Mooi hotel met veel parkeergelegenheid. De kamer was ruim, netjes en schoon. Hotel zelf heeft veel mogelijkheden. Ligging is heel goed. Dame aan de receptie erg onklantvriendelijk, dat was het enige minpunt.

Sehr großes Hotel mit Kongress-Teil. Lage direkt an der Autobahn, dennoch ruhig und isoliert. Mein Zimmer war groß,sauber & modern. Wasserkocher und Kapselmaschine im ZImmer. Das Personal freundlich, das Frühstück ist hervorragend inklusives Live Cooking für diverse Eierspeisen und English Breakfast. Auch das Restaurant für mittags oder abends ist in Ordnung. Rundum ein gut organisiertes Hotel. Parken für Gäste kostenfrei.

Rooms really do need a deep clean. Mold above the shower. Limescale build up in the toilet and shower heads. Bed had a big sharp piece of wood underneath. Windows were dirty. Stains around the room and wallpaper was ripped in places. On a positive note, common areas were excellent clean and looked great. The bar was brilliant and the pool/ gym far exceeded our expectations! Staff were very helpful and polite at every turn including the cleaning staff, security, reception and bar staff. We felt welcomed and helped whenever we spoke to somebody. Location is a bit far out from the centre for tourists but it’s not that bad with the great bus system. Better signage on the way in to point you to the reception would be helpful as the concierge entrance looks like the main entrance. Our last night there was a lot of loud children from the sports centre in the hotel drinking and smoking everywhere which was a little intimidating for a young family so perhaps extra security would have been good on a night like that as they were up all night causing disturbance. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Absolutely amazing stay. We asked for a room near the pool and was upgraded, free of charge. We really enjoyed our stay and the room was perfect, as too was the pool. Breakfast was a sheer delight and the food was very delicious. Overall - Excellent.

Esperienza positiva come in tutti i Van der Valk. L'hotel è molto bello, grande e confortevole, la stanza comfort è basilare, in bagno solo shampoo e bagnoschiuma, mancanza dello specchio per truccarsi e di altri comfort personali quali ad esempio cottonfiock ecc, c'è un phon un po' lento ma fa il suo lavoro. Colazione stupenda. Non abbiamo cenato in hotel ma sicuro qualità ottima come sempre. Buono il bar e ottima la zona snack. C'è una piscina un po' vecchiotta, infatti questa zona la rinnoverei aggiungendo un bel idromassaggio, una sauna e un bagno turco. Davanti all'hotel si prende il bus 317 o 318 che in 10 minuti arriva in centro, è possibile pagare a bordo, il 400 o il 401 invece porta in aeroporto in 20 minuti. Torneremo.

Der Empfang war zügig und in Ordnung, das Zimmer echt ziemlich altbacken. In der Kaffeemaschne war im Wasserbehälter eine Colaartige Flüssigkeit und im Zimmer lagen auf dem Teppich noch große Pizzarandstücke. Eine super Sauberkeit. ********************************************************** The reception was quick and okay, the room was really quite old-fashioned. The coffee machine had a cola-like liquid in the water container and there were still large pieces of pizza on the carpet in the room. Super cleanliness.

The reception staff were able to offer up some rooms early, which was a nice surprise. The room were spotless and large. The breakfast was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return some time in the New Year.

Stayed several times and service and rooms always impress me. On this occasion we were allocated the recently refurbished rooms and they were spacious and well appointed. What would be called the 'norm' at Van Der Valk hotels could be easily regarded as luxury in the UK except at realistic, affordable and value for money prices. This property feels a flagship.

Loved our stay. We booked three double rooms for one night and they were all upgraded at check-in by reception team. The staff were super friendly. Rooms were modern, comfortable, clean and fresh. TV was modern with screen sharing which was great to see. Vast hotel with a decent size pool. Would stay again without hesitation. Word of warning food in hotel is expensive so best to eat outside of hotel if you wish to save money.

We were greeted with a smile and made us at home and went beyond like did surprise my husband on his birthday with balloons in the room when we arrived. When yiu request something they will do their best to accommodate you. The facilities all good like the gym and swimming pool and can rent a bike to go around the area, superb 👌

Ontvangst erg afstandelijk: Graag uw ID-bewijs, dan moet u dit formulier tekenen. U hebt kamer *** dat is op etage 5 links om de hoek is de lift Correct, meer niet, dus geen uitleg over ontbijt locatie, info over andere mogelijkheden (bv tafelreservering). ontbijt tijden en check out tijden. Zender instellingen op tv volledig van slag, geen NPO1 wel 2x Net 5. etc. Tot zover de min, Goede kamer, heerlijk ruim, schoon en koffie/thee en water op de kamer. Heel prettig. Beveiliging met sleutel naar toegang lift en gang is erg pretttig. Geen vreemden die toegang hebben. Jammer dat het moet maar goede maatregel. Dan het ontbijt. Al vele hotels gezien en bezocht zelden zo'n compleet ontbijt gehad. Dikke complimenten. Nog een keer bezeken? Ja zeker.

Loved our stay. We booked three double rooms for one night and they were all upgraded at check-in by reception team. The staff were super friendly. Rooms were modern, comfortable, clean and fresh. TV was modern with screen sharing which was great to see. Vast hotel with a decent size pool. Would stay again without hesitation. Word of warning food in hotel is expensive so best to eat outside of hotel if you wish to save money.

Rooms really do need a deep clean. Mold above the shower. Limescale build up in the toilet and shower heads. Bed had a big sharp piece of wood underneath. Windows were dirty. Stains around the room and wallpaper was ripped in places. On a positive note, common areas were excellent clean and looked great. The bar was brilliant and the pool/ gym far exceeded our expectations! Staff were very helpful and polite at every turn including the cleaning staff, security, reception and bar staff. We felt welcomed and helped whenever we spoke to somebody. Location is a bit far out from the centre for tourists but it’s not that bad with the great bus system. Better signage on the way in to point you to the reception would be helpful as the concierge entrance looks like the main entrance. Our last night there was a lot of loud children from the sports centre in the hotel drinking and smoking everywhere which was a little intimidating for a young family so perhaps extra security would have been good on a night like that as they were up all night causing disturbance. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Esperienza positiva come in tutti i Van der Valk. L'hotel è molto bello, grande e confortevole, la stanza comfort è basilare, in bagno solo shampoo e bagnoschiuma, mancanza dello specchio per truccarsi e di altri comfort personali quali ad esempio cottonfiock ecc, c'è un phon un po' lento ma fa il suo lavoro. Colazione stupenda. Non abbiamo cenato in hotel ma sicuro qualità ottima come sempre. Buono il bar e ottima la zona snack. C'è una piscina un po' vecchiotta, infatti questa zona la rinnoverei aggiungendo un bel idromassaggio, una sauna e un bagno turco. Davanti all'hotel si prende il bus 317 o 318 che in 10 minuti arriva in centro, è possibile pagare a bordo, il 400 o il 401 invece porta in aeroporto in 20 minuti. Torneremo.

Zeer grote, mooie kamer. Onder het bed lag echter een plank en ik lag compleet schuin, niet comfortafel. Ontbijt is heel uitgebreid. Diner duurde enorm lang, 4 keer moeten vragen om een drankje te kunnen bestellen en een menu te krijgen. Zwembad is heel druk.

Reception was again a delightful experience. The room was very clean and tidy with a bath. Staff were very pleasant, especially in the bar area. Breakfast was, and as always, a great experience. Plenty on offer to drink and eat in a buffet-style basis. I also liked the preparation and cooking of an omelette whilst I watched and waited. I was especially grateful for the assistance in obtaining a slave-start for my car (I had heavy duty jump leads with me, thankfully) because I had left my lights on overnight - there was heavy rain and thunder earlier. In summary, another delightful experience and very highly recommended.
