Nice location that met my needs for a one night stay. The staff was very hospitable and kind. The pool on the rooftop was a bit cloudy/dirty, but the roof has a beautiful view and the lounge chairs offered a nice spot to read in the sun. The room was very spacious even if a bit dated - it also had a large balcony with a great view. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options but wasn't the most delicious. All in all the hotel was very affordably priced and I would stay again if in the area!

What can i say but we really enjoyed our stay ar Feirs hotel. From the minute we arrived via taxi cab when they were right there to take our luggage, the restaurant on site and the large, clean, comfortable room. Our bathroom was also a good size unlike some of the reviews i saw. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were only there 2 nights pre-cruise but they had cleaning service every day. As other reviews said grocery store right across the street. Our room seems to have been renovated recently. Breakfast buffet was good. We would definitely stay here again!

Bathroom was in poor condition- door was warped and wouldn’t close, toilet seat was broken. Shower head was broken. Front door to room didn’t close properly and hall noise could be heard. On our last day, there was TREMENDOUS construction noise in the room next door. It made me sick. This is at BEST a 2 * hotel. Restaurant was good.

When I asked about the VIP they didn’t have a clue what I was talking about. Even showed them the reward on the booking and they didn’t know anything about it. Room description said it slept 4- that’s a lie. Unless you want to sleep 4 in 1 bed. Pictures showed a kitchenette, and there wasn’t one. Pictures also showed nicer furniture. Unwilling to accommodate a later checkout, but said they could hold our bags.

It’s well placed and you can walk to many tourist places. We had a stunning meal in the restraunt in the evening. Breakfast was also good. Room was big for price. Would readily stay again

The staff was very accommodating. They stored our luggage for 2 days while we left on a tour. They gave us a take away breakfast because we had to leave early. Approximately 4 hrs into our staff they called to make sure everything was okay. We would highly recommend them!

Absolutely fabulous. We were upgraded to a small suite. Fabulous bed, fabulous shower, toilet AND a bidet. The staff was over-the-top friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by 4-star restaurants, shops and pharmacies with a small grocery store immediately across the street from the hotel. The hotel stay includes a complimentary breakfast. The Pacifico Galleria is within easy walking distane. We will stay here every time we return to Buenos Aires.

Clean rooms and staff nice. Check in is slow and another example of tech making things worse. They want you downloading an app and then wait for an email that didn’t come to access you room key. In the end they did the old school and gave me a physical key!
