It was OK overall but I wish I picked somewhere else. It was clean, the breakfast is included and was decent. The people at the desk were nice but didn't speak much English it seems. Lots of dinner options in the area. When they say limited parking, they really mean limited parking. Street parking is free but very difficult to get a spot. They have a total of 5 "paid" spots available for the entire hotel. Getting out of the parking garage, the card didn't work for 5 minutes of us trying to get the machine to read it and when you're trying to get to the airport that's not fun since you're basically trapped in there. The rooms have no AC. Opening the window makes it very loud with random screaming people all night. The fan they provide (which in theory is nice of them) is very loud as well.

Staff are super nice, we booked the family quadruple room which the elevator doesn’t go up to, the room smelled like sewage and the beds had clear ripped leather off the headboard, window blinds were visibly broken and dysfunctional.

I veldig grei avstand fra togstasjonen, dog dette ligger i et litt shady område. Enkelt, pent og rent hotell. Trangt i frokostområdet, men dermed måtte vi sitte med fremmede og få oss nye venner. Det var greit. Det sto at det ville være kettle ol. på rommet. Det var ikke på plass, så det var litt skuffende. Det var en safe på rommet også, som heller ikke funket.

The location was good because I had to take trains in two subsequent days to and from Frankfurt. The transport to other places of the city is also good and there are many places to eat in the surroundings (mostly with food of nationalities other than German). However, the room was very small for two persons. Two single beds were joined and occupied most of the space, so it was extremely difficult to put two luggages there. It looks like that was a single room which the hotel used to accomodate two persons. Moreover, the fridge of the room was not working. Fortunately the receptionist was helpful and let me keep some items in the hotel fridge from one day to the other. In general, the hotel staff was very nice. For the price and for the location, I recommend the hotel, but only for a single person and for a short stay.

Staff was very nice and helpful, the room included a small fridge, also a fan. Breakfast had a nice selection. We did not feel safe walking around the hotel area. We took our car back early to the airport as this was the last leg of our trip and there was limited parking at this site.

It’s quiet, with a nice lounge in back, very convenient to the Hauptbahnhof and with plenty of restaurants and a market and late-night kiosk nearby, and cheap. The room was compact and rather small for a couple, but alright for one night. It was clean and comfortable. The receptionists were polite and cheerful and the breakfast was more than adequate and managed with a pleasant personal touch.

After a long flight from nyc we arrived a bit after check in time to find out one of my band members room was completely dirty because it was never cleaned. This delayed us big time since we were performing and needed to be at our sound check. Staff was extremely rude and did not at least try to compensate us with a complementary breakfast for the band member. I chose this hotel because it had a rating of 8.2. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Anytime the employees suggested you write a bad review tells me they don’t appreciate their customers.

Very close to train station. No air conditioning, so had to leave windows open. Loud noise from the trains and emergency vehicles heard all night. Streets surrounding hotel are not the best. Visible drug paraphernalia on the sidewalk just outside the entry to the hotel.

Excellent budget hotel - handy located for station. Friendly and helpful staff - who were very responsive to fixing an error on their part re booking - whilst this was a modest inconvenience for one night - they made a super effort to fix early the next day and resolved matter with many apologies - great service indeed and great breakfast too. Friendly place to stay. Area around hotel is a little 'edgy' at night re drug dealing -but ignoring or a firm 'no' was respected and no further interaction needed. Great city to visit and hotel great base to choose as a budget choice.

I arrive at 8am in the morning. Kemal, the front desk staff allows me to check in immediately. He also gives me a big bottle of water as a welcome gift. I just went through a red eye flight to get to Frankfurt and I cannot over emphasize how good it feels to be able to check in early. Thanks to Kemal, I have a wonderful stay at Topas. Topas offer GREAT value for the price. Being located practically next to the main train station is a plus for anyone who plan to explore Frankfurt and surrounding areas. I will definitely come back to Topas during my next trip to Frankfurt. Thank you Kemal!!!

It’s a great hotel for what it’s worth. Kind staff, clean rooms. The area itself is super dirty — it’s full of addicts, homeless people, and other sorts of criminals. Definitely not recommended to leave the hotel between 10p and 7a.

This was my second stay in this hotel in a month. This time the hotel provided a really double room, which is not large but fits two persons well for two days. The hotel is simple and the room only has basic amenities. The location is good for someone who travels by train because it is easily accessible from the main station. However, be aware that there are strange people in the neighborhood, as reported by other customers, but we had no problem with them even when arrived in the evening. As usual, the hotel staff is very nice. The breakfast is simple but good. I would stay there again if necessary.

Desk clerks were super friendly and helpful. Super convenient area barwly 5 min from the hbf. Lots of food around. The only downside is that some people may not like the area its in. However it didnt bother me personally. I wish i stayed the whole time here

Very close to train station. No air conditioning, so had to leave windows open. Loud noise from the trains and emergency vehicles heard all night. Streets surrounding hotel are not the best. Visible drug paraphernalia on the sidewalk just outside the entry to the hotel.

Das Hotel verfügt über keine Klimaanlage, da ich an den wohl heißesten Tagen des Jahres da war, war es unerträglich. Die Duschwand ließ sich nicht komplett schließen, das Duschgel war leer. Der Frühstückstaum ist viel zu klein, man musste für Tische anstehen oder sich an kleinen Tischen mit anderen zusammensetzen. Das Frühstück ist recht einfach, aber prinzipiell fehlt nichts. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt super zentral, der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Fazit für mich, nächstes mal zahle ich lieber wieder etwas mehr.

I veldig grei avstand fra togstasjonen, dog dette ligger i et litt shady område. Enkelt, pent og rent hotell. Trangt i frokostområdet, men dermed måtte vi sitte med fremmede og få oss nye venner. Det var greit. Det sto at det ville være kettle ol. på rommet. Det var ikke på plass, så det var litt skuffende. Det var en safe på rommet også, som heller ikke funket.

The rooms are pretty small, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast is typical fare, and available until 10. A coffee machine in the lobby would be nice, but nothing else to complain about. It’s quiet, with a nice lounge in back, very convenient to the Hauptbahnhof and with plenty of restaurants and a market and late-night kiosk nearby, and cheap. And the staff is friendly and helpful 24 hours/day.

Good location close to shops and train station. Helpful staff. We didn’t get room that we originally booked and got instead apparent for 4 people. It was nice and spacious, but we had to climb up stairs from 4th to 5th floor.
