t disrupted by noise from this and I am sure once it is finished it will make this property even more convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic rooms in a prime location. A 14 minute walk from central station and a beautiful hotel front! 24 hour reception takes a lot of stress out of things, and the staff service was wonderful - I was served by Rebekah and felt welcomed immediately. The rooms have everything you need - i’ve paid for more expensive rooms that didn’t have usb charging ports, this one had two and plenty of other charging ports, including shaving ones in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was squeaky clean and came with towels, soaps in the shower and small ones you can take with you, a hairdryer, even scales if that’s your thing? No complaints whatsoever. The pool was beautiful, I was blown away by it. One of the better hotels i’ve visited!

The check in experience was terrible. It was a late night arrival flight. We arrived at the hotel at 1am. The main glass door entrance was locked. Though the checkin staff was helping another guest, he saw us waiting outside the entrance and didn’t open the door nor give us signal to wait. It was the guest who opened the door for us! He spoke with a very low voice and we could hardly hear him. Not friendly no smile. Unlike the other day time staff.

I have travelled quite a lot for business and pleasure, and have stayed in many different places, but this would have to be one of the friendliest and most helpful check-in's that I've experienced. The gentleman that assisted us was very friendly and accommodating, and when we had trouble with our swipe card/door lock he personally assisted us and made sure that we were immediately accommodated in another room so that we didn't have to wait for repairs to be undertaken to the lock. Reception staff were always friendly when we passed the desk and were very easy to deal with. The room was clean and the bed is one of the most comfortable that I've slept in whilst travelling (we wished we could have taken it home with us!). The only downside to the room (not sure what the others are like) is that there is a lack of natural light. The window in our room was small and above the bed which made it difficult to see out of. That is really the only negative thing that we had. Other than that, the room had all that we needed, it was clean and it was quiet. We used the sauna and steam room whilst we were there, and they were clean and inviting. The pool looked good as well, and there were plenty of clean towels to use and facilities to use after if needed. We will definitely keep this on our list of places to stay when in Brisbane. Well done and thank you Capri.

Arrived back late at night to room to lukewarm shower water. Attempted to phone reception but phone didn’t work (yes checked I had used instructions properly on how to use phone). Ended up calling from my mobile to be told they could send someone to look (not sure what they were going to look at?? That I had the tap turned on correctly??). Receptions final solution was ‘there are showers in the gym if you would like a shower’, in which he had to confirm with another staff member first if there were in fact showers in the gym. Extremely disappointed to say the least. Didn’t know I was staying at a backpacker hostel where need to have communal showers.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, they were so accomodating with us getting there earlier & providing us a bottle of bubbles for my partners birthday, wonderful experience all around & would happily stay again, especially with the service received from the young gentleman at the front desk :)

Arrived at the property for our room to be ready early. Very easy to find from the railway. We took the airtrain from the airport very easy. Walk was about 20 mins down hill to the hotel. Works going on around the hotel no noise from this. Very convenient to walk everywhere 5 mins to bridges to south bank which was lovely loads of restaurants. All in all a great place to stay rooms all clean and hotel has gym and laundry facilities.

Excellent location - near to queen street mall, north quay ferry terminal and bridge to south bank. Quite a handful of amenities and eateries nearby. Service and comfort is good
