Large room, which was quiet at night. Fridge in room was useful. Great location - easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Bonus that there were on street parking that was free of charge (this does depend if there is space when you arrive, we were lucky). Only negative is the blummin hairdryer in the room, so old, would be great if they were updated.

Wir waren mit einer weiteren Familie mit kleinen Kindern in dem Hotel - Urlaub beim verlängerten Wochenende. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren in der Umgebung stets vorhanden. Für die Kinder gab es beim CheckIn ein kleines Geschenk. Das Hotelzimmer war solide und sehr gut schallisoliert - wir haben die Kinder im Nachbarraum nicht schreien gehört und die Züge draußen auch nicht. Das Badezimmer ist ehr gewöhnungsbedürftig mit dem Wasserhahn und beim Abfluss musste man den Stöpsel ziehen, sonst gab es ein Stausee, aber für wenige Tage völlig in Ordnung. Preis-/Leistung ist sicherlich das Highlight beim Hotel, daher auch 5 Sterne.

Was travelling by car when I stayed here, and the parking outside the hotel was free, which is a huge win for the hotel! Other than that the room was nice and comfortable. Exactly what I expected from any Novotel I have ever stayed in.

J'avais réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Déjà quand je suis arrivés dans la chambre de l'hôtel,le lit des enfants n'étaient même pas préparé. Les chambres sont pas nettoyer à fond,les hommes de ménage ne se prennent pas la tête pour le nettoyage. Sinon tout le reste était parfait

I enjoyed my two nights stay at this hotel with my parents very much. The reception team was very professional and friendly, accommodating my requests as much as possible. Despite the slightly dated interior design and furniture, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would consider staying here again in the future.

the Novotel hotel staff were very helpful and rooms were kept very clean ,new bedding every couple of nights . my dislikes were no ceramic cups provided with your kettle and hot drinks ,only cardboard beakers ,which were not very professional . also the morning breakfast was a little too expensive for what was being served and the plates provided were very small ,so could hardly fit any food on the plate ,so it put myself off going back on additional mornings which was a inconvenience to my stay at the hotel ,meaning i had to eat out for breakfast .

The rooms are outdated, the only modern part of the hotel is the lobby. The breakfast was excellent though, their kitchen is wonderful. Other than that, it is a bit noisy due to the suburban trains nearby

I have been traveling for business for over 35 years, which was one of the worst experiences I have had in any hotel. I made a reservation specifically for this hotel in September for its walkable location. They refused to give me a room even though they said I had a confirmed reservation. As I watched the person next on line get a room. They then told me they could get me a room three minutes walking distance away. If Usain Bolt were sprinting in his prime for the whole three minutes, he would have another ten minutes to go. According to them, the hotel was equal to their hotel, except it wasn't. No room service, laundry service, or maid service. I spent an extra 50 Euros a day and an additional 40 minutes commuting. Of course, the hotel would not compensate me for my extra cost, extra time, inconvenience, or the lack of services they guaranteed me when they accepted my reservation. If I took care of my customers like this I would be out of business at least they are ten minute walk from Hall 8 of the Frankfurt Fait so at least their location will keep them going.

Habitué de cet hôtel j’ai été pour une fois déçu de mon séjour. Le personnel a l’accueil ne comprenait pas l’anglais, j’ai eu une chambre d’une catégorie semblant nettement inférieure à d’habitude, notre accord tarifaire d’entreprise n’a pas été pris en compte. Bref pour une fois une catastrophe. J’espère tomber sur les personnes habituelles la prochaine fois et ne plus avoir ces ennuis.
