Great Hotel in a perfect location. Everything is walkable. Hotel has a super market attached to it and a large parking garage. Rooms were clean and bed were comfortable. Breakfast buffet also good. I would stay here again.

The hotel is an easy stroll away from the main station. The check in was with a new tablet system and it was having issues that the staff had to constantly deal with. Quicker to have the staff check in normally. Rooms are excellent, clean and well appointed. Only gripe is the doors of other rooms are constantly slamming in the morning, could do with being a soft close system in them.

Hotel was decent, clean and safe. Internet was down for 3 days from Nov 25-27, and the staff did not have any solutions. I was relying on fast wifi for work but had to pay expensive data. This was unacceptable for what hotel advertised on their website that “ High-speed WiFi - an important building block in our carathotels service promise.”

Wij komen al een aantal jaar rond de kersttijd in dit hotel. Fijne kamers, goede bedden, op loopafstand centrum, goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Het enige wat dit jaar tegenviel was dat in het hele hotel de Wifi het niet deed en dat het niet in de dagen dat wij waren niet werd verholpen. Dit hadden ze bij de in-check moeten zeggen. Minpuntje Toch zal het ons niet weerhouden dit hotel volgend jaar weer te boeken.

The hotel is a short walking distance from the old town and the railway station. The breakfast is excellent, the best we have had in all our travels. The staff are really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The only downside was the hotel bar was closed on the first two nights of our stay but that in no detracted from how good the hotel is.

Super Lage zur Königsallee, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit, sehr sicher, sehr gepflegt. Sehr Gutes Frühstücksbuffet - mit Butterautomat!

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, und er gestaltete sich schwierig. Unser Zimmer roch massiv nach Rauch, es war nicht richtig sauber, in der Dusche war Schimmel zu finden. Wir haben reklamiert, und das Hotel hat top professionell reagiert. Wir haben für die zweite Nacht ein neues Zimmer bekommen, das Personal war verständnisvoll und sehr bemüht. Das neue Zimmer war dann völlig ok. Fernsehen u.a. wird über ein Tablet gesteuert, dass leider abstürzte, wir mussten, um den Fernseher ausschalten zu können, den Stecker des Fernsehers ziehen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist super.

El servicio de habitaciones es muy deficiente, tanto en reparaciones como limpieza. Notifique un problema en nuestra habitación el día de nuestra llegada y de nuevo varias veces a lo largo del nuestra estancia de 10 días y nos fuimos sin que lo hubiesen solucionado, por otra parte, nos dejaron 2 días sin limpieza ni cambio de toallas etc y sin ninguna explicación o simplemente que había mucho trabajo y el personal no daba para más!! Esto es inaceptable cuándo has pagado por un hotel de 4* casi 1.700€ ,lamentable 😠😠. Los únicos que se merecen un 10 son los trabajadores del restaurante desayuno, muy buenos y amables y el buffet también muy bien, limpio y variado, gracias chic@s😊

Die Zimmer waren günstig und, bis auf den Boden unter dem Bett, auch sauber. Das Parkhaus und der bemerkenswerte Edeka waren sehr gut. Zu dem Personal des Hotels will ich mich nicht äußern.

Zimmer: Auf dem Fussboden haben wir an verschiedenen Stellen Krümel gesehen, an einer Stelle klebte es. Das Zimmer hatte 2 Fenster, bei einem war der Hebel zum Öffnen defekt. Der steckte sichtbar nur noch lose im Fenster. Im Bad war der Kosmetikspiegel lose, man hatte beim anfassen Angst er könne abfallen. Der Duschkopf war stark verkalkt, es kam deshalb nur wenig Wasser heraus. Der Empfang war stets hilfsbereit und nett, zur Begrüßung wurden wir auf einen leckeren Glühwein eingeladen. Wären wir länger geblieben, hätten wir einfach um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten. Im Garten waren nachts die Büsche angestrahlt, die Leuchten gingen nach einiger Zeit aus um nur wenige Sekunden später wieder anzugehen. Frühstück: große Auswahl, sogar Lachsscheiben waren aufgeschnitten. Ich trinke gerne Tee, der Samowar hatte nur kaltes Wasser, das Thermostat war heruntergedreht. Es gab gekochte Frühstückseier, ein Korb mit 5min und einen mit 8min Eiern. Leider waren die Eier um 9 Uhr kalt. Auch das Rührei war lau bis kalt. Bitte die Kritik richtig einzuordnen, das sind alles nur Kleinigkeiten. Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel recht schön und hatte viel zu bieten. Auf dem Bürgersteig an der Seite des Hotels lag eine kaputte Glasflasche. Am nächsten Tag war ein aufgerissener Müllsack auf dem Gehweg verteilt.

Perfekt läge nära hauptbahnhof. Lugnt läge och nära till det mesta. Fina rum och mycket bra frukost. Det som vi saknade var daglig städning. Märklig in och utcheckning som du själv fick sköta. Bra pris och väljer det gärna igen

Very good hotel with excellent service. Location is best in town in my book between Hauptbahnhof and inner city. And next to the huge Edeka store. A bit hard beds, but thats common. Very quiet despite the location. Very good breakfast. The supply and variation of bread was somewhat poor though. Saw a few silverfishes in the bathroom, which surprised me given the standard of the hotel. Mentioned it while checking out, but that was barely registred by the staff. Overall very pleased though.

Das Hotel liegt super, um einen Ausflug nach Düsseldorf zu machen, zu Bummeln und Essen zu gehen. Auch die Tiefgarage, die zum großen Edeka CROWN gehört ist super ( 21 EUR tgl ) . Was uns störte ist, das die Zimmer superlaut sind, an Ausschlafen ist nicht zu denken. Keine Ahnung, ob es die anderen Gäste sind, die Möbel rum schieben oder das Personal, das vor 8.00 Uhr früh putzt. Auch die Bettwaren sind nicht bequem und die Bezüge in die Jahre gekommen ( es gab Löcher). Was gar nicht geht, ist das das Personal teilweise nicht 1 Wort Deutsch reden kann ... wir sind immer noch in Deutschland oder ? Was auch schade ist , wir waren zum 2. Mal im Hotel ( wegen der Lage und dem Parkhaus) , beide Male zum Geburtstag meines Mannes, aber es gibt nicht die kleinste Aufmerksamkeit, sehr schade für den Service und die Kunden.

デュッセルドルフ中央駅から15分ほど歩きます。部屋は広く清潔で、エアコン完備でしたが、真夏に冷蔵庫がなかったのは残念でした。ホテルのフロントに言えば、缶ビールは冷やしてもらえましたが、その都度取りに行かなければならなかったのが不便でした。湯沸かしポットもありませんでした（フロントに頼めば借りることはできたかもしれません）。２人部屋に椅子が一つしかなかったので、フロントにもう一脚椅子を頼みましたが、すぐには持ってきてもらえず、２度めに頼んでようやく用意してもらえました。朝食は結構豪華でした。ドイツのホテルらしく、チーズやハム、サラダ、フルーツ、温野菜、加熱されたお肉やソーセージ、スクランブルエッグ等々、たくさんそろっていました。パンの種類も豊富でした。

Easy check in and check out . Clean room. No refrigerator but did not need one . Coffee machine available for use with capsules in room. Temperature of air con (AC centralized ) was set to 21 degrees. Too cold for me. No AC control in the room.Other than that , everything was good . Location is convenient near the Main train station.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, ausser einem Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Toll war der Zugang von der Garage direkt zum Hotel. Die Ubahn war in Gehdistanz erreichbar und Restaurants gab es unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Mooi hotel met parkeergarage. Prima ontbijt. Kamer met uitzicht op straat is ‘s nachts erg rumoerig dus beter om te kiezen voor uitzicht op binnentuin. Kluisje op de kamer werkte niet en douchekop veel kalk, beide zelf verholpen. Zeepdispencer was leeg.

Hotel is close to shopping and dining area. Offers a discount at the car park. Rooms are clean and large. Reception staff is very helpful and friendly. Second stay here and both experiences went good. Hope third will be even better...And a tip, under the hotel there is a very cool market with different type of kitchen inside where you can try drinks, eat grilled meat or test tapas etc...

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and appear happy in their work. The hotel is clean and in a good location for the city and the station, I have stayed here three times previously and if returning to Dusseldorf this would definitely be the place i would want to stay.

The hotel is located in the city center, about 10 minutes' walk from the central train station HBF and less than 10 mins' walk from Konigsallee and its stores. The hotel is very nice, but since there was no one at the front desk, I had to use the self-service machine to check in, but it didn't work and I had to wait nearly 30 mins for an employee to show up (no employees in the lobby or at the bar). Poor service

Wir waren bislang 4x dort. Diesmal ist allerdings einiges was mich gestört hat. Es gibt die Zimmerreinigung nur noch alle 2 Tage. Und die Bar ist auch nicht jeden Abend geöffnet. Über den eingeschränkten Zimmerservice wurde ich zwei Tage vor Anreise per Mail informiert. Ich habe erst an einen Scherz gedacht. Habe dann nochmal nachgefragt und eine passende Antwort zurück erhalten. Inhalt der Antwort, man würde dieses Konzept jetzt mal ausprobieren wollen. Und ich könne auch den Zimmerservice für jeden Tag dazu buchen. Natürlich gegen Aufpreis. Natürlich könnte ich auch das Zimmer stornieren, das stünde mir frei. Soviel dazu, ich weiß nicht ob es zu einem weiteren Aufenthalt kommen wird!!! Das Personal vor Ort ist wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Bij aankomst helaas ruim 20 minuten gewacht voor we in konden checken. Iedere gast moest de nodige formulieren invullen, iets wat je gelukkig niet vaak meer tegenkomt. Een collega van de enige dame die hiermee aan de slag was leek niet erg behulpzaam. Ik weet niet wat ze aan het doen was, maar je zou zeggen dat het wegwerken van een lange rij prioriteit heeft. Los hiervan kan ik niets slechts zeggen over het hotel. Een goede en rustige kamer. Een zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt met -ondanks de drukte- voldoende zitplek. Centraal gelegen ook en relatief betaalbaar voor de periode met de kerstmarkten.

Perfekt boende i centrala Düsseldorf, nära till allt! Rent, snyggt, tyst och mycket trevlig personal. Frukostbuffén var helt suverän och med gott om sittplatser. För den som vill utforska är det promenadavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter och vill man ta sig längre är det ca 6-7 minuter att gå till tågstationen.

Zimmer: Auf dem Fussboden haben wir an verschiedenen Stellen Krümel gesehen, an einer Stelle klebte es. Das Zimmer hatte 2 Fenster, bei einem war der Hebel zum Öffnen defekt. Der steckte sichtbar nur noch lose im Fenster. Im Bad war der Kosmetikspiegel lose, man hatte beim anfassen Angst er könne abfallen. Der Duschkopf war stark verkalkt, es kam deshalb nur wenig Wasser heraus. Der Empfang war stets hilfsbereit und nett, zur Begrüßung wurden wir auf einen leckeren Glühwein eingeladen. Wären wir länger geblieben, hätten wir einfach um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten. Im Garten waren nachts die Büsche angestrahlt, die Leuchten gingen nach einiger Zeit aus um nur wenige Sekunden später wieder anzugehen. Frühstück: große Auswahl, sogar Lachsscheiben waren aufgeschnitten. Ich trinke gerne Tee, der Samowar hatte nur kaltes Wasser, das Thermostat war heruntergedreht. Es gab gekochte Frühstückseier, ein Korb mit 5min und einen mit 8min Eiern. Leider waren die Eier um 9 Uhr kalt. Auch das Rührei war lau bis kalt. Bitte die Kritik richtig einzuordnen, das sind alles nur Kleinigkeiten. Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel recht schön und hatte viel zu bieten. Auf dem Bürgersteig an der Seite des Hotels lag eine kaputte Glasflasche. Am nächsten Tag war ein aufgerissener Müllsack auf dem Gehweg verteilt.
