My Wife and I spent St. Valentines night at this lovely hotel. Our room was very well appointed, nice and roomy with views across the garden. Dinner was nicely presented and for a seven course taster, represented good value and quality for the money. The hotel facilities were also very good, a nice spa area, out door thermal tub and adequate gym. Staff were all very friendly and attentive and this and its other group hotels are places we will undoubtedly visit again.

We LOVED this cozy resort in the Cotswolds! Beth in reception and Shannon in the spa made our entire stay with lots of great recommendations and friendly greetings each day. The rooms are gorgeous and the outdoor hot tub is a really nice amenity. All meals were lovely. We only wish the bed was softer, but it was also fine. We would definitely recommend!

The hotel itself has lots of nice features but lets itself down in some places. When we arrived at 8pm there were no food options available - not even snacks and we were told the restaurant was full. The spa was underwhelming - the outdoor hot tub was tepid and the bubbles weren’t working - we were told an engineer was coming, but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. The breakfast options weren’t hugely varied - the smashed avocado tasted and looked like a pot of pre made guacamole, and English breakfast left a lot to be desired. The fruit salad was only melon and pineapple both mornings, so could have been more varied. However the service was good and our room was specious and clean. Overall I felt let down given we chose the hotel because of the spa.

The dining experience was excellent food amazing Spa was disappointing as sauna & solarium were out of order The hotel down graded our booking due to a problem with our room . Our stay at the Greenway Spa Hotel did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, our booking had been entered incorrectly, leaving our reserved room unavailable. An absolute hidden gem, I wanted somewhere close to the airport but quiet and with a touch of class and this lovely manor house did not disappoint. Excellent staff and service, evening meal was quite frankly one of the best meals I have eaten, the only downside was the family pool time for 1 1/2 hours in the evening, just when we wanted to enjoy the lovely quiet poolside loungers and hot tub. Apart from that all great and we will definitely be coming back.

The reception area appears to be going through a refurb so access was via the spa. The rooms need refurbishing urgently. It was the dimmest lit room I've ever seen and even then I could see the stains and wear on the carpet and furniture. Lots of mould around the windows. Otherwise clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. decent wine list. Breakfast was very good. This could be a great hotel but the dilapidated room made it mediocre.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Greenway. We were upgraded on arrival, and everything about the stay was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was lovely, and the spa was also very good - my partner enjoyed her treatment as well. Food was excellent - we tried both the brasserie and main dining restaurant - both were delicious. Breakfast was also lovely. The only thing that could potentially be improved would be the WiFi, which wasn't great in our room - but it certainly didn't spoil our stay - we'd definitely come back!

Staff very friendly, meals were tasty but a bit too much ‘fine dining,’ so small portions. Very limited, only the same 4 choices each day. Kitchen had oven problems too, which was unfortunate. Room was very comfortable and well maintained but there was a constant loud sound of running water in the radiators, very distracting especially throughout the night. Spa facilities looked really good but we weren’t able to book any treatments.

A lovely two night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had bar food in the lounge one evening. Sadly it was not a good experience. One member of staff having to take drinks orders, prepare the drinks and also take food orders. Poor man was totally overwhelmed by the situation. Long wait for food. James came to the rescue but it was all a little like Fawlty Towers! Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of offerings. The hotel was comfortable with beautiful gardens and a welcoming pool and spa area.

James, who was at the front desk was amazing. When we checked in he gave us a tour of the property, was very knowledgeable. His presentation and appearance was 5 star. I truly thought he was the General Manager of the hotel and but he stated that he had been with the company for one year. I know with his amazing attitude and appearance that he will be in that position on our next stay. The wait staff were amazing and treated you like royalty. I would recommend this hotel to anyone to stay. You truly feel that you are the owner of an amazing English Countryside Mansion.

Our stay at the Greenway Spa Hotel did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, our booking had been entered incorrectly, leaving our reserved room unavailable. We LOVED this cozy resort in the Cotswolds! Beth in reception and Shannon in the spa made our entire stay with lots of great recommendations and friendly greetings each day. The rooms are gorgeous and the outdoor hot tub is a really nice amenity. All meals were lovely. We only wish the bed was softer, but it was also fine. We would definitely recommend!

An absolute hidden gem, I wanted somewhere close to the airport but quiet and with a touch of class and this lovely manor house did not disappoint. Excellent staff and service, evening meal was quite frankly one of the best meals I have eaten, the only downside was the family pool time for 1 1/2 hours in the evening, just when we wanted to enjoy the lovely quiet poolside loungers and hot tub. Apart from that all great and we will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Greenway. We were upgraded on arrival, and everything about the stay was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was lovely, and the spa was also very good - my partner enjoyed her treatment as well. The only thing that could potentially be improved would be the WiFi, which wasn't great in our room - but it certainly didn't spoil our stay - we'd definitely come back!

My Wife and I spent St. Valentines night at this lovely hotel. Our room was very well appointed, nice and roomy with views across the garden. Dinner was nicely presented and for a seven course taster, represented good value and quality for the money. The hotel facilities were also very good, a nice spa area, out door thermal tub and adequate gym. Staff were all very friendly and attentive and this and its other group hotels are places we will undoubtedly visit again.

A lovely two night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had bar food in the lounge one evening. Sadly it was not a good experience. One member of staff having to take drinks orders, prepare the drinks and also take food orders. Poor man was totally overwhelmed by the situation. Long wait for food. James came to the rescue but it was all a little like Fawlty Towers! Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of offerings. The hotel was comfortable with beautiful gardens and a welcoming pool and spa area.

The spa was underwhelming - the outdoor hot tub was tepid and the bubbles weren’t working - we were told an engineer was coming, but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. The breakfast options weren’t hugely varied - the smashed avocado tasted and looked like a pot of pre made guacamole, and English breakfast left a lot to be desired. The fruit salad was only melon and pineapple both mornings, so could have been more varied. However the service was good and our room was specious and clean. Overall I felt let down given we chose the hotel because of the spa.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff very attentive and helpful. Got an upgraded room which was great. Food a tad expensive and we all thought the desserts were bland. Spa was good but can't comment on treatments as didn't have any. Would recommend.

Clean room and hotel, very well maintained. Lovely, relaxing area with open space surrounding the hotel. Spa facilities are great but fitness suite was the only small disappointment for myself, as it was small room with limited free weights (up to 10kg dumbbells). There is however a good range of cardio machines.
