Die Zimmer sind sehr gut klimatisiert. Bei offenem Fenster. Zu schlafen ist allerdings etwas schwierig, da die Umgebungslautstärke doch wahrnehmbar ist. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es allerdings super ruhig. Die Lage ist super es gibt ganz viele Restaurants, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es nur wenige Gehminuten und man ist auch ganz schnell in der Fußgängerzone.

Great hotel, you can found everyrhing what you need for short stays. Only my concern is for pillows, one is very thick other one is very thin in the bed, I need some middle size. Location is very convenient, you can reach everywhere by walk. Due to the only one elevator in the building sometimes you are waiting for access.

The elevator was broken since we arrived and it was not fixed till we checked out. Staff didn't make any effort to be helpful regarding this. On day of check out cleaning staff repeatedly knocked on our door even though it was not check out time yet.

The hotel is in a great location and parking with electric charge option. The staff are great but there were some problems with room keys and getting our freezer packs back. Rooms have no kettle (although we were able to get one) not fridges. Good breakfast if included. Overall an okay place to stay.

Clean and quiet rooms, helpful and courteous staff, excellent breakfast, convenient courtyard parking. Step outside and immediately next door you’ll find one of the original Roman towers. It’s a short walk to the cathedral and train station, many restaurants and cafés.

Drøye 10 min å gå fra sentralstasjonen/Kølnerdomen, og også i nærheten til det livlige belgiske kvarteret. Men relativt stille akkurat der hotellet er. Ganske lite rom. Bare en heis som også var litt treig, trekker ned.

The staff were so helpful and spoken better English than us! There was delicious wine in the hotel bar which was lovely to sit in. The only downside was the few hours the lift stopped working for! If we return to Köln, we would definitely stay here!

Was only there for 1 night but found the hotel to be very clean and in a good area. I arrived at 9:30am thinking I would just have them check my bag until room was ready, but to my surprise they checked me in right away and was able to freshen up and relax before heading out to explore. I left my plug adapter in Frankfurt and they luckily had an adapter for me to borrow during my stay. Breakfast was a little pricey but very delicious and many food options. I would definitely stay here again.

Ich fand alles optimal. Mein Zimmer war klein, aber so zweckmäßig eingerichtet, dass ich trotzdem viel Bewegungsfreiheit hatte. Ganz große Klasse auch das Frühstücksbufett. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gern wieder.

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable. No TV channels, in English, were working. Breakfast options were really good. Staff were helpful & spoke good English. Hotel parking charges weren't explained during booking process. An extra 'energy' charge (additional to city tax) per guest has been in place since November 2022, but this wasn't mentioned during booking.

Ein- und Auschecken war qualvoll.. Er war nur ein Mitarbeiter dort und es hat ewig lange aufgrund der hohen Personenzahl, die auschecken wollten (über 30min), gedauert - dafür hat man morgens keine Zeit - der Kollege an der Rezeption braucht dringend Verstärkung!

Ein- und Auschecken war qualvoll.. Er war nur ein Mitarbeiter dort und es hat ewig lange aufgrund der hohen Personenzahl, die auschecken wollten (über 30min), gedauert - dafür hat man morgens keine Zeit - der Kollege an der Rezeption braucht dringend Verstärkung!

Was only there for 1 night but found the hotel to be very clean and in a good area. I arrived at 9:30am thinking I would just have them check my bag until room was ready, but to my surprise they checked me in right away and was able to freshen up and relax before heading out to explore. I left my plug adapter in Frankfurt and they luckily had an adapter for me to borrow during my stay. Breakfast was a little pricey but very delicious and many food options. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable. No TV channels, in English, were working. Breakfast options were really good. Staff were helpful & spoke good English. Hotel parking charges weren't explained during booking process. An extra 'energy' charge (additional to city tax) per guest has been in place since November 2022, but this wasn't mentioned during booking.

Great hotel, you can found everyrhing what you need for short stays. Only my concern is for pillows, one is very thick other one is very thin in the bed, I need some middle size. Location is very convenient, you can reach everywhere by walk. Due to the only one elevator in the building sometimes you are waiting for access.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und gut gelegen . Vor allem die Lage zum Weihnachtsmarkt und zum Musical Dome , gute 10 Min zu Fuß. Frühstück war super , Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sollten wir wieder nach Köln fahren ,werden wir das Hotel bestimmt wieder buchen .

Drøye 10 min å gå fra sentralstasjonen/Kølnerdomen, og også i nærheten til det livlige belgiske kvarteret. Men relativt stille akkurat der hotellet er. Ganske lite rom. Bare en heis som også var litt treig, trekker ned.

Ich fand alles optimal. Mein Zimmer war klein, aber so zweckmäßig eingerichtet, dass ich trotzdem viel Bewegungsfreiheit hatte. Ganz große Klasse auch das Frühstücksbufett. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gern wieder.

The staff were so helpful and spoken better English than us! There was delicious wine in the hotel bar which was lovely to sit in. The only downside was the few hours the lift stopped working for! If we return to Köln, we would definitely stay here!
