One of the best hotels in Dusseldolf. Perfectly located near the old town and right by the famous Königsalllee St. The staff members were amazing. Awesome gym. Near the river for running or walking

a very nice property, with comfortable rooms and wonderful public areas. The location, directly on the Kö, cannot be beat. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in the restaurants. Our only small complaint: the pool which they promote is not available to everyone. Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to use it. It would have been helpful for us to know that the pool is "adults only". (This does appear deep in the fine print, but one has to search long and hard for this information.)

Der Check-In im Hotel war sehr schnell und angenehm. Nach dem Check In haben wir unsere Suite mit Balkon im 8. Stock bezogen. Die Suite selber hat alles was man benötigt und das Badezimmer ist ein Traum. Auch das Fitnesstudio Holmes Place, zu dem man kostenlosen Zutritt als Hotelgast hat, ist mit tollem Wellness-Bereich und gut ausgestattetem Fitnessbereich echt zu empfehlen. Leider gab es auch ein paar negative Punkte wie zum Beispiel ein Handtuch mit einem recht großen Fleck (vermutlich Make-Up o.ä.) oder ein Bademantel, der irgendeine Verunreinigung hatte. Die größte Enttäuschung allerdings war für mich die Pizza von der Nachtkarte, die wir aufs Zimmer bestellt haben. Zu 99% handelt es sich dabei um eine handelsübliche Tiefkühlpizza, ich denke sogar eher eine der günstigen Sorte (Gut&Günstig oder Ja!), die ich bei einem 5 Sterne Haus nicht erwarte, schon garnicht zu diesem Preis. Ansonsten war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Vorab: Ich habe das Hotel früher regelmäßig besucht und war immer sehr zufrieden! Am letzten Samstag ereignete sich folgendes: Beim Einchecken an der freundlichen Rezeption wurde uns leider mitgeteilt, dass der Wellnessbereich bereits seit einer Woche (!) aufgrund von Unwetterschäden geschlossen ist. Dies ist natürlich ärgerlich, da das Hotel zu Recht mit dem Wellnessbereich wirbt- ein Hinweis auf der Internetpräsenz war hierzu nicht zu finden! Abends haben wir dann im beworbenen Hotel- Restaurant gegessen. Inhaltlich will ich hier nicht die Qualität des Essens bewerten (zu subjektiv), angerichtet war es jedoch nicht besonders. Das „Auge“ isst hier auf jeden Fall nicht mit! Die Weinbegleitung war gut. Was mir leider nicht im Restaurant gefiel: Die Bar im Restaurant ist überhaupt nicht ansehnlich gestaltet. Leere Gläser zwischen den Flaschen, die Flaschen sind überhaupt nicht ansehnlich dargestellt und die Kühlmöbel sind leer und abgeschaltet sichtbar. Die gebrauchten Gläser (und Teller!!!) wurden einfach auf die Theke gestellt- bis wir das Restaurant verlassen haben, hat sich hier ganz gut was aufgestapelt! Dann wollten wir in die tolle Bar fifty-Nine! Leider war diese ebenfalls geschlossen- nach Rücksprache wegen Personalmangels. Auch hierzu wird die Bar auf der Website beworben- leider ebenfalls ohne Hinweise auf eine vorübergehende Schließung! Wir haben dann noch in der Lobby ein letztes Getränk zugenommen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut!!!

Fabulous property and wonderful staff, received the best service. Only drawback was that the pool was unavailable or not functioning for several days throughout the length of stay and that was one of the key reasons for choosing this property.

Zeer mooi hotel, snelle liften. Vriendelijk personeel. Bij het uitchecken bijna te veel betaald voor parking, werd rechtgezet. Parking €30 per dag is wel heel duur. Kamer comfortabel, op eerste zicht proper. Tot je iets verplaatst, dan veel stof. Heerlijke badkamer maar waarom slechts 1 tandenborstel in kamer van 2? Temperatuur heel goed regelbaar. Voor de laatste nacht werd de thee en melk niet bijgevuld. Heerlijk ontbijt. Goede locatie, 150 m van de kerstmarkt.

Although there were doorman posts and doorman at the hotel none was available (could not be found) at all throughout my stay, we couldn’t find them to hail us a taxi or help us with bags etc. we needed to do everything at our own which is not acceptable if a hotel advertises itself as a “luxury collection” member. Also there is no turnover service for the rooms and they don't pick up trash like boxes or etc. from the front of the room doors, we put out a cardboard delivery box at around 15.00-16.00 and it was not picked up until the next day around midday.

The property was in an excellent location for really anything you would want. It can't be more central. The Hotel itself was great, the staff were very accommodating and spoke excellent English which was helpful to us. Cleanliness would be a 10 for me, the room was so spacious it felt like a suite and not a regular room and the amenities were brilliant too. If you're visiting Dusseldorf, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely hotel, in a great location, but the pillows are far too soft and all 4 were the same. Why not have different types in the room, so you can choose which one suits?! And the doors were very heavy and loud when falling shut. I am also not a fan of windows between bed and bathroom and glass doors on the toilets. It is not functional, practical or romantic.

This is my second stay, the first time went flawless, however, this time, we had three rooms in total, in one of the rooms the doorbell was faulty and kept ringing randomly in the middle of the night, in another room, the kettle leaked and large amounts of water ended up on ou shoes and luggage. After mentioning this at check-out, there was no reaction at all form the staff, no apologies, not even a drink voucher or anything. This particular person was also not knowledgeable about the parking facilities in the touristic old town which I find surprising for hotel staff in a location so near to this touristic area.

Hotel ist sehr schön & neu. Lage ist super. Einziges Manko sind meiner Meinung nach die Bäder da alles aus Glas ist und man somit wenig Privatsphäre hat. Ich war alleine somit kein Problem aber mit meiner Frau wäre ich nicht gerne dort gewesen... Rest super und sehr gutes Essen.

Its not my first stay at that hote, but this time room was looking inside the building and there is no fresh air inside because of that is there a terrible smell.Besides that there was espresso machine and coffe inside the rooö but there was no coffee glass.

In Düsseldorf gibt es viele Hotels, die wir bisher besucht haben. Das KÖ59 ist unserer Meinung jedoch mit Abstand das beste Hotel in Düsseldorf. Die Suite war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und vor allem äußerst komfortabel. Das gesamte Personal (vor allem im Concierge-Bereich) verdient absolute Anerkennung dafür, was geleistet wird. Es wird alles mögliche versucht um die Bedürfnisse der Gäste gerechtzuwerden. Frühstück war ebenso super und vielfältig - auch hier war das Personal super freundlich und engagiert. Alles in allem: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We arrived early (approx 12:00) and obviously understood that we would not be able to get the room key at this point but to complete check-in formalities. We were told to come back in about 1.5-2 hours and we would be able to get room key. We arrived back at 14:30 to be told the room was still not ready and were made to sit in the lobby until 15:00 when I was told the room was still not ready but as it was check in time a different room would be allocated. The staff were rude and unhelpful and could have allocated a different room hours earlier. An altogether not very nice experience as we just wanted to shower and change before exploring Dussledorf.

The staff were incredible. We arrived very early with very heavy bags, and the staff managed to check us in so we could dump bags and enjoy more of the day. Rooms were really nice, great decor, Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hotel ligt op toplocatie onmiddellijk aan de. Beroemde koningsallee. Mooi inkom. Goede ontvangst van het personeel. Mooie en nette kamers met zowel bad als douche. Ontbijt buffet is uitgebreid. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader voor wie van shoppen houdt en dicht bij het centrum wil zijn.
