A good hotel which we used as a family as it was twenty mins from Phantasialand. Kids liked the pool, adults liked the sauna. All very clean and well presented. Would stay again.

Good price and friendly staff. Although, I was under the impression that car parking was included only to find out at the counter that it was €11 a day. Also, normally you get tea in rooms but not in this one. These negative points should not stop you to stay at this hotel, it is air-conditiined and very convenient and comfortable.

A friendly clean hotel that is close to local public transport, supermarkets and fast food restaurants. The hotel also offers a very small gym and swimming pool which does the job. Staff are friendly and super helpful. Perfect for a few days in Germany.

Da Hotel ist sehr schön und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Check-in, sowie Check-out ging ohne Probleme und schnell. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Am meisten hatten wir uns auf den Pool gefreut. Dieser ist etwas klein, aber reicht vollkommen aus. Wir wollten auch noch in die Sauna (dafür muss man extra anrufen), aber leider hat niemand, auch nach mehrfachen anrufen und warten, an der Rezeption angenommen. Das fanden wir jetzt nicht so schlimm, aber trotzdem gibt es dafür einen kleinen Punkt abzug. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zu Frieden und werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. das Frühstücksbuffet war super und es war in der Nacht angenehm leise. Ein paar Dinge im Zimmer selbst, waren jedoch zu bemängeln. Eine Lampe war kaputt und die Badezimmertür lies sich nicht schließen. Außerdem war der Boden im Poolbereich recht dreckig und es lagen viele Haare und anderer kleiner Dreck auf dem Boden.

Das Hotel hat insgesamt leider einen ungepflegten Eindruck gemacht und für uns keine 4 Sterne wert. Wir haben für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind 130€ ohne Frühstück pro Nacht bezahlt. Und unser Hotel Zimmer war leider in einem etwas herunter gekommenen Zustand und es war leider extrem staubig und nicht gesaugt. Das Restaurant und Terrasse waren schön angelegt aber das Essen auch wirklich sehr teuer für das was man bekommen hat.

The sauna only opens from 9am to 10pm. Basically, you cannot use the sauna if you are late for check-in or check out early. The room condition was also disappointing, since I saw stains on the table rests and waste beneath the towels. If you want to park inside the hotel, you must pay 15 euros, which is absurd, since the hotel is located outside the central area and there is nothing around it. If you want to use the sauna and a bathrobe, you must ask in advance, as there are only a limited number at reception and we cannot borrow one at 7pm.

It was a bit further to the centre than expected, but the bus and tram stop were 5 mins away. The team were always helpful, and the service level was really good. Only disappointment was the air conditioning . The first couple of days were quite hot and the air con wasn’t cooling the room sufficiently. Breakfast buffet food was was excellent, with a good spread.

Dated property and falls short of other Mercure stays. Kind staff and the highlight was the cooled water fountain in the atrium. Breakfast lacked a bit of variety for vegetarian guests but otherwise was a lovely stay.

hi, We were not explained anything at arrival about the amenities, just given the key and told which floor to go to. The bathroom had some black mold on the silicone joint. I requested 2/3 time if we could have water in the room and I was told this was not done, while my daughter room had two bottles of water sparking and flat. Also, i was not able to find anywhere on your website the price of breakfast For the rest all was fine. Thank you

Een stuk rijden naar Köln centrum, maar het is betaalbaar. Voldoende, betaalde, parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel. Een klein zwembad, goed voor een ochtend duik. En een fitnessruimte met een paar apparaten. Vriendelijk personeel. Bedden zijn prima. Wij sliepen met z'n vieren op een kamer. De kinderen van 9 en 12 sliepen op de bedbank. Die was niet opgemaakt. Maar dat were vlot verholpen na een melding bij de receptie.

Das erste was schon mal auffällt wenn man dieses hotel betritt ist der unglaublich angenehme duft.weiter geht es das man von unglaublich freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal begrüßt und begleitet wurde.bei fragen zur Verbindung, Zu Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. Überall wurde weitergeholfen.das von uns dazu gebuchte Frühstück kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Alles sehr lecker und schön angerichtet und vor allem reichlich.als besonders angenehm empfanden wir, nach einem langen tag in der Großstadt köln den tag mit einem leckeren cocktail in ruhiger Umgebung auf der Terrasse ausklingen zu lassen.Eine Haltestelle befindet sich 5 Minuten vom hotel entfernt.somit kann man fast alles super mit bus und bahn erreichen.selbst ein 24 Stunden Ticket kann man im hotel kaufen. Beim nächsten köln trip werden wir dort wieder buchen.

Ich habe eine Frage woher sind die 4 Sterne .Ich habe vor der Reise eine Nachricht an Hotel geschickt, bis jetzt keine Antwort bekommen , solche Aufmerksamkeit für seine Gäste finde ich schade und nicht normal . Badewanne mit den Dusche kombiniert finde ich sehr schlecht , besonders für mrine Tochter war es schwierig, weil sie mobilität Probleme hat es ist nicht geeignet für Leute mit Behinderung . Schlaf qualität war na ja , Kopfkissen nicht bequem . Wir habe sofort in ersten Tag ein Tisch reserviert . Leider waren sehr enttäuscht , erstens es ist so ausgesehen, dass sie haben uns vergessen , es hat 1 Stunde gedauert nach dem wir fertig mit dem essen waren , aber keiner ist bei uns gekommen , ich musste selbst aufstehen und nach Dessertkarte fragen , da war aber leider nicht alles verfügbar, obwohl Speisekarte ust sehr klein und eher ist es Fastfood und nicht ein Restaurant in einem 4 Sternehotel . Keine Minibar auf dem Zimmer, es gibt nur einen Kühlschrank und Snacks an der Rezeption.. Und das Frühstücksbüffet ist ok . . Für den Preis und angeblichen 4 Sternen hätte ich mehr erwartet. Parkplatzkosten pro Tag 11€ auch viel zu teuer ,da man schön im Industriegebiet dort ist

Sehr nettes Personal, Saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Hotel liegt gut hinsichtlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Lidl, DM, McDonalds, KFC, Griechisches Restaurant fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar). Etwas weiter entfernt sind auch noch ein Diner, Subways, Smythstoys und Media Markt (falls mal ein Kabel fehlen sollte) gelegen. Zum Phantasialand sind es mit dem Auto lediglich 15-20 Minuten. Parkmöglichkeiten bietet das Hotel selbst zu derzeit 11€ den Tag. Auch ein Pool ist vorhanden, wobei wir hier zeitlich leider nur vorbeischauen und nicht selbst schwimmen konnten.

I'm afraid we didn't feel safe walking in the area around. Every time we came out of the hotel we were hit with a barrage of smokers. They should have had a smoking area away from the hotel doors. The pool area was also not clean. However, the staff were friendly and we were only there for one night and the bedroom itself, although dated was clean.

Great hotel on the edge of the city, easy to get to from the motorway. An ideal stopping off point the staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking was easy for a few euros. The dining menu was a little limited, but it was a Sunday night in fairness; regardless the currywurst and chips were good and my son enjoyed his pizza. Breakfast was also excellent.
