Sehr schöner kurz-Aufenthalt in Frankfurt, direkt an der festhalle/messe. Das einkaufszentrum Skyline Plaza ist zu Fuß weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt. das einzig wirklich negative war das parkhaus unter dem Hotel. Das gehört nicht dem Hotel, somit zahlt man normale Preise. Für 20 Stunden haben wir 45 € bezahlt. Das ist schon echt heftig. Man kann wohl vorher reservieren, dann ist es etwas günstiger. Aber alles in allem trotzdem noch teuer.

Das Maritim Hotel Frankfurt ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern lässt zu wünschen übrig und sollte dringend überprüft werden. Es wäre ratsam, dass sich das Management selbst ein Bild von der Situation macht. Eine umfassende Renovierung ist dringend erforderlich, da das Hotel derzeit auf dem Stand der 1990er-Jahre ist. In seinem aktuellen Zustand ist der Preis leider nicht gerechtfertigt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die kurzen Wege zum Kongresszentrum und zur Festhalle.

The hotel is showing it wear. The rooms were dusty and pretty dirty with stains on floor and furniture. Most of the staff were not helpful at all but there were a few that were good and tried to help.

Toller Service, nochmal ein großes Lob und Dankeschön an die Empfangsdame, die mich früher ins Zimmer eingecheckt hat, damit ich mein Gepäck nicht mit mir herumschleppen musste in Frankfurt. Leider war das Badezimmer an etlichen Stellen ungeputzt: An der Tür befanden sich noch Restspuren von Creme (von irgendeiner Person, die vor mir in dem Hotel war). Zudem war etwas Schwarze an der Badewanne auf beiden Seiten.

Der Teppichboden der Junior Suite war extrem verstaubt, dadurch wurde bei mir eine starke allergische Reaktion ausgelöst. Durch die Ventilation der Klimaanlage wurde der Staub aufgewirbelt und gelangte in die Atemluft. Als Folge stellte sich bei mir in der 1. Nacht: Starke Atemnot, Kopfschmerzen und Kreislaufbeschwerden ein, so dass ich fast einen Notarzt hätte rufen müssen. Aufgrund meiner Beschwerde wurde der Teppich tags darauf gründlich gesaugt und die Beschwerden waren danach behoben. Am 3. Tag erfolgte keine Reinigung des Zimmers. Betten und Bad waren nicht gemacht, Handtücher auf dem Boden, die Minibar nicht aufgefüllt. Schwimmbad war nicht zu benutzen, da es wegen schlechter Wasserqualität vorübergehend geschlossen worden war. Es ist ein großer Unsinn, eine Belohnung zu versprechen, wenn man auf die Reinigung des Zimmers verzichtet. Als Folge werden tage- bzw. wochenlang manche Zimmer nicht anständig gesaugt, insbesondere die größeren verschmutzen dadurch extrem. Das Wichtigste für ein Hotelzimmer ist Sauberkeit und Hygiene! Der Hinweis, man hilft der Umwelt durch Verzicht auf Reinigung, dient nur dem Gewinn des Hotels und ist definitiv die falsche Philosophie. Leider kann ich dieses Hotel daher nicht empfehlen, trotz des guten Frühstücks und dem sonst angenehmen Ambiente und der guten Junior Suite.

Es war alles sehr angenehm und sehr schönes Ambiente. Man hat ein paar Haare im Badezimmer gesehen und auf dem coolen Sessel waren leider Flecken drauf , da wollte man sich doch besser nicht drauf setzten. Alles in allem hat mir die Reise und die Unterkunft sehr gefallen.

Das Personal haben wir überall als sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit erlebt! Das Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung und groß, die Betten bequem und das Fenster lässt sich für Frischluft öffnen. Wenn es geschlossen ist, kommt kaum ein Geräusch rein. Wir hätten es schön gefunden, wenn für jeden Gast eine Portion Kaffee da gewesen wäre. Es gab 1x Kaffee und 1x koffeinfrei, außerdem Tee. Enttäuschend sind die Bäder in den Zimmern. Die Toiletten sind sehr alt und am Abfluss schon dunkel, es gibt zwei Hähne zum selber mischen und der Duschschlauch ist undicht gewesen.

For once, maritim Frankfurt seems to try to go back on track and recover from a few years of mediocrity. The lounge/bar is now open again, sauna is working what an improvement. I ve seen carpets being finally changed in bedroom so all of this make me think that after those renovations, we will be back to the "place to be" as it was years ago when the bar was packed with great drinks and live music. I m looking for a great maritim, big rooms, fun lounge as it used to be.

We stayed as a couple - it was perfect for us, but you can tell it was the ideal conference hotel for business people. Pool area was great, lots of chairs, and a small gym too (we didn’t use the sauna). Beds were really comfy, great pillows. Staff all super friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage at reception too. Hotel has a tram stop right outside, and a metro stop a very short walk away. We didn’t have food or drinks here, but lots of options (and a small fancy bar opens up in the evening as well). Would stay here again!

A mixed bag, overall I think it is not worth the price we paid. Good points: Room large and clean, and quiet at night. Location is pretty good. Hotel is environmentally friendly. Swimming pool was quiet and clean but the water was rather cold (good for swim training but not good for relaxing). Bad points: The Wi-Fi in our room (379) was terrible (incredibly slow and not strong enough for it to work), we reported the issue to reception staff and they said it was working fine, it worked well in other hotel areas but clearly was not strong enough to reach our room. They only gave 1 coffee in the room, even though 2 of us were booked in, we asked for extras at reception and they gave us 2 more, very stingy with the coffee! The parking cost is extortionate (we parked elsewhere and walked 800m to hotel to avoid this cost).

O hotel aparenta muito mais do que é. O check in que era para ser as 15h teve atraso de uns 40 minutos. No domingo, as 17 h apareceu alguem para limpar o quarto, pedimos que nos desse uns minutos para sairmos e a pessoa não retornou. Resumo: Nao limparam nosso quarto no domingo. Não tínhamos sabonete no banheiro. Restaurante para janta com atendimento muito grosseiro. Uma pena!

Bad service! I had to wait 25 minutes and 55 minutes to hace access to the sauna, and They just don’t answer… !!! Check in… I had to wait additional 20 minutes?? Check out, They wanted to charge for minibar expenses??? The hotel is big and empty… Customer service completely absent! Shame on you!

Our room was not ready for check in at 3:00 as was posted. We waited for the time they were finally ready, which wasted at least an hour of a short stay in Frankfurt where we had never been. When we were finally able to get into our room, the maids were still finishing the room and we were told to just leave our luggage in the room unattended and just had to trust it would be ok. It was unfortunate but we witnessed the same thing with other guests.

The place was near to downtown and main central station . Close to everything. The rooms were in good condition. Nothing extra ordinary though. We arrived a couple of hours early and early check in wasn’t which left a little unpleasant experience.

Good overall stay. The breakfast was excellent, but the shower kept switching from very hot to very cold, which was frustrating. It would also be great to have a bottle-refill station available — paying €5 for a bottle of water is absolutely ridiculous.

Nachricht Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Ich war am Sonntag auf Montag (10.11.-11.11.2024) zu Gast im Maritim HOTEL in Frankfurt. Ich hatte über Expedia 2 Zimmer gebucht (Exner Kernen) Der check in war sehr freundlich und die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr kompetent. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und großzügig Alles perfekt. Wir waren auf einer Veranstaltung im Messegelände und haben an der Bar in der Lobby noch am späten Abend einige Getränke getrunken Leider ist uns dann die eine oder andere Maus aufgefallen. Wir haben 3 Stück gezählt und das auch den Herren an der Rezeption gemeldet. Worauf aus unserer Sicht keine Reaktion kam. Wobei auch die Verständigung etwas schwierig war Wir haben auch einige Bilder mit dem Handy gemacht. Am nächsten Morgen wollte ich die Heizung auf meinen Zimmer anmachen Diese ließ sich jedoch nicht einschalten, weder im Zimmer noch im Bad. Mein Zimmer blieb kalt. Wir haben die Mängel beim Check out auch angegeben. Die Dame schien von Mäusebefall nicht überrascht zu sein. Es gab nur ein Lächeln und dass es schon weitergeleitet wurde. Was mich doch auch sehr erstaunt hat sind die enormen Parkgebühren. Dass das Parkhaus öffentlich ist, okay, aber dass man, wenn man in ih Hotel verweilt, keine Vergütung bekommt und 45 € pro Tag zahlt finde ich schon etwas übertrieben. Zum Glück würde uns vom Personal der Tipp mit dem Konzert Ticket gesagt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, aber leider versteht keiner der Gäste wie die Aufzüge funktionieren. Bevor man in der Lobby ankommt, ist man zwischen 2-3 verschiedenen Etagen hoch und runter gefahren. Leider ist das Parkhaus für eine Übernachtung mit 45 Euro (!) sehr teuer. Dadurch verliert der Zimmerpreis seinen Reiz. Das Personal und das Essen im Restausant war toll.

Excellant location for Frankfurt Messe and hence always easy to find a taxi. Breakfast was superb both in quality and variety. Dinner menu a little limited but there are many good places to choose to eat something different within easy walking distance. Only slight negative would be a lack of USB charging outlets in bedrooms. That said bedrooms are large, clean, comfortable and plenty of hot water for shower etc. Would definitely stay there again.

I was kind of disgusting, when I was eating the most delicious burger ever a RAT was running around the dining area. I was unable to finish my meal. Make me wonder what areas this RAT has been since the kitchen was near by.
