Ni måste besöka lobbybaren, manne som jobbnar där en vuxen karl säkert runt 60 år. fantastisk service missade inget eller ingen snabb och effektiv trots att det var mycket folk. var där tre kvällar i rad så det var ingen engångsföreteelse.

I booked the Leonardo Royal Düsseldorf for two nights since I was visiting a business event in the same hotel. During booking I wrote a note to the hotel to reserve a quiet room on a high level floor. I received a room on the lowest level of the hotel pointing to a huge junction with loads of traffic (Cars, tramway, trucks, buses,ambulances) all the time. I didn´t sleep two nights at all... Thank you. The underground car park is also an imposition. The sauna was turned off. I was not too happy with my stay. The room and the hotel itself are nice. well located for shopping or a city trip.

Door de drukte in het hotel, vanwege de kerstmarkt, was er voor ons geen plaats meer in de parking van het hotel zelf. Hiernaast was het té druk bij het ontbijt. Omdat wij van tevoren alles al betaald hadden, werd ons verteld dat een verrekening van iets (parkinggeld en/of ontbijtgeld) niet meer mogelijk was... Ik ben hier niet tevreden over. Verder een prima hotel hoor.

Alte Badezimmer Einrichtung - leider steht nach dem duschen das halbe Bad unter Wasser. Renoviert diese doch bitte endlich! Die Flasche gratis Wasser die man als Hotels.com Gast erhält wird einem nach dem man nach der ersten Nacht ein paar Schluck genommen hat vom Zimmer geräumt. Die Parksituation lächerlich. Wurde zugeparkt. 1 Stunde am am morgen verloren.

Man merkt, dass das Hotel schon älter ist. Die verschiedenen Armaturen im Zimmer waren teilweise etwas staubig, der Toilettensitz stark verfärbt und die Vorhänge mit einigen flecken. Die Lage ist gut.

Es war für meinen Kunden sehr schrecklich! Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig, insbesondere der Boden überall eckelhafte Flecken und das Badezimmer schrecklich schmutzig. Zudem war das Zimmer so laut, dass alles von Nachbarzimmern gehört wurde. Sehr viele Araber als Hotelgäste…

We arrived in Düsseldorf on a very hot day, and the room we were assigned was large and quiet since it faced an inner courtyard. However, it was impossible to sleep on the first night due to the high temperature inside the room, even with the window open. Since it was the end of April, we were told that the air conditioning system was not yet active, and additionally, the floor of the room emitted strong heat (perhaps due to some hot water pipes passing underneath?). The next day, we asked to change rooms for the remaining nights of our stay. We were accommodated, but the new room faced the street and was noisier, although it had a much nicer view. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, with restaurants, shops, museums, and public transportation easily accessible. The staff were consistently friendly throughout the property. The breakfast offering was decent.

Große und ruhige Zimmer. Freundliches und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Leider gab es nur einen statt vier Bademäntel. Aber die schönen Zimmer ließen über solche Kleinigkeiten hinwegsehen. Wir wählten ein anderes Parkhaus, da die Einfahrt beim Hotel zu klein für unser Fahrzeug war. Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an die Hotelcrew!!

Fine hotel but no 4 stars for me, propaply difference in rooms but 3 stars is more than enough. Airco makes too much noice but windows can open. Because of the good location there is a lot of noice outside.

The hotel is a short walk away from the inner city (10-15 minutes) which we didn’t mind at all, there is many of places nearby should you fancy a more chilled day! Staff were amazing and the male bartender was so accommodating if we ever needed anything. If you are planning to stay in Düsseldorf be sure to bring a few euros in cash as most bars along the Rhine don’t take card!

From the 3 rooms we booked was only 1 room ready at 15.00 hrs. Reception was unfriendly. In the evening we got our other 2 rooms and a free drink, which really didnt help for the inconvenience. At night 1 room didnt have a working airconditioning and no toiletpaper. Another room had such a bad smell in the bathroom that you had to keep the door closed. At checkout when we complained we got our parking ticket for free, this didnt help at all for the bad night. The personnel thinks that a little gift makes you happy again. Well it didnt.

Friendly staff. Large, homely, comfortable and bright bedroom. I arrived early at noon and the room was ready. Location also good, it's walkable distance to the shopping mall and Rhine River bank.

Very nice hotel conveniently located. The only minus-point I have is that they have very weak airco and their bedding is not appropriate for the Summer season so we were sweating away at night. I also paid €30 for a simple pasta & salmon dish and had the simple request for the salmon to be well done but they just could not get it right. At some point I just gave up. For the rest everything was perfect.

Frühstück war eher durchschnittlich.Die Fertigbrötchen schmecken nicht.Ich finde es schade,dass man hier nicht eine Kooperation mit einem örtlichen Bäcker eingeht, damit die Gäste zum Frühstück frische Brötchen bekommen.Der Kaffee war nicht lecker, wobei dies natürlich Geschmacksache ist.Besonders gut hat mir die gute Matratze in Zimmer gefallen.Es gibt zudem ausreichend Kissen.Die Lage direkt an der Kö könnte nicht besser sein.
