The food was fresh however they had limited variety of food to choose from.

The floor in the room was dirty. The AC was extremely loudy and old. The vue was horrible. It smelted food at 6:00 am in the room. The breakfast was very nice, also the beds.

You cannot beat the location - right next to Greenmarket Square and one of the central Cape Town Red Bus stops. Staff were all very friendly. If you book - add on the breakfast buffet, was delicious every day. Temper your expectations - for the price it's a good clean room. Only dislikes were the WiFi (slow and dropped frequently), and the ONOMO app - they promote that for speaking to the hotel, but it didn't work.

Clean room if a bit dated. Staff were excellent. Some issues with lifts and electrics but all sorted. Only had breakfast once but it was good quality.
