Font desk staff was amazing, the room for clean and confortable and the hot water was plentiful.. zero complaints with our stay..not to mention to train lines that run into the main station, allowing you to sightsee the city without a cab or Uber cost..however, the bar's drink prices are stupid high.. $25 for a beer and a glass of rose' wine..

Lage: Sehr Praktisch, in direkter Nähe zum Flughafen (Hotel liegt über dem Parkplatz P3). Mit Dem Aufzug kommt man im P3 an und geht stets überdacht zum Terminal B. Verpflegung: Super Frühstück, tolle Aussicht. Auf dem Restaurant Otto. Ausstattung: Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. TV, Föhn, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Safe. Eine kleine Arbeitsfläche (Schreibtisch) und guten WLAN empfang. 2 Wasserflaschen standen zum trinken (gratis) bereit. Einzige minus Punkt: unser Badezimmer war renovierungsbefürftig und wenig einladend. Hygiene könnte besser sein im ganzen Zimmer und im Aufzug. Fazit: Die Vorteile übertreffen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ich würde hier stets wieder übernachten, gerade wenn man vor einem langen Flug entspannen und pünktlich/stressfrei zum Gate gelangen will. Ich werde wieder kommen.

The hotel room was partly updated, but the cleanliness of the bathroom and the mold spots on the silicone joints of the bathtub did not reflect the star rating. Some of the silicone joints had been replaced, while others had not. I also wondered why, if the rooms were being renovated, a bathtub with the only shower was left in the room. The sheets were clean and beds comfortable. But- The room was very dirty/dusty. Could see along all the carpeting along walls and corners . Black mold in corners of shower, water leaked on the floor from shower. Room need a deep clean and replacement of Carpet - so atleast you can “see” how old and in need of updating this room was.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this property. Being able to just walk across the street to the terminal is very convenient. The early flyers free breakfast we appreciated very much. Beds are very comfortable. We were not happy with the bathroom. Half glass shower makes it easy to flood. Also the shower head was difficult to use and there was some mold in the corner of the bathtub.

I stayed at the Sheraton DUS airport before. Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to the Terminals. The rooms are nice, the beds are very comfy, beautiful sheets but they don’t have a refrigerator or mini bar. I prefer the Maritim Hotel at DUS airport.

Service in the restaurant was abysmal. I waited an hour for my first course which was simple and quick to prepare while people around me who had arrived later received their meals. The second course was also delayed though not so much. Prices are too high and choices limited. The luggage trolley I was promised at check-in was not available when I checked out despite there being at least 3 trolleys in luggage storage which were “reserved”. After strenuous complaints one employee sullenly went to find a trolley for me. No apologies given.

My husband was hospitalized having had a heart attack 3 days before we were to leave for Germany- 8 days before we were to stay here- they would not refund our room. According to Hotels.com, it was up to Sheraton, Sheraton said it was Hotels.com- either way it is unfortunate- every other vendor refunded our money including the airlines- too bad they wouldn't!

The front desk staff were amazing. Not only was the check-in friendly and efficient, but they actually came to the room to reset the wifi and demonstrate how the coffee machine worked. In other hotels, they would have walked you through it on the phone. I was very impressed!

The hotel is so very conveniently located just a few meters from the airport terminal which makes it very easy for short stays during layovers. The staff at the concierge were extremely helpful and kind. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. In addition, I loved the fact that there was an espresso machine with the two pods, which I was able to use first thing in the morning as I had to depart at 5:00am. Finally, I am a smoker, and I was very please to discover that the hotel had a covered smoking area in the open terrace area. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.

It is the roof of a huge car park right next to DUS, perfect for early morning flight! We love the turtles in the garden and the table soccer in the lounge. If you want subway going to town center, the station right at the bottom. Perfect location

The close proximity to the terminal is definitely a major plus. It's just a short walk. Wished it was easier to find. Had to ask someone for directions. They do wake-up calls, but nobody answered the phone when I called to schedule it. There is no convenience store for snacks, juice, etc. You have to walk to the terminal to shop. I feel the room is a bit overpriced but the benefit of the convenience to stay at this hotel if you have an early flight is worth it.

Perfect stay when flying out early in the morning. It was a bit tricky to find the entrance to the hotel, but once I did it was really close to the terminal. Just a few minutes walk. Room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. However my room was very warm and I could not find a way to cool it down. Nice restaurant. Ordinary breakfast. Friendly staff. I would stay here again if I have to fly with an early start.

Das Hotel ist über einem Parkhaus am Flughafen Düsseldorf gelegen und man ist zu Fuß in nur 2 Minuten direkt im Flughafen. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig. Das Essen vom Zimmerservice war super! Als Frühstück haben wir eine Lunchbox mitbekommen, da unser Flug zu früh fürs normale Frühstück war.
