Very disappointing stay from start to finish. Check-in was unnecessarily slow, communication was poor, the rooms were not clean, and breakfast was badly organized and underwhelming. The bar area is pleasant and the staff are kind, but overall the experience fell far below expectations.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Very slow check-in despite having my booking details, no response to messages, dirty rooms, and poor breakfast with bad refilling. The bar is nice and the staff are friendly, but overall I would not recommend this hotel.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Check-in took an extremely long time, even though they already had all my booking details. They also do not respond to messages, which is very frustrating. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. Breakfast was disappointing - not ready on time, limited selection, and very poor refilling. The only positives are the nice bar and the friendly staff. Unfortunately, that does not make up for the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
