Decent budget hotel, some obvious cost cutting measures like no free water in the room and no mini fridge but difficult to complain given the price. Not as great of a location for a quick transfer to the airport as you might think as you still need to take a bus or skytrain combined with a bit of a walk. Would recommend staying closer to the central train station instead as trains run frequently and only take a few minutes to arrive.

I expected the property to be closer to the airport. I asked the receptionist for directions and left with plenty of time, but the route provided was not actually the correct way to the airport—I ended up doing the trip twice. In the end, I had to figure out my own route. There are also no decent restaurant or bar options for a tired traveler arriving late and wanting to relax with a beer; I had to go to the hotel next door instead. The room itself was quite disappointing. The shower has no door, so the entire bathroom floor gets soaked. The drain was clogged, and there was visible mold in the bathroom joints. There is no minibar and no kettle, which makes it inconvenient even for a quick coffee. The carpet was ugly, and the ceiling had black and white patterns that were also unappealing. The TV kept freezing on some channels. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and basic maintenance.
