Sink didn't drain--had to pull out the plug which was full of hair and gunk. Elevator--very close to our room--chirped and sounded like a bird stuck somewhere. Took a bit to realize it was the elevator going up/down.

Our room was unclean. There was what looked like "blood splatter" on the bathroom wall beside the sink. The bathroom door had some sort of liquid stain down it. The shower and floor were also dirty. Overall the room didn't feel clean and made our stay uncomfortable. The elevator seemed to be struggling to work, it worked but didn't sound good. The hotel is old and has been renovated but the age is obvious under the cosmetic changes.

Great service and price, but the hotel is getting old. The doors has big caps under and you can hear everything everyone at night and during the day. Couldn’t sleep well because you can hear people in the hallway or when they shut their doors. No pool, which they share with another hotel.

Really easy to find for it being super tall. Loved it being right across the street to a waterfall and walkable park. Down the street from various restaurants. Room was really nice and clean, they provided shampoo & conditioner and really good smelling lotion. Has a pool next door, and provides a hot breakfast and a small store with other items for sale.

I liked the location. The property is dirty and worn. One of the elevators doesn’t work properly. House keeping failed to clean my room one day. Fridge wasn’t working. Breakfast only has unhealthy food.

My room was infested with bugs so they moved me to another room, also had bugs…then admitted to me they were having an infestation. The second room was super dirty ..toilet was filthy… they had to send someone to clean the room. Hotel was in general not clean or cared for. Would absolutely never stay there again.

The woman at the desk was very good and friendly. The room had issues. The alarm clock next to the bed was set an hour fast so I got up too early. It was very windy which isn’t the hotels fault, but the sliding glass door wasn’t completely closed so it was more noisy than it would have been if it was closed. Also there was a strange red substance spilled down the wall next to the toilet in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good. Clean and nice selection.

The staff in the front were friendly and helpful but the cleaning was horrible. It was so dirty in the sleeper sofa when we pulled it out. Then we noticed the mattress was super stained and dirty. The balcony was super dirty and full of spider webs and tub seemed to only be superficially cleaned but there was the red grimy stains around tile like when they don’t clean well. Cleaning staff definitely need to do a more thorough job cleaning.

I don’t know who in their right mind is giving this place more than a single star. I booked my room through the app and when I arrived to check in, they didn’t even have the room that I booked available. They gave me a different room and when heading to my room, the elevators kept opening and closing and wouldn’t go up. I ended up taking the stairs to the 4th floor. When I got to my room, I immediately noticed how disgusting the carpet looked, full of stains. I checked the bedding and the sheets were wrinkled, had dirt in them and someone else’s hair. I then went into the bathroom and noticed hair and dead bugs stuck to the ceiling. There were also dead ants throughout the bathroom. The towels were dirty also. At that point I went downstairs to say that my room was not cleaned. I was then given a different room. I grabbed my things and walked up to my new room, which had flies in the bathroom, spider nests in the corners of the wall, and a spider dangling from the ceiling on its web. When I checked the bedding in the new room, there were tiny bugs in the sheets and I booked it out of that place as fast as I could. This hotel needs to be shut down. They say they’ve remodeled but that is clearly a lie. This hotel is a dump and I have never been to a worse hotel. Do not stay here, if you don’t want to bring bugs home in your luggage.

The room was nice and clean. We went with this hotel due to its location. It had a balcony that you could watch the falls. However, the balcony was so dirty with bird poop and cobwebs, that we were not able to sit out and enjoy it. The location is 5 star. The breakfast was good. Just the condition of the balcony since that was what we were there for, to enjoy the falls.

Katastrophal schmutzige Zimmer In über zehn Jahren Choice-Hotels war ich noch NIE in solch einer schmutzigen Unterkunft. Balkon: nicht nutzbar wegen Tauben, deren Dreck und Spinnweben bis rein ins Zimmer. Das Fenster war verdunkelt - vor Dreck. Oberflächen im Zimmer waren schmutzig, besonders im Bereich der Betten. Möbel waren übersät mit fremden Haaren, Chipsresten und Staub. Auf keinen Fall sollten Sie dort schlafen.

It was nice seeing the falls from the balcony, but this may have been the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed. You can Hear every step, flush, conversation, door slam, etc. just bring earplugs and it’s great.

Lovely remodeled hotel - very fairly, reasonably priced. Front desk staff was incredible and the room was clean and representative of the pictures. The $25 fee for dogs is also much appreciated as other hotels in the area were $75-$125.

The hotel has friendly staff and is situated in a beautiful location along the River Walk. Unfortunately, I am less satisfied with the customer service. Three days ago, I sent an email reporting that I had encountered bedbugs during my stay, combined with hives. I also attached photos to the message. However, I have not received any response to date.

My family and I are on spring break and the breakfast is said to close at 9 am. We were literally the only people in the breakfast area and the hotel staff came up behind us and locked all the items while we were waiting. Unfortunate and poor customer service

Dani at the ftont desk was so friendly and helpful. She seemed to be a jack of all trades because she was also the one who brought us a new TV remote when ours didn’t work. She had great suggestions and made sure our room was set for 4 people.

The remodel made this hotel fresh and nice. Beds are comfy and absolutely love being right along the greenbelt and river. The staff was very friendly and even remembered our family from our last stay.

Loved our stay here! The hotel is in a perfect location right next to the Idaho Falls River Walk. Our room had a gorgeous view and we got many beautiful pics right from the balcony! Had a great dinner at Snow Eagle Brewing and Grill and then walked up and down the river walk. Breakfast in the morning offered many options. Would highly recommend a stay here!!

It was a little hard to find because the sign out front has a different name. Had to call the hotel to confirm the location. The building is cool and in an excellent location along the greenbelt. We had a rough day so fiance picked up food from Chili's that was right by the hotel. The place was clean and they have been recently remodeled. There were options for breakfast but it seemed like the breakfast area was too small. It was packed. The waffle mix literally had a consistency of water. On the second day they were out of basically everything.
