Mondrian Bordeaux Les Carmes

Lovely hotel, very calm. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast. The spa facilities were nice but only a pool and sauna available.

After a long trip check in was delayed as the room wasn’t ready at 1500 which didn’t help. After 1600 before we got to the room. They did give us a drink voucher for the bar but when we went to use it there is a very limited list of drinks allowed on the voucher which was very annoying. Rooms are very good. The breakfast was ok. But overall more of a four star hotel than five.

This is a top class hotel. The facilities and staff are outstanding. We ate in the Japanese restaurant as well which was superb. A real treat!

Locker staff, fantastic room, really comfy bed, great pool, sauna & steam room. The staff were so kind and helpful, the customer service was next level! Food was great! Everything about this hotel is 10000%, I highly highly recommend!!!!
