The pool was not in order. Apparently some issue since the cyclone. Many other hotels had no issues with their pools. Never given an update. My room was dark and very noisy. My TVs would turn on/off randomly. The signal was constantly lost. It was never fixed.

The room was outstandng, and the young gentleman at the desk was extremely lovely. But the parking situation was a but if a joke. I had to find alternative parking to be able to check in and there is no clear labelling on the street for the carpark entrance. And then once Iwas the carkpark there was no available parks

It was really hard to find the car park. Had to briefly park elsewhere head into reception. Quite the challenge since there is no signage and brisbane is chaotic

Well located property with prompt & friendly front office staff. Rooms very comfortable with all the facilities provided - dish washer, washing machine & dryer and sufficient cutlery. Excellent restaurant on the lower ground floor where we ate every evening.

The property was exactly what we expected after viewing the photos and info online. It was in a very convenient location, and staff was helpful and friendly. The gym was excellent! Our air conditioning did not work very well and when we let them know they came right away to have a look and offered us the option to change rooms. We liked our room so they brought us a fan. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The apartment was beautiful. The only disappointment pertained to the housekeeping. On one day only, the room was comprehensively serviced in all aspects but on the other four days there were always one or more items overlooked, such as - my bed was not made on one day (not even touched), on another day my waste bin was not carefully emptied resulting in waste being spilled onto the floor and left there, twice the laundry detergent was not replenished, and cups and plates were left in the sink on another day.

Hotel was nice although our room smelled like a rubbish bin. It was like it the night we checked in and had the same smell in the morning. Wonder if it was coming through the vents? Definitely took the shine off our stay. Bed was fantastic.

Don't like the smell when you entered the hotel, very awful smell like sewerage. Hard to find parking spot. The reception forgot to give me the wine and I have to ask for it. The renovation done perfectly and very nice

The hotel was very clean, and the kitchen and other facilities were well-equipped and comfortable. They were also very flexible and helpful when we changed our plans. The only downside was that we could hear the live music from the bar across the street. Next time, I'll try to stay on a higher floor.

Nice centrally-located hotel. We stayed in a 1BR unit with washer and dryer, which was very convenient. Laundry soap was provided. Coffee (nespresso) and tea in the room. Wifi worked well. Front desk was efficient and helpful. Room floorplan was a bit of a challenge because the door to the bathroom, door to the bedroom, and closet door for the washer/dryer all interfered with each other. Beautiful views of the river and Southbank.

Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. However the TV was lacking in options (it is hard to believe you don’t have Netflix access or some other apps) and the main TV had a shadow coming down from the top left corner. The fridge leaked some water on to the floor. Also as our room faced Elizabeth St the live music from Irish Murphy’s was quite noisy until midnight each night.

Great location, however did not sleep comfortably due to the aircon, or should I say lack of. Even on the coldest setting the room would not cool down to a comfortable level which made overnight very stuffy. Normally, we love our stay at the Adina.

The hotel is fine and has good amenities but with some caveats. The kitchen area is tiny with very little room for food preparation. The rooms on the North side face a pub that has loud live music in the evenings. It was a bit rundown and several things didn't work, but these were generally attended to quickly (room safe battery was flat, TV in bedroom didn't work, fry pan had a loose handle, ironing board was broken). The room on Level 1 was very dim with few lights available. The shower does not have a curtain so water splashes into the bathroom area. The elevator foyer on the ground floor had an unpleasant smell that tended to vary in intensity during our 5-day stay.

Beautiful lobby, great check in, very warm and friendly staff. Stylist, spacious & very well designed suite. I loved the decor. Lovely view of the river. I didn’t get the upgrade as offered but I was extremely happy with the suite I booked. Checked in early, they were very accommodating so I could nap and shower& get ready for an evening out. Also scored a late check out but only until 12 noon, flight was a lot later that but it worked out fine as I had a great night sleep. Will return!

Worst stay I have ever had in Brisbane. Organised early check in for 13:00- room was ready at 15:00. Ordered room service- never got delivered and reception never answered the phone. Bed is 2 a singles joined together and very uncomfortable.

Loved the location as it was walking distance to everything. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Our Studio Room had everything we needed for our stay. I'd say our only issue (which I think was more of an issue that should be resolved between Hotels.com and the hotel) was the misunderstanding regarding the VIP access stay benefits. Our understanding was that ALL the benefits may be availed if it was possible/available but the staff at the front desk informed us that we had to choose only 1 benefit and that in our case we had supposedly chosen the free bottle of wine (which we did not even choose) so we couldn't anymore avail the other benefits even if it was possible/available (i.e. i asked about the possibility of getting a room upgrade and an early check-in but was told that it was one or the other only and that if i chose either of the 2 I'd forfeit the wine). Since we arrived from an early morning flight and was dead tired, we ended up having to talk it out with the front desk staff to get the early check-in instead of the wine and the room upgrade. Other than that misunderstanding we had no other issues during our stay and, if the price is right, would stay at Adina Brisbane again.

We often stay at Adina but this stay was quite disappointing. We arrived 2pm, told room not yet ready so they stored our cases to return after 3pm. Cases numbered with our reserved room 2/17. We had been upgraded to a larger room which was nice. On returning we were given our room key and entered the upgraded room with additional lounge area. However, there was a random case and other personal belongings in the room. Returned to reception to find out out room had been reallocated to someone else so we were down graded to a smaller room which had a bad drain smell. Poor communication of staff. We waited for a room we didn’t get.

The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The sheets had a grey stain on them. The wine was nice when we arrived! When checking in, we were asked if we were parking, we were not told where to park, what floor or what parking bays. when we inquired about parking, we were met with attitude from the staff member. We found the parking, but when going up the elevator we found ourselves in the hotel next door. we asked the staff member about this, only then were we directed. this would have been helpful when we asked about parking, rather than making us feel silly for not knowing where to go. At 7.30am on Monday the fire alarm went off. We called reception to tell them in case there was an issue. They said, “yes we are investigating this. the duty manager will be making an announcement. see..?” and then hung up. While understandable that the response was to be determined, we felt it rude to hang up. Breakfast was great value and was the highlight for us. When checking out, we were informed of $30 outstanding balance on the room.i was under the impression that everything was payed for online through expedia or the check in website. we were told that breakfast cost $60. When i challenged this saying that it had been payed for already online, we were asked for payment confirmation. When this was showed, the staff member said “oh then that’s for parking”. I feel it important that staff know what they are charging us for and how much. Lovely rooms, staff training needed <3

Elizabeth st. 방향의 룸은 피하시기 바랍니다. 1 bedroom에 묵었는데 전반적으로 사진보다 시설이 낡았고, 먼지가 많아서 청소 상태가 깨끗하지 않습니다. 조명이 어둡고 창문이 침실쪽에 하나밖에 없어서 컴컴한 편입니다. 주방이 작고 조리도구가 충분하지 않기 때문에 음식을 조리해서 먹기에는 적절하지 않고, 과일이나 포장 음식 등 간단한 음식은 먹을 수 있습니다. 저처럼 브런치 카페나 레스토랑에서 식사를 하실 분들은 크게 문제가 되지는 않을 것 같습니다.

Loved the apartment. Great location. Great view of the river. Easy walk for shopping and Art Gallery. The breakfast was the only low point - poor selection, all in take away containers. Arrived on Sunday and had no problem parking.

Only one towel for each guest. One hand towel to share between two guests. Ridiculous at these prices. No alternate menu for dinning on Sundays. Nice to have a Chinese banquet but not if you do not care for Chinese cuisine. Overall there are better options to stay in Brisbane.

The hotel’s lobby is a lovely homage to the art deco style and the connected restaurant, Donna Chang, is stunning! The room was spacious and well appointed for a long stay (good kitchen, laundry, etc.). The area is also fun if you want to get a feel for older Brisbane. Would stay again!

We love the location and the cleanliness. Check in time a bit crowded, the staff mentioned a complimentary gift which was a nice surprise but I didn’t receive anything until check out.
