Our experience at this hotel was not enjoyable at all. Firstly, when we went up to our room for the first time, the water was not working. We were not told this when checking in and could not wash up or use the bathroom at all. Secondly, the parking of this hotel is located in another building, and in order to pay for the parking, you must go to the train station which is not very close to the hotel. We were not informed that we had to pay at the train station and when we asked for help in the parking, they informed us to pay in the parking which was wrong as there was no machine. We later found out we could have payed at the hotel, but we were not told about this option, which made us late for our next destination by about an hour. Overall not a good experience and we expected better customer service from a 4 star hotel.

(-) Das Hotel ist über den hinteren Bahnhofsausgang zu erreichen, der Weg auf jeden Fall nicht angenehm, wenn man als Frau später am Abend zum Hotel gehen will. (-) Die Unterkunft wirkt insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. (-) Die Rezeption steht inmitten einer lauten Baustelle. Dies war bei der Buchung nicht vorhersehbar. ( ) Das Zimmer ist ok, das Begrüßungsgeschenk lässt lächeln. ( - - ) Die Sauna ist nach Aussage der Rezeption bereits angestellt, der angekündigte Bademantel jedoch nicht lieferbar. Es gäbe aber Handtücher! Im Spa angekommen und frisch geduscht, stehe ich nass vor einer kalten Sauna. Auf den Anruf vom Notfalltelefon antwortet die Rezeption nicht. Ich muss mit einem Handtuch bekleidet zur Rezeption zurück. Die Sauna wird angestellt und die Rezeption bemüht sich, mir mit einem Getränkegutschein entgegenzukommen. Nach etwa 20 Minuten kann es endlich losgehen. (-) Das Bett ist durchgelegen (-) Die Kaffeestation ist nicht vollständig aufgefüllt. Insgesamt passt für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Ich bin nicht zufrieden mit diesem Aufenthalt.

This is my third time of staying at the hotel, it's very conveniently located next to the train station and the main town. The staff seem to be more biased towards other traveller's than the English. There was refit works going on we were not notified by either the hotel or Expedia! The bar wasnt open although there was a make shift one in the restaurant, the workman where still drilling and sawing until 9pm, so not a really nice relaxed atmosphere & the staff where not equipped to be serving more than one customer at a time. The local rough living chap thought he could use the outside corner of the hotel as his nightly toilet stop, mentioned it to reception and 2 days later the mess was still on the floor!

Es war eine schöne Nacht in diesem Hotel. Wir haben ein Musical besucht, was von hier herrlich zu erreichen war, ebenso wie der Bahnhof. Das Frühstücksbuffet war einfach fantastisch!!! Bett sehr bequem, wir haben beide gut geschlafen. Trotz bahnhof nebenan, war es leise im Zimmer. Nur das Bad wwar nicht sooooo super sauber und auch die Fernbedienung war etwas staubig.

Hotel is centrally located near the Hauptbahnhof. Staff was friendly. Hotel room AC did not work and room smelled of cigarette smoke. An ashtray on the balcony confirmed my suspicion that smoking in the room happened often.

Hat alles gut geklappt! Die Kommunikation vorher (auch über Expedia) war etwas schwierig, weil sie eine Umbuchung nicht hinbekommen haben. Aber vor Ort und während des Aufenthalts war alles super.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut. Freundliches Personal, tolle Lage, Frühstücksauswahl gut. Hier hätte der Service ein klein wenig aufmerksamer sein können, auf leere Platten/ Schüsseln musste hingewiesen werden, dann wurde es aber umgehend aufgefüllt. Sonst alles top und gerne wieder.

This is my third time of staying at the hotel, it's very conveniently located next to the train station and the main town. The staff seem to be more biased towards other traveller's than the English. There was refit works going on we were not notified by either the hotel or Expedia! The bar wasnt open although there was a make shift one in the restaurant, the workman where still drilling and sawing until 9pm, so not a really nice relaxed atmosphere & the staff where not equipped to be serving more than one customer at a time. The local rough living chap thought he could use the outside corner of the hotel as his nightly toilet stop, mentioned it to reception and 2 days later the mess was still on the floor!

Very clean hotel, and well located in quiet street behind the main station. Room was large and comfortable if a little dated from 90s but the bathroom and shower were brand new and excellent. Great power shower with lots of hot water! Breakfast buffet was plentiful and good choices-food was tasty and well presented. Staff were friendly especially AppleJay at Reception who bent over backwards to make us welcome at check-in.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Hauptbahnhof in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet mit Schreibtisch und kostenlosen gutfunktionierenden WLAN. My sons and I had a great long weekend in this hotel. It’s a little way out from Altstadt, but taxis are easily accessible if required. Very close to Central Station. Overall, the hotel is very comfortable, and good value for money. Well recommended.

We arrived for breakfast 5 minutes before service ended at 10am. The waitress was hovering around and reminded us 3 times that we were the last to arrive and that she was waiting only for us. We felt unnecessarily pressured to eat and leave as quickly as possible. On the information in the room it said that the restaurant was open until 10pm. We arrived at 9.15 and it was not open. Bar snacks available but were not as described on the menu. Also despite the hotel advertising EV chargers in the parking garage, these were not even commissioned yet so we were not able to charge. They should not be advertised if not working

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut. Freundliches Personal, tolle Lage, Frühstücksauswahl gut. Hier hätte der Service ein klein wenig aufmerksamer sein können, auf leere Platten/ Schüsseln musste hingewiesen werden, dann wurde es aber umgehend aufgefüllt. Sonst alles top und gerne wieder.

Es war eine schöne Nacht in diesem Hotel. Wir haben ein Musical besucht, was von hier herrlich zu erreichen war, ebenso wie der Bahnhof. Das Frühstücksbuffet war einfach fantastisch!!! Bett sehr bequem, wir haben beide gut geschlafen. Trotz bahnhof nebenan, war es leise im Zimmer. Nur das Bad wwar nicht sooooo super sauber und auch die Fernbedienung war etwas staubig.
