Rooms were not ready wasn’t able to check in until 430 pm. The pool area was dirty, hot tub didn’t work and no towels in the pool area to use. Tv remote didn’t work. Hot water was a hit miss when wanting to shower.

The exterior is beautiful. The interior is old and outdated. There was black mold starting on the bathroom wall. The Hot tub/jacuzzi was not working and the water was cold. The "buffet breakfast" was extremely limited. We will not return to this location.

Front desk was slow, unattentive and uncaring. Requested ground floor ,near exit. Was given 2nd floor, middle of the hall. No refrigerator and the towels were obviously dirty. Pool was gross and hot tub did not work. Had to wait for coffee at 7:30 am and the milk was sour. No syrup for waffles and butter was frozen.

The toilet in our room was wobbly and did not flush correctly. We had to jave our room key rekyed 4 times just to get in our roon and to access pool. When we finally got access the hot tub was broken. The two positives were air conditioning wiorked well and beds were comfortable.

Loved being so close to the river path, but there are a lot of other hotels there too. The front desk guy was friendly, helpful and super nice and the appearance of everything seemed nice, but so many things were broken. Had to screw in the tub drain back in to get it to work and the shower wouldn’t turn off all the way when filling the tub, the shampoo bottle in the shower was empty, both ice machines were broken, no cups or ice tub, hot tub was broken and half filled with dirty water, pool was freezing, WiFi didn’t work, small reading lights on headboard didn’t work, floor was sticky, tv remote was hidden in the closet on the floor, exterior door didn’t work with the key so someone had put a wood chip as a door stopper to be able to get back in, room key stopped working so had to take it to the front desk to get it re-programmed, lobby was very warm during breakfast on a hot summer morning. Seems like they may be trying to remodel while still having the place open- they need to do it in stages and not rent out rooms that need maintenance and repair.

The room and bed was clean. They’re making updates to the property but it hasn’t been done well (grout job on tile was horrible and smeared and dried, new flooring you can see the bumps and crack underneath it). Weird old smells in the hallways but like I said the room was clean and didn’t smell. Nice employees and desk people. Pool area was clean, hot tub wasn’t hot it was barely warm.

It took a very long time to get checked in, the hot tub was out of service, the pool had no heat, the floors in the room were dirty and the bathroom smelled like urine. The hotel overall did not look clean and the breakfast in the morning was very limited, no fresh fruit or yogurt. So overall not a great experience. I don't stay at very many hotels, and I NEVER do reviews, so this was necessary.

This hotel is under renovation and not ready for guests. The floors were sticky. There was no soap or bath mats. Some rooms didn’t have fridge. Laundry room was very dirty. Ice machines were not working. Despite remodel, shower had not been updated. New bed was comfortable.

We booked this room for a relaxing evening of sitting in the hot tub It was broken and no one attempting to repair it. The room floor was laminate and it was sticky and not just a little, the entire room. I went up to to front counter and the attendant said we booked through Expedia so he could not help me. Even the bed comforter had black makeup or something on it. We were very disappointed for the price we paid.

Beautiful views. The shower had mold soap scum that came off with a wipe of a washcloth. No conditioner in the shower. The bed was clean and comfortable. Overall for the price it was decent. They have a sticker on the mirror saying they clean to hospital grade standards. The outside property had trash on the ground, But trash cans were over flowing. The entrance into the building was beautiful and clean. It seemed like breakfast was being taken down by 7:30 am. However i didn’t see the hours breakfast was served.

The room was absolutely disgusting! There was hair on the toilet. There was long female hairs in the towels. There was a nasty stain and sweat marks on the sheets - obviously not changed from the last person slept in the bed. The shower was dirty. There table has food crumbs and was dirty. This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at! I pulled up the google reviews for the last couple months and they were exactly the same as my situation! I will never stay here again and I suggest everyone not to as well. Horrible experience!

Air-conditioning has so loud noise.I couldn't turn on the AC because of noisy. Room was not clean and left weird smell. Water didnt drain and toilet doesn't flush down. It was really horrible experience. And continenal breakfast was so low quality. I only took coffee but the cup is small staripol cup which is harmpul for hot liquid.

The location was great, but there are many many more hotels just next to it. The room was in horrible conditions, sheets were not clean, floors where dirty, shower and toilet not clean. They are nice, but nice doesn't cut it for me. There are many housing code violations that I can go over and over. I know that for the price I paid, I rather paid 50 dollars more and stay in a super very nice hotel! Again, great location, but horrible conditions.

The exterior property looks nice. The interior is decent. The rooms are terribly dirty. We switched rooms because of the filth but the 2nd room was dirty too. Dirt in walls, mold build up in showers and bathroom. Finger prints on furniture. The 1st bed didn't have a mattress cover. The pricing is too high for condition of the hotel. I wouldn't stay again.

This was by far the nastiest place I have ever been. Spider in the bed, pet hair and human hair in the bed, stains on all the bedding, tables all covered with pet hair and crumbs, dirty bathroom and towels from the previous people who stayed there, floors were filthy. Overall just awful. We even checked another room and it was the same. They ended up refunding us. We had to go find another hotel.

Rooms were dirty with hair in the corners of the bathroom. The sliding door to the bathroom came off tracks multiple times. The heater had a terrible smell when turned on. Hallway floor was not vacumed in some time.

We stayed for a week at this establishment. Sausage and eggs everyday, waffle batter is watered down and out completely by 8 am and blamed on the buses that arrive daily full of tourists for eating too much (how about plan better right?), no yogurt or oatmeal or fruit, watered down coffee, very dirty floors in the room, safe that’s not working, stained sheets and towels - I can go on and on. Bottom line, NOT RECOMMENDED.

The first thing that didn’t go right was the heater was broken. They fixed enough that it would heat up the room but there was no temperature control. I had to then in turn get up repeatedly to adjust the heating in the room. It was just asked if I would be willing to adjust and I said yes only because moving rooms once I have gather my family in the one I was assigned to it is rather difficult with some health issues, hence one of the reasons I asked for ground level room and easy access to the outside. Anyways finally got settled into the room more and I as willing to let the heat thing slide and would write a review like I am now, but wait there is more, I go to turn the TV on cause for some reason I can’t sleep unless the TV is on only when I stay on hotel/motels and the TV will not turn on! I took thirty min trying to figure out why this getto ass TV is locked in solitary confinement and so I am like fine, I will call the front desk again to come fix the TV that will not turn on. I know these are not the cheapest ions you can find in town and they are not the most expensive either. It is really sad when the 2 things that you expect to have working when renting out a room do not work or do not work properly, I think something should be said. I would not be offended one bit if I was even offered some kind of a return of more than then we will take 5-10% off your bill cause I am not looking for anyone to offer to pay my taxes for the bill. Outta room to type now

The reserved room was not ready when we arrived, so we were 30 minutes late getting into the room. The bathroom appeared to have been rushed over in the cleaning process, as dirt was visible in the corners of the bathroom floor and tissue under the vanity. Although there was a one-cup coffee maker, it had grounds in the water reservoir. There wasn't a microwave oven. I've come to expect them, so I will make sure before I reserve a room in the future.

good value for the money. we had an amazing view of the river and the temple, walls could use a paint job and some art would make a big difference. bed was very comfortable. room was large. did not like the fact that their was no door on the toilet/shower room.

Bathroom had NO door ! Big design flaw ! If any member of your family needs to take a 💩, I assure you the entire hotel room will smell the evidence. Hot tub was cold, pool freezing. A big part of why we booked was for the pool so this was a big disappointment. I had seen previous reviews talking about the broken hot tub, but I figure within a few weeks time of the last review it had surely been fixed. Nope 👎 No fridge in room, makes figuring out how to keep my baby’s milk from spoiling a disaster. Lights that are attached to headboard don’t work and there’s no nightstands by bed. Room was fairly clean, but bathroom needs a deep clean. Caulking around tub is pink and grubby. The place has potential if they fixed up some very basic amenities. Front desk staff were friendly & looks newly renovated. I wish I could give it more stars, but sadly the amount of shortfalls keeps me from doing so.

We decided to stay here because it looked so nice and was across from a river walk. My husband trades all morning so would have things to do. No internet the entire time we were there. 😡 Also, no door on the bathroom was a big issue for us. Will not stay here again.

The room was unable to be locked at the door. The door itself barely closed. I could see people’s feet in the hallway walking by due to the door not extending to the floor (approximately a 3”gap). The door wasn’t even closed to the room when I first got there. The furniture was broken from the headboard to the chair at the desk, unable to sit in the chair because the chair back was broke. The air conditioning unit didn’t have knobs to be able to use it effectively. No security locking feature on the door to the room. Deadbolt doesn’t work. The list goes on. I didn’t think my first stay here a week ago could have been worse but it was by far. I will never stay here again. Frankly I feel like I shouldn’t even have had to pay for this. I slept so lightly because I needed to be alert while I was there. 100% was uncomfortable.

I arrived after the check-in time but was asked to wait 10 minutes because my room was not ready yet. It ended up being about 20 minutes. When i got to my room i was disappointed in the look of it, different than the photos online. It looked old and run down even though you could tell it had been remodeled a bit. My first thought was what i paid. For a few bucks more i could had had something alot nicer. In the morning when i took a shower, the water was barely warm. The tub was filling up, tells me drain was clogged. Looked like there was black mold on the caulking around the tub. Not impressed. There were no side tables by either bed. I had to put my phone and glasses on the floor while i slept. Will not ever stay there again.

No one was at the counter for check in. We arrived at 9p and waited 15 min before some one helped us and then we had to wait to even get a clean room. Room looked dingy and bed sheets looked unclean, floor was dirty and there was only one trash can in the whole room. The iron board was broken, the shower knob was so hard to turn to hot shower. Anyone with arthritis would never be able to turn the shower on. Breakfast was okay. Overall it was just a place to lay our heads for one night it will probably not be back.

Room was never cleaned we stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never even looked at our room had to get towels every night after being told the room would be cleaned after the first night it was left not cleaned again!!! Door key never worked after the initial check in had to get a new key made every time Judging by the atmosphere and how many people were waiting in line when we checked out I’d say that this is not the only complaint for this place this weekend!!

Beautiful river view. Fabulous location near the falls. Walked to Jalisco’s Mexican Restaurant for a wonderfully delicious Mexican dinner. The bed is comfortable and the price was right. We would happily stay here again.

I like that it had waffles, eggs and sausage for part of their breakfast. We have not stayed in a hotel with a good Continental breakfast for quite a while. So that was nice. The staff were super helpful and friendly. It's a little bit quirky just because it's an older hotel that they've tried to fix up and there's some things that haven't quite all the way made it yet.

Breakfast was very good. Coffee was average, but enjoyed juice. Eating area was pleasant and clean. Bathroom walk in shower had red algae growing around rim of shower floor. Needs disinfectant/beach application. Bed in room squeaked when sitting on edge of bed. Door locks and entry door locks failed. Had to walk around building to find a door open to get our luggage inside. Tried to tell staff at front desk, but was told I wasn't using the key propertly. That was not true. The locks are failing .

To start the front desk worker Katrina should absolutely be fired with how she treats customers and other employees. Our room wasn’t ready at 3 when checked in. The put us in a different bring them after telling us that it would be another 30 to 60 minutes before they had our room ready. The first room they put us in was absolutely disgusting things growing on the floor. It had not been cleaned at all. The second room we got put in was Okish cleaned, but had no smoke detector or fire suppressant in the room. She claimed it was the same rate as the room we reserved although the room we reserved was supposed to have a balcony in this did not. She absolutely refused to change the price to match the rim that she put us in. When we asked for extra towels and pillows, she gave major attitude and would only give us towels, not pillows. The breakfast here is not good at all. We had to get room keys several times because they would just quit working. The security is not good doors don’t always lock. The lights in the parking lot do not work at all so it’s pitch black when we had to take our service dog out to go potty. She also tried to charge us for our service dog and had no understanding of the laws that apply to a service dog. I will see the overnight shift Jacqueline front staff was great to deal with when there was a power outage. She handled it like an absolute pro. She after hearing everything we’ve gone through plus with the power outing did end up giving us a credit.

The breakfast was very sad. Lots of things had run out, people were touching sausages with their hands, tables and floors were dirty. The young man that was looking after it moved in VERY slow motion.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a pretty average experience overall. The location is good with easy access to the river, falls, downtown, and a variety of restaurants. It’s in a prime spot if you’re looking to explore the area, so that was definitely a highlight. The only staff member I interacted with at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming, which was nice. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives started to taper off.The room itself was mostly clean, but there was hair in the bathtub, which wasn’t exactly pleasant. The pool was pretty cold, and the hot tub didn’t offer much of a respite either—it was also on the chilly side. And to top it off, the shower water was cold as well, which was a big letdown. If you're just looking for a place to crash for a night in a good location, it works. But if you're hoping for a more comfortable, relaxing stay, you might want to loo
