Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt! Der Empfang war super freundlich und das gesamte Personal, das wir getroffen haben, war total nett und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich – genau das, was man sich wünscht. Die Parkplatzsituation ist auch top: Der Hotelparkplatz ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt, und falls der voll ist, gibt’s einen öffentlichen Parkplatz (P5) in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Lage ist echt klasse – mitten in der Stadt, alles super erreichbar, aber trotzdem schön ruhig. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

A charming hotel in Old Town within walking distance of the castle. Parking was a 5 minute walk over cobblestones so plan to take a bag you can carry. We stayed just 1 night so that was no problem for us. Cesky Krumlov was magical at night with many sites lit up. All the tourists leave about 4-5 pm so you have the town to yourself. Castle closes at 4 pm. Outstanding breakfast.

Unfortunately the bar nor terrace was not open during our stay. The restaurant was only available for breakfast unless a group chartered it.

Lage des Hotels mit Blick auf die Moldau ist ausgezeichnet. Fußläufig sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu erreichen. Private Parking ist nicht günstig, aber sehr gut überwacht.

Great location. Room was nice and bed comfortable. Definitely has a historic feel and a little rough around the edges, but that adds to the charm. Renan at front desk was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average, but nice way to start the day. Very easy to walk to everything in Cesky Krumlov from the hotel. Pool was okay, small but nice to dip in. All other spa features are extra through the company that runs it in the basement. We wanted to enjoy the terrace but couldn’t find a time it was open. Overall a good choice for your stay in Krumlov.

It’s a little bit inconvenient to come here by car(there is no parking lots and far from parking space). But I understand that it’s a policy for environment in Cesky Krumlov. Except that, everything is perfect to stay the hotel!

We liked almost all, but - wellness was additionally to pay though was nothing in internet site. I booked a room with swimming pool and spa inklusive, but whirlpool was 15 euros for 30 minutes. It was not in internet and in general -15 euros for 30 minutes??? Isn’t it too much???

Ich bewerte nicht die Unterkunft Hotel Ruze in cesky Krumlov sondern expedia. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft bei Expedia war falsch, unrichtig und fehlerhaft. es sollte sich um ein Hotel (5 Sterne landesintern) mit Restaurant und Bar handeln. Vorgefunden haben wir ein Zimmer zum Schlafen. Kein Restaurant, keine Bar. Meine erste, aber auch einzige Buchung bei Expedia . Expedia stellt eine unrichtige Hotelbeschreibung auf seine Internetseite

If you like to sleep in a former Jesuite monastery with all its medieval charm, this is the right place for you. If you expect modern accommodation, then it’s the wrong place. The hotel is located near the main bus station and just a few meters from the main square. The spa area is small, but you can use the pool anytime. Jacuzzi and massages have to be paid. The breakfast was very good - from fruits to sweets, from bakes beans to muesli. All in all a very charming hotel and we will come back for sure.

No shower in the bathroom. Just a tub with a shower handle. No shower curtain. Mismatched old tile and fixtures. The halls and side lobby are dark and felt creepy to us.

Buona location , alcune stanze hanno bella vista e sono confortevoli altre assolutamente no. Sarebbe andato tutto bene - dopo un cambio di stanza - se solo avessero più attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti : non danno le informazioni di base per un facile arrivo ? Non danno le informazioni di base per un soggiorno confortevole e soprattutto non sembrano propensi a venire incontro alle esigenze minime dei loro ospiti. Nulla da ridire su pulizia e servizio da parte delle maestranze ….. non altrettanto dal front- end .

Luxurious linens, breakfast, public rooms. Even heated towel bars. Historic. First class.

Staff not very friendly, towels with holes, very ambigues wake-up Service although wie didn‘t need it.

Sehr schöner Ort mit interessanter geschichte. Dazu war das Personal ausnamslos freundlich und zuvorkommend, so dass man sich sehr willkommen gefühlt hat. Mit einem 5 Sterne Hotel hat es leider trotzdem sehr wenig zu tun. Angefangen vom Zustand der Einrichtung, bis hin zu den nicht vorhanden Aufmerksamkeiten. Im Vergleich zu den übrigen Hotels die wir auf unserer Reise besucht haben, kommt es in diesen Punkten und auch z.b. bei der Auswahl beim Frühstück eher an die deutschen 3 Sterne hotels heran - wer aber einfach nur einen netten urigen ort sucht und über sowas wie die schon sehr in die jahre gekommene Badezimmerausstattung hinwegsieht, kann hier einen schönen Aufenthalt haben.

Staff great rooms were roomy and clean

While not dirty the room was not as clean as most other hotels I've stayed at. There were tears in the drapery and dirt in the bathtub. Very disappointing.

Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und gemütlich. Der rustikale Flair verleiht eine ganz besondere Stimmung. Man wartet jeden Moment darauf, dass ein Ritter oder Burgfräulein das Zimmer betritt.

修道院の面影を残した内装や、絵画がたくさん飾られていたりと内部を観て回るだけで楽しめる素晴らしい施設でした。部屋もベッドが大きく、バスルームも広くて快適でした。朝食もとてもおいしかったです。立地も街の中心にある便利でした。 残念なところをあげるならば、アメニティはあまり充実していなかったのと、設備が古いだけあって便利な感じではなかったです。（コンセントの位置が不便、シャワーの温度調整がやや手間）コンシェルジュの方も不慣れなのか、チェックアウトにやたらと時間がかかったり、5つ星ホテルとしては雑な感じだったりはしました。値段が高くはなかったので、お値段相当という感じで不満には思いませんでしたが、あまり期待はしない方が良さそうです。

Great location, amazing views

Located in a former Jesuit dormitory, the hotel provided the old-world feel I was hoping for. Our room, however, was a bit cramped as it was on the top floor, basically in the attic, with large beams creating what could be a hazard when getting up in the middle of the night. Even though the temperature outside was just above freezing, the room was comfortably warm. Breakfast was good, but when we wanted to order a glass of wine from the bar, we found that only the "house" wine was available by the glass; everything else on the wine menu was only by the bottle! Overall we had a good stay.

元修道院の雰囲気がきちんと残っていて、期待通りでした。川に面した部屋で、窓からは中世の街並みが眺められ、特に朝夕の景色は最高でした。しかも、ベッドやバストイレなどは、きれいに改修されていて、快適に過ごせました。スタッフのみなさんも、気さくで親切でした。帰途、フェスティバルで、タクシーがホテル前につけられなかったのですが、乗り場まで荷物を持って案内してくれた上、タクシー到着まで一緒に待っていてくれて、大変心強かったです。おかげで、列車にも予定通り乗れました。 一生の思い出に残る滞在になったこと、感謝します。 ありがとうございました。

If you come by car this hotel is a very short walk from a parking lot. The breakfast was very good. The staff extremely nice. Great location to walk to sites. It is in an old building and I loved that they kept the look. My only real complaint is the bed is not very comfortable.

元修道院との事で楽しみにしていました。ホテル内の装飾素晴らしく部屋はとても広く天井も高く電気ポットやティーバッグ等も用意されていて快適､外の景色が見える部屋でなかったのだけが残念。チェックインの時にパートナーレストランで使えるビール券を頂き行ってみたらビールも料理もとても美味しかった。朝食も品数、味、雰囲気も素晴らしくこのホテルに泊まったら食事付けるべきです。連泊したいくらいでした。

Un Hotel Super encantador, bastante viejo bien conservado. El personal es muy amable, los cuartos son súper amplios, los baños son cómodo. Pero hay que tener cuidado con la ducha, porque esas bañeras son tramposas. En cualquier momento se cae uno son muy inseguras

Excellent antiquity hotel in center of town Amazing room with great views, bed and wine included in price .. Bathroom was odd with a bath and in bath shower that was almost impossible to climb in and out of .. both I and my wife almost fell Breakfast was wonderful and town was amazing Felt like the recommended parking 10 minute walk away was far distant on arrival because it was dreary and my wife and I didn’t expect it to be distant or for there to be no valet parking option Felt much closer when I went to get the car to checkout just because I knew by then Town was amazing although restaurant quality wasn’t great and the lack of an in hotel restaurant was surprising (they recommend a sister hotel the old inn just down the street .. and talking of which giving us free drink coupons that when presented didn’t cover green tea was odd) But loved it

The bed was not at all comfortable. Two mattresses were joined together but it was not practical at all.

After booking the hotel, I sent an email to make a reservation or get some information about parking lot, but did't get any answer from hotel. After arriving at the hotel at dawn without receiving the answer, I asked about the parking lot, and just recevied the answer that "You can find a parking door on the left before crossing the bridge." i was trying to find a parking door about 30minutes but couldnt find it. so i visited reception again, and I showed a Google map and asked again, but the answer was "Find a place where it says "bowling"." If I am working at a hotel, then I would have shown a map and explained the exact location. When I checked in, I showed a European identity card, but receptionist asked to us a passport for checking our identity. it was really embarrassed.(had to explain that Europeans could stay in other European countries with EU Identity card...without a passport. ) At the time of the check-in, receiptionist introduced us to a building on the other side of the assigned room, so we had wander for over 20minutes but couldn't find.... backed to receiption and receiptionist introduced to us correct builiding.... It was a very tired check. Receptionist seem to need more training. The hotel condition and breakfast were wonderful.

Upon checkin around 6 PM, porter has already gone home, around checkout porter is too busy to help. We asked for water bottle and were shown a map how to get to the shop to buy it. We asked if they could replenish the fridge and they said since we were leaving today it will be done after we check out. Rooms did not have a king bed and instead we got two twin beds combined together to form a bed. Their parking (non existent) was supposedly full and we were directed to a public parking (10 minutes walk back). Overall they ruined our experience of lovely Cesky Krumlov. Stay away from this hotel.

Würde es niemals weiterempfehlen. Wir haben dort für 4 Personen gebucht. Leider haben 2 Personen nur einen Ausweis mitgehabt statt eines Reisepasses. Wir haben die Zimmer nicht bekommen, obwohl sie schon bezahlt waren. Sind sogar auf die Polizeistelle in der Krumau gewesen . Die haben dann in Hotel angerufen, und haben gemeint das die unsere Ausweise akzeptieren müssen.Nichts hat geholfen. Wir haben weder das Zimmer noch das geld retour bekommen. Eine bodenlose Frechheit.

We stayed in this hotel 34 years ago so we were super keen to stay here again We had upgraded our room to the deluxe suite and we were underwhelmed by our first room but after speaking Foued at the front desk he moved us to the deluxe suite overlooking the river for our second night !we loved our stay The staff were beyond amazing / special thanks to Foued

Perfect location right in the city center but in a quiet street. The view of the river and landscape from our room was spectacular. The staff were attentive and friendly. A plus was the wellness center in the basement. I had a Thai massage before leaving the hotel. Highly recommend!

Supert hotell med fantastisk beliggenhet med super utsikt fra terrassen. Kjekke ansatte og god frokost. Litt harde senger,men det følger vel med middelalderen:)

大きなスーツケースがあっても、バスターミナルから石畳を最短の距離で、しかもエレベーターのあるホテルはこの地域には珍しく、とても助かりました。ホテルの雰囲気も良く、中世ヨーロッパ感を堪能できました。

The hotel is not 5 star. There are no amenities . Breakfast is basic - Same offerings everyday. Room cleaning is in the afternoon - very unusual. They clearly do not have enough staff. The building itself is lovely and the rooms are all different. Be sure to ask for a room with air conditioning !

Breakfast poor. Many dishes but no taste. How can you in a country of superb bread serve something like your "baguette"

Bellissimo hotel in splendida posizione per visitare tutto il centro ed il castello, ma nella zona più tranquilla. Ha una bella terrazza con ristorante dove ammirare il tramonto. Personale molto attenti e cortese. Colazione eccellente e molto varia .

Nur die Lage ist O.K.Das Frühstück ist Standart,wird aber ohne jeglichen Geschmack serviert.Im Badezimmer gibt es außer Körpergel nichts anderes. Kein 5Sterne Hotel. ,

Die Unterkunft liegt hervorragend für die Stadtbesichtigung und allerlei Programmmöglichkeiten (z.B. Floßfahrt) Negativ: Frühstücksgeschirr wurde auf der Terrasse stundenlang nicht abserviert, nur 1 Kaffeemaschine für die gesamten Hotelgäste Terrasse war nicht für Frühstück gedeckt
