Hotellet er virkeligt dejligt og meget flot, med fine forhold og fin morgenmad til prisen. Desværre virkede hverken pool eller elevator (stort problem da vi havde bagage og Anny med) og der var også kun parkering på gaden. Der var heller ikke hverken vand eller andet på selve hotellet. Så vores oplevelse var dårlig på trods af at hotellet faktisk var fint.

To new management: I have been going to this boutique hotel for years. The staff is lovely, the artwork on the building/interior is just amazing and the location is near the bus station/hospital and good restaurants. BUT, new management has decided to do away with one of the best features: the POOL is GONE!!! In all of the advertising, the pool is featured>the pool has been replaced by a "cenote" where you cannot swim!!We were sent over to another hotel's pool to swim in. It is HOT in El Mexico and we need a POOL!!! you have destroyed one of the best features of the property>WHY??? as a long time customer, I want the original pool back, please. AND please change your advertising to reflect this new development. Your advertising at present is completely misleading and customers are upset.VERY DISAPPOINTING>

I booked because it had a pool ect and parking onsite. Both of these were not true. Also the ac didn’t work properly and the sewer smell was backing up the drain which is clear tell the condition of the entire hotel. Maybe in the future it will be better as they were doing loud work early. I did enjoy the cute decor.

I really enjoyed staying here. There was a Mayan theme throughout the hotel. The spa was nice and affordable and the pool open all night was fun. They are under some construction (but some who might be upset over this might not be as focused on the fun parts of their vacation) which is noticeable but didn’t mess with my stay. The staff was so attentive and friendly, they went above and beyond to check in with us. There are close restaurants and cafes, and it’s close to the beach or to travel to Isla Mujeres. wished there were more towels (we got one ant an time) and the lighting was dim. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Be prepared for a lively night life too.

This is a budget property. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. The windows were open and bugs were coming into the room when I got there. They give you three remotes. One for tv. One for cable box. And one for ac. You must return these to front desk or you get charged for leaving them in room. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The decor is dated. The restaurant isn’t open all day or night. No room service. I ordered uber eats. The staff was friendly and tried to make my stay as pleasant as possible. However the property is very run down.

While I knew it wouldn't be a 5 star hotel when booking I didn't anticipate it to be so ROUGH!!! I wanted to give my husband the authentic Mexican experience but even I was taken aback. CON'S: The doors are paper thin, made of wood & not sturdy The lobby had no air conditioning for guests The room door had manual locks with keys!!! The bathroom had a window with no curtain or privacy The beds are placed on cement platforms - no box The floor is of cement/tiles - OUCH!!! You hear everything from the bar next door No Wi Fi in rooms - just lobby The toilet was broken, rusty and noisy - they came to fix PRO'S: Very inexpensive - we were able to pay for a lot of tours Very close to bus routes Close to markets and Parque de las Palapas Cleaning staff is friendly and great No hidden fees at check out Staff great at giving advice and directions when asked WiFi fast in lobby Authentic Mexican experience Close to local hospital Taxi's always available Always felt safe coming in and out of the hotel Loved the Mayan hotel decor US Currency posted daily to help shoppers Many, many pharmacies surround this location Towel animals on the bed daily - super cute I dealt with the less than good conditions for 6 days and I wouldn't say it was the worse but not somewhere I would return again unfortunately. So much attention to esthetics on the outside and hallways. However, the inside of the room had an Old TV, stained curtains off the hooks, safety lock on window missing screws. Dated furniture that had nothing to do with the Mayan charm marketed. Don’t get me wrong, for the price my expectations were not that high to begin with. But even then, the inside of the room did not meet my expectations. I had room #230 right on the corner intersection with noise coming from both directions until the middle of the night. The only thing this place had going for it was the location. Will definitely NOT stay here again!

The staff were great and really helpful. The hotel itself was underwhelming. It looks like it was built in the 90s and not kept up. If you need a place to crash for the night it’s ok. If you’re staying there for more than one night you might want to reconsider.

Muy mal servicio , habia apartado una ressrvacion y no me la respetaron para mi y mi familia, les toco pagar mas por a parte y si mi tarjeta de pago si me la aceptaron a pesar que Yo no pude estar, no son coherentes con la promesa de satisfaccion al cliente y no deberian hacer parte de Expedia por su incumplimiento y la no satisfaccion del cliente

Harder to get parking because it’s downtown, a few good restaurants around, a market a few minutes walk away. Staff is very nice and helpful, the photos made the room look a little better but still nice for the price. Pool is decent.

The hotel itself is nice it has two restaurants and a bar in it there is no on-site parking the pool area is nice the staff is friendly the area is not very safe I got robbed just outside of the hotel one evening we ended up checking out early due to this. If you're an American and you're traveling down here be weary of getting hotels in this area strongly suggest to stay in the hotel zone.

The property is run down and has seen better days. The room smelled musty but got better once the AC was on. There is no value for your money except that the staff are knowledgeable and went over and beyond to make the stay a pleasant one. Too bad the building doesn't match the high standards of it's personnel. The area felt safe, ADO bus terminal was close by and there were many dining choices near by.

Excelente ubicación, queda cerca de todo. Llegas a pie al ADO, al mercado 28, el parque las palapas está justo atrás del hotel. La habitación muy limpia Las instalaciones son algo rusticas o viejas. Very loud area. Bar across the street had very loud music until 3:30 or 4am in the morning on the weekends. Only 1 lounge chair in the pool area. Room was not as shown on website. Paid for breakfast option and was provided limited menu to select from

The location was excellent if you know how to use public transportation. We did, so we got to wherever we wanted to go in Cancun for less than a dollar. No blankets on bed and only sheets. Difficult when sharing a bed. The pool bar claimed the internet was down so wanted me to pay cash. I refused and told them to charge it to my room. Magically the internet was back up in about 10 minutes, which by the way, during the same 10 minutes, the front desk was up and running.and having no problems processing cards. This is becoming way to common in Mexico. If the business does not want to pay the credi card fee, then dont accept them. The front desk was always helpful. No problems there. The restaurant had a wonderful breakfast at a lower cost than neighboring restaurants. No problems there. It was still a good experience but no having blankets is reason enough for me to not return unless I packed my own, which I wont do. If this does not bother you, then it is a hood deal with access to public transportation and restaurants, entertainment, and markets. Great location!

Prima hotel voor een doorreis en een hele leuke locatie. Gratis parkeren op hun terrein. Het is wel een beetje gehorig (muziek van buiten) maar als je diep slaapt heb je daar geen last van. Je kan bij het hotel activiteiten boeken en er zijn genoeg eettentjes in de buurt (ook vegan).

The staff was pleasant and professional. There are also many restaurants within walking distance which was needed. However, the photos of the hotel are from better days. The only air conditioning was in the room so checking in and walking to the room was a pretty hot process. Before the evening was done I had booked at another hotel which was fully air conditioned for about the same money. In truth the hotel were I re-booked was dealing with construction right in front of the hotel so that may have benefited me.

The hotel was clean and we really enjoyed the swimming pool and the spa. We both had hot rock massage. The front desk staff were very helpful in getting information about taxis and buses. The TV in the room was an old tube style TV you can only get Mexican channels and you cannot connect With your tablet to watch English movies and YouTube. There is no microwave or fridge in the rooms. We bought a cooler box and bought ice. We would gladly stay again. The restaurants nearby are reasonably priced and good. The hotel is close to the R1 bus For going to the beach. It is also close to ADO.

I came on a solo trip and the pics do not portray the actual pool or rooms. The room was stuck at a certain temp after my second day there. The remotes were confusing with no explanation. The toilet looked unclean but I realize its stains so it was clean just didn’t look like it. The shower seemed to have water damage or possibly mold. I payed through Expedia which we all know you get what you get once you are there since it’s paid in full. The staff was not friendly nor visibly open to communication. The window curtain had a stain, the towels were dark white, and the shower had low pressure. That being said I liked the restaurant in the hotel. The food the staff and space was nice. The shower temp was also good, I hate when it’s hard to get a comfortable temp but here was easy. The location is close to a market and the main Tulum avenue which gave access to a lot. Would I stay again, no. But it served the purpose of a place to sleep.
