The hotel is great and has very nice premises. It is very well located, allowing you to be near subway and close to downtown, without the annoying crowds and traffic. I booked the hotel mainly because of its Swimming Pool area. But when i tried to use the facility I didn’t expect it to be fully crowded, because apparently Fitness First and Hilton share their fitness and swimming facilities. On the Expedia application and website this information wasn’t provided which led to anger and disappointment because I couldn’t use the facilities as I thought I would be. Extremely crowded and impossible to use the swimming pool. Fitness first members are being prioritized, as the lifeguard told us. Normally I do enjoy stayin Hilton Hotels but this time I was extremely disappointed, I hope you can find a solution for this problem.

Nice hotel close to a park and a huge shopping area/ mall. Fitness First is the hotel’s gym and pool, but it can get crowded from locals that have a membership there. The breakfast is really good and they have a decent hotel lounge/bar. They have a small executive lounge for Gold (if you book the executive floor) and Diamond members, but if you book with Expedia they may not let you use your membership benefits.

Als ich dieses Hotel mit meinen Koffern betreten habe, hat mich der Herr, der normalerweise meine Koffer abnehmen sollte mich einfach angeschaut und nicht reagiert. Ich musste dann selbst meine Koffer auf das Gepäckwagen stellen. Als ich dann im Zimmer ankam, habe ich schnell gemerkt, dass Handwash Seife fehlt. Ich habe es an der Rezeption zwei mal erwähnt, erst am nächsten Tag kurz vor meiner Abreise haben Sie es gebracht. Von Anfang bis Ende hatte ich leider nicht das Gefühl, das ich mich in einem fünf Sternen Hotel aufhalte. Sehr schade für diesen schönen Hotel

Great location,easily accessible. Located in the center of Frankfort surrounded by many coffee shops and close to the main shopping street Zeil. Absolutely loved everything as everything was within walking distance from the hotel

Ein wunderbares Hotel um alle Frankfurter Highlights zu Fuß zu besuchen. Super freundlicher Service. Das beginnt schon an der Rezeption (Danke für alles, lieber Nelson). Durch die weite hallenartigen Lobby, in der Rezeption, Bar, Restaurant und Frühstücksbuffet ist, leider sehr Laute, hallenden Geräuschkulisse. Aber das ist mein persönliches Problem und soll meine Begeisterung für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt nicht schmälern. Wir haben unseren 45. Jahrestag dort verbracht, konnten zu Fuß zur Alten Oper und auch in der Dunkelheit wieder zurück zum Hotel sicher und ohne subjektives Bedrohungsgefühl laufen. Auch Westend, Palmengarten, Uni, Zeil, Römer, Mainufer, alles zu Fuß gut zu erledigen. Als Goldmitglied (Hotels.com/Expedia) kenne ich viele Hotels in diesem Qualitätssegment. Dieses Hotel ist definitiv eine Empfehlung und ich bewerte selten eine Unterkunft. Dieses Hotel hat eine gute Bewertung verdient. Liebe guten Geister des Hilton City Centre Frankfurt, herzlichen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Tip: Executive Room buchen. Es lohnt sich!

Excellent location, polite and gentle staff, providing us storage for our luggage and we could travel easily to Frenc. Breakfast is very extensive including everything you need. You have access and ability to walk every where you want to see and visit in Frankfurt with less than 30 minutes walk. We stayed in the hotel for 2 periods of 2 nights and enjoyed it. Highly recommended.
