Struttura eccellente. Albergo nuovo con personale professionale e disponibile. La persona alla reception è stata estremamente gentile nonostante l'orario del mio arrivo (00.15), consigliandomi anche un parcheggio a pagamento a pochi passi dell'hotel, avvertendomi delle regole sui parcheggi in strada della città.

Nur zum Schlafen ist das Hotel ok, kein Komfort, obwohl es sehr laut ist. Das liegt aber leider an den Mitmenschen, die keine Rücksicht auf andere Hotelgäste nehmen. Der Fahrstuhl ist nicht besonders sauber. Da muss man Angst haben, wenn man die Tasane drückt, das man sich keine Krankheit einfängt. Keine Parkmöglichkeit, nur in einem stinkenden, schnmutzigen Parkhaus für 20,00€ für 24 Stunden.

Nur zum Schlafen ist das Hotel ok, kein Komfort, obwohl es sehr laut ist. Das liegt aber leider an den Mitmenschen, die keine Rücksicht auf andere Hotelgäste nehmen. Das Hotel sollte laut Angaben 4 Sterne haben und war gut bewertet, deshalb haben wir es gebucht. Zum Glück haben wir da nur eine Nacht verbracht da wir einen frühen Flug ab Düsseldorf hatten und eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit gebraucht haben. Es war dreckig, auf dem Fußboden lagen Glasscherben und es war totale verraucht. Diese Unterkunft ist auf gar kein Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Zimmer war sichtbar verschmutzt und roch extrem nach Rauch. Habe dann ein Ersatzzimmer erhalten, welches erneut schmutzig war und mit einem unangenehmen Geruch. In beiden Fällen war der Zustand der Zimmer für ein 4 Sterne Hotel vollkommen inakzeptabel.

Ich habe ein Zimmer bekommen was komplett dreckig war. Am Ende haben wir wieder eins bekommen was komplett kaputt und zerfallen war. Ich bin traurig für so etwas Geld gezahlt zu haben und will eigentlich mein Geld zurück!! Musste mich in der Nacht fast übergeben.

Værelset var forfærdeligt forekom meget slidt og ødelagt masser mærker og sorte pletter på vægge og paneler, lugtede af billig parfume og luften i rummet var som om det er skimmelsvamp nærmest uegnet til beboelse. Hotellet havde ikke tændt varmen så det var rigtigt koldt. Beliggende for enden af en gang gennem nærmest afsidigt så generalt dårlig oplevelse og stressende

This hotel is just one of few that is not accomodating or welcoming. We arrived at the hotel at 1PM and were told to have to wait until 3PM to check in. I know all hotels have 3PM and 11AM rules, but very few would actually refuse checkin in afternoons. The hotel interiors are sloppy with uneven floors. It is very noisy in late nights, and we are frequently woke up by door shutting noises. Breakfast has cold ham and cheese and hard boided eggs. They charge 12 euros per person, and I didn't see anybody eating there.

Hatte wegen Hitze extra umgebucht auf dieses Hotel, weil es mit seiner Klimaanlage geworben hat, zu deutlich höheren Kosten. Die Anlage war dann nachts kaputt. Morgens war der einzige Kommentar dazu: "Jetzt geht sie wieder."

Prima Hotel. Die Zimmer sind zwar schlicht eingerichtet und recht spröde, punkten aber in allen anderen Belangen: Ich konnte super schlafen, mein Zimmer war ruhig, der Preis war ok, es war alles da, was man so braucht, es war sauber. Personal war entspannt und freundlich, der Checkin einfach. In der Lobby kann man Getränke kaufen, und der Cappuchino (Siebträger) hat auch geschmeckt. Die Kö erreicht zu Fuß man in gut 5 Minuten, die Altstadt in 15. Um die Ecke gibt es verschiedene Gastronomie. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Det finnes åpenbart bedre alternativer til dette hotellet. Vi ble møtt av stressa og lite imøtekommende folk i innsjekkingen, selv om det var kun vår gruppe på tre personer som skulle sjekke inn. Hotellet for øvrig var helt ok.

This hotel is just one of few that is not accomodating or welcoming. We arrived at the hotel at 1PM and were told to have to wait until 3PM to check in. I know all hotels have 3PM and 11AM rules, but very few would actually refuse checkin in afternoons. The hotel interiors are sloppy with uneven floors. It is very noisy in late nights, and we are frequently woke up by door shutting noises. Breakfast has cold ham and cheese and hard boided eggs. They charge 12 euros per person, and I didn't see anybody eating there.

Hotel is a few tram stops from Dusseldorf HBF, a lot of things are within walking distance. It was clean, fairly modern hotel. The continental breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly. The pillows were rubbish, but apart from that it was a great hotel

Hotel ist sauber und nicht weit weg vom der Königsallee und Altstadt entfernt. Leider ist das Frühstücksangebot sehr mager. Hätte mir bei einem vier Sterne Hotel viel mehr Auswahl und Vielfältigkeit gewünscht. Ansonsten ist das Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert.

Great venue, close to the centre. Helpful reception staff, relaxed and efficient. The room was good. I enjoyed the breakfasts i ate during my stay and will visit again.

Fint hotel. Lidt lydt på værelserne, og en enkelt dag var der ikke varmt vand. God men lidt ensartet morgenmad. Gåafstand fra Altstadt og Rhinen (1,5 - 2 km) og ret tæt på hovedbanegården.

I never had heating in my room and there wasn't hot water. We could not have a shower. It's really freezing here. This is unacceptable. They just told me to ask for a refund which I want. Please keep me posted This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.
