On the Ibis website it is stated that it is free parking based on availability. In practice they charged me Euro 20,- per night in an empty parking garage. When asked why the charge, they stated that the website is outdated and needs an update, it is not free parking anymore.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, etwa vor einem frühen Abflug am nächsten Tag, bestens geeignet. Wir nutzen das Hotel gerne am Vortag eines Urlaubs, da es 15 min zu Fuß vom Terminal entfernt liegt und direkt um die Ecke ein Aldi ist, bei dem man sich abends mit etwas zu Essen zu normalen Preisen versorgen kann. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber völlig ausreichend für den oben beschriebenen Zweck. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher o.ä. auf dem Zimmer. Als Ablagemöglichkeit gibt es keinen wirklichen Schrank, aber ein Metallgestell, das aber ebenfalls ausreichend ist. Die Bar/das Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, da nicht genutzt.

Wir haben eine Nacht dort verbracht, um schnell am Flughafen zu sein. Das geht auch gut (etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß oder auf halbem Weg mit dem Skytrain). Das Hotel ist gut, leider hatte die Bar geschlossen, der Aufenthaltsraum ist schön. Das Zimmer zweckmäßig und gut. Sauber, Bett bequem.

Beste Möglichkeit wenn man einen frühen Flug hat und noch einigermaßen ausgeruht in den Urlaub starten will. Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Die Nacht war ruhig und entspannt.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer, bei dem leider im Bett viele Haare auf dem Bettlaken waren. Nachdem ich dies direkt an der Rezeption angemerkt habe, habe ich umgehend ein neues Zimmer erhalten, in dem alles Tip-Top war - nochmals ganz vielen Dank an den Concierge, der fantastisch war :-))

Quarto muito pequeno, padrão Ibis, mas as instalações são boas, limpas, novas, com roupas de cama e banho de qualidade .A equipe de recepção muito educada e disponível. A localização do hotel perto do aeroporto, é boa e tem um mercado próximo, dá para ir a pé. Apesar disso o acesso ao aeroporto com malas não é tão facil a pé, recomendo sair com tempo para andar até o ponto de ônibus e chegar a estação de trem do aeroporto, ou pedir um über ou taxi como eu fiz, e em torno de €15 , chega-se ao aeroporto em 5 minutos. Poderia melhorar se retirasse o carpete, única observação. Como saí muito cedo, não pude experimentar o café da manhã . Voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Die Unterkunft hat mir gefallen. Das Personal war sehr nett. Was ich allerdings sehe vermisst habe, waren Steckdosen für Strom. Es gab keine Steckdosen im Zimmer, weder neben dem Bett noch in der Nähe des Tisches. Es gab eine Dose neben der Eingangstür im Flur. Das ist für mich ein Ausschlusskriterium. Ich werde Ibis nicht mehr buchen. Ich war geschäftlich auf meinen Computer und eine Stromversorgung angewiesen.

Helt ok för att sova en natt mellan två flyg. 15-20 min promenad till flygplatsterminalen. Lite varma rum då luftkonditioneringen verkade vara central. Styrningen fungerade i alla fall inte. Tur att man kunde sova med öppet fönster.

Sehr kleines Zimmer, ausreichend für eine oder zwei Nächte, sehr billig ausgestattet, aber sauber. Belüftung/Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert. Zum Abendessen wurde ich ins Novotel nebenan geschickt, da im Ibis selbst grade kein Essen angeboten wird - der Service dort war leider unterirdisch. Kellner die sich über die Gäste hinweg anschreien, zur Hauptabendessenszeit läuft eine Servicekraft mit dem Industriestaubsauger zwischen den Tischen hindurch, wenn man fragt wo man sich hinsetzen kann wird man schief angeschaut, als ich noch etwas bestellen wollte verdrehte die Kellnerin die Augen und lief weg. Darauf hin bin ich lieber gegangen als noch mehr Geld dort liegen zu lassen. Nett war, dass mir bereits für meinen Flug um vier Uhr rechtzeitig ein Taxi gerufen wurde. Insgesamt ok, aber für 150€ die Nacht (ohne Abendessen) erwarte ich etwas mehr.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr klein, jedoch für 2 Nächte ausreichend. Was mich gestört hat waren die lauten Geräusche. Schon gegen halb Fünf Uhr früh haben sich Menschen direkt vor dem Hotel laut unterhalten. Etwas später wurden mehrere Türen zugeknallt und haben mich öfter aus dem Schlag gerissen.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und eignet sich für kurze Aufenthalte, wenn am nächsten Morgen ein Flug ansteht. Aufgrund der günstigen Nähe zum Flughäfen ist es ntsprechend abseits von der Innenstadt. Es ist aber alles vorhanden, beispielsweise ein Föhn im Badezimmer. Das Personal beim Check-In ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gastronomisch kann das Novotel nebenan genutzt werden mit einer guten und dem Preis angemessenen Küche. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Lärm der Fahrstühle, wenn dieser auf einer Etage hält. Bei Zimmern in Aufzugnähe ist das sehr laut zu hören. Hier wäre es schön, wenn nachts die Lautstärke verringert werden könnte.

We stayed the night here after the Taylor Swift concert in Gelsenkirchen. We arrived quite late but check-in was quite fast. The room itself was good for the price we paid. However, the bed was a bit on the hard side and the pillows were way too flat, would've been nice to had some extra pillows in the room. The room was clean and the bathroom shower was nice.

Staff response to requests for assistance and information had to be pulled from them. Not helpful in general. I am not sure if it was poor training or they did not care. I requested an extra night at the hotel from the from the front desk and the response was "go on line and book". The ladies we not doing anything so it was not as though they had no time. It took a bit of pressure to have them just look to see if a room was available.

Had to fly early from Düsseldorf Airport. Great place to stay. Nice beds and very nice staff. Bar was closed and there’s nothing to do in the neighborhood. Had to drink something at the hotel next to this one.

Mein Zimmer war funktional und modern ausgestattet. Da ich nur eine Nacht dort verbracht habe, reichte das auch vollkommen aus. Derzeit wird um das Hotel viel gebaut. Das geht bekanntermaßen nicht geräuschlos. Die Fenster hatten einen sehr guten Schallschutz. Wer zum Flughafen bzw. dem zugehörigen Bahnhof muss, kann die ca. 1 Kilometer lange Strecke gut zu Fuß zurücklegen.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, etwa vor einem frühen Abflug am nächsten Tag, bestens geeignet. Wir nutzen das Hotel gerne am Vortag eines Urlaubs, da es 15 min zu Fuß vom Terminal entfernt liegt und direkt um die Ecke ein Aldi ist, bei dem man sich abends mit etwas zu Essen zu normalen Preisen versorgen kann. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber völlig ausreichend für den oben beschriebenen Zweck. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher o.ä. auf dem Zimmer. Als Ablagemöglichkeit gibt es keinen wirklichen Schrank, aber ein Metallgestell, das aber ebenfalls ausreichend ist. Die Bar/das Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, da nicht genutzt.

I loved my stay at Ibis! Super clean, nice staff and lovely breakfast. Transport to/from the airport is easy by bus during the day but you need to take a cab in the evening. It’s about 12€ by Uber for a 5’ride. It’s a convenient location to reach the fair, it takes around 15-20’ by bus. You change at the airport and walk 2 meter to take the second bus. VRR app works great! This hotel is not so well-located to reach the city center.

Hotel raggiungibile con una camminata di 30min dall'aeroporto di Dusseldorf. Camera ampia, letto e cuscini comodi. Minimale, senza frigo bar ma luminosa. Bagno molto bello, con un set però scarso. Colazione molto varia, sia dolce che salato, con la possibilità di farsi i pancake caldi. Buona la qualità. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Reception aperta 24h. Il ristorante e il bar però chiude alle 22.30 Ottimo per chi deve sostare una notte in aeroporto.

I expected the property to be closer to the airport. I asked the receptionist for directions and left with plenty of time, but the route provided was not actually the correct way to the airport—I ended up doing the trip twice. In the end, I had to figure out my own route. There are also no decent restaurant or bar options for a tired traveler arriving late and wanting to relax with a beer; I had to go to the hotel next door instead. The room itself was quite disappointing. The shower has no door, so the entire bathroom floor gets soaked. The drain was clogged, and there was visible mold in the bathroom joints. There is no minibar and no kettle, which makes it inconvenient even for a quick coffee. The carpet was ugly, and the ceiling had black and white patterns that were also unappealing.
