The location right on top of the departure of Eindhoven airport is great. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. I traveled with a child of 10 years old and the view of the airport from our room was nice entertainment.

We had a very disappointing stay, primarily due to poor room conditions and a lack of basic comfort. The first room we were given was unclean, with crumbs on the floor and dirty mugs. We were moved to a second room, but the standard remained low. The room was very cold (19C despite waiting for hours after adjusting the thermometer). When we complained, we were told the entire hotel uses the same central air conditioning system. The only options offered were an extra blanket or moving to another equally cold room. Because it was so cold, our 9-month-old baby could not sleep the entire night. The mattress was far too soft and offered no support, making it very uncomfortable. There is no room service available. Furthermore, the food prices are exploitative, 8.50 euros for a single coffee is unreasonable. The staff tried to help by changing our room, but the structural issues with the heating and the high prices make this hotel poor value for money. I would not stay here again, especially with a child.
