Particularmente gosto muito da localização, pois é central e é perto de Porto Madero. Mas a cama é MUITO ruim. É grande mas antiga, de molas, quando uma pessoa se mexe a outra mexe junto e as molas rangem. Travesseiros e lençois antigos, gastos. E o ar condicionado nao estava funcionando, o botão não mexia, ou seja, o quarto todo vedado, uma estufa. O tamanho do quarto é muito bom. O banheiro é antigo, mas nada de muito ruim. Academia do hotel com aparelhos antigos, mas em funcionamento. Se nao fosse pela cama horrível, eu recomendaria.

The hotel is a charming middle class hotel in a great location. Close to the historic centre, Puerto Madero, and the ferry terminal. It has a nice little bar a pool and outdoor patio and even a pretty decent restaurant with an excellent breakfast.

From the beginning to the end of our 12 day stay at the Regal Pacific, we received amazing service from the staff. We arrived early from a cruise, and the front desk quickly accommodated us by giving us a room upgrade! The buffet breakfast each morning was fresh with a lot of variety to choose from each morning. The pool was a nice for cooling off in the afternoon, but not large enough for a proper swim (we walked so much, we didn't need extra exercise). The dining room staff were wonderful and we looked forward to practicing our Spanish each morning during breakfast. The concierge was also willing and helpful for a number of questions from booking taxis to finding a nail spa. The room was spacious after being on a cruise ship and everything worked well (air conditioning, water pressure). They have a system where you flip a switch to indicate that you would like your room made up which was convenient and prevented the early morning knock on the door from housekeeping that occurs in many hotels. The location is very central to many of the sightseeing areas, Puerto Madero is only a five minute walk away and full of restaurants and if you prefer high end shopping the Galleria Pacifica mall is two blocks away. The mall has an extensive food court which was helpful when we didn't feel like going to a restaurant. Overall, we had an excellent stay at the Regal Pacific and look forward to visiting again.

O quarto tem um bom tamanho e o hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo ao Puerto Madero, Galerías Pacífico e a uma caminhada tranquila até a Casa Rosada, Obelisco e Torre Monumental. O café da manhã é gostoso, mas durante os cinco dias de estadia não houve nenhuma variação. Acabei enjoando, e os cafés eram bem aguados, não gostamos. Percebi que o hotel precisa de algumas atualizações. Acredito que há alguns anos deveria ser excelente, mas hoje algumas coisas já estão antigas. Solicitamos berço ao fazer a reserva, porém ao chegar não estava no quarto. A equipe foi muito solícita e rapidamente trouxe um berço de viagem, que era pequeno, mas funcionou para o meu bebê de 6 meses. Para bebês maiores, acredito que seria um problema. O lençol do berço era bastante antigo; pedi a troca e trouxeram outro em condições melhores. Pontos positivos: a acústica do quarto é ótima (bem silencioso) e o blackout funciona muito bem. Uma observação: a housekeeping Luísa sempre muito simpática , solícita , com sorriso no rosto .Deixava o quarto muito limpinho.

The beds are horrible. Not comfortable at all, the whole bed shakes if you move. Outdated carpet and furnishings. Also, they had a private event on one of the nights and there was blaring music till after 2:00 am. You could hear that loud and clear at 11th floor. I did not pay for that. On the positive note, the staff is very nice and helpful!

Many things did not function well in the room. 1) the light at entry was very dim and then you had to search for where and how to turn on lights. 2) Each light was controlled differently. 3) The 'black box' next to the bed was supposed to control overhead lights and did not work consistently. 4) There were two telephones with different lines, when the front deak rang, ran to one and no one was there ran to other and they hung up. 5) The fridge is in an enclosed piece of furniture and has no ventilation. When one opens the door of the furniture, hot air espcapes. I was concerned that the fridge couldn't work properly, because i have medication that must be refrigerated. Many such things were inconvenient and oudated, but the worst was when the supervisor of reception questioned me aggressively about my comments. Instead of listening courteously, Ana Victoria Wray, countered every comment with excuses and 'explanations' making an argument out of what should have been simply information. Her lack of understanding of customer service and her arrogance was truly surprising.

Un desastre! El personal muy poco amable. Por otra parte, usaron los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito para facturarme otra reserva que no habían hecho. No me devolvieron el dinero. Al reclamar todos “entienden” pero nadie se hace cargo, ni siquiera el personal te atiende por teléfono. Merecen denuncia por el fraude con la tarjeta de crédito.

Friendly staff and the hotel is in a good spot in the centre. The hotel is becoming dated and could do with some tlc. I only had a bowl of soup albeit at £11 just as well. Like all hotels worldwide they offer food and drinks well beyond the value. If hotels realised they would get a lot more custom if they charged a reasonable price. Why pay over the odds at the hotel when there are a multitude of cheaper options on the doorstep.
