Truly the worst hotel experience of my life. Blood on the wall, door frame, door handle. Tissues on the floor with blood on them. Hairs in the bed. Self-service check in hotel, the WhatsApp is unmanned, the email goes unanswered and the phone number goes through to voicemail. The booking I made, and the photos that were displayed bear no relation to one another. Avoid.

We arrived and had to use the self check-in, even though it was stated there was a manned reception. It in itself isn't wrong, but we've never seen any staff or cleaners and hence we weren't able to use the parking since we couldn't pay. When calling about the parking no one answered throughout the whole day. The room itself was clean enough to sleep and then get out as fast as possible.

It was the most terrible hotel I have stayed in my entire life. Automatic check in did not work. People were staying outside for hours to sell check in. No staff at all for any help. Just for few hours made in the morning time. Somebody walked into my room at 4am in the morning.i was sleeping comp naked.because of the heat. No AC what so ever but they dint even have €5worth ventilator. We had minimum of 40C during the day. I have asked for a fan they said okay we will leave one in your room but it never happened. I have also seen dozens of people having the same proble from check in, finding stuff for herp and heat. Never ever again. Not just in this hotel but the Admiral hotel group. Most disgusting and unprofessional stay it was. Imagine somebody just keep walking into your room while you sleep. Even the house keepers were funny. They knock, I say in a simplest way, not today. Please come back tomorrow. Thay say ok. But 2 mins later.they walk in without warning. And when I get angry they start speaking in some funny foreign language. I am a foreign my self but I was an inch away from punching them. NEVER and EVER.

Great location, properly functional rooms, great shower pressure, clean, central. No AirCon so beware in the summer. Super central location, my go-to. Often €45 or so per night for double.
