Fire alarm just before 7.00am caused by a smoking toaster. No apology given, confusing instructions (one member of staff said to wait until police and fire services arrived, another member of staff said to go back to the room), general chaos. Good job it wasn’t a “proper” fire. Also not clear on booking that the sauna was only available for an extra charge (10 Euros) and prior notice was required.

The checkin was okay. Breakfast was okay. I parked on the street because the parking there felt claustrophobic. The train from and to the airport is very convenient and cheaper than a taxi! Overall it was clean and nice

Nice stay. Hotel is placed on quite neighbourhood and on 150m walk has Tram and S-Bahn stations completely covering any transfer need. Especially from airport is just a 35-40 minutes directly with S-Bahn. It has parking with three levels elevators with and 10€ cost per night. Room was generally comfort and quiet enough, not completely, but nothing disturbing. Hot water and heating was OK. Breakfast although was not so rich, was taste. Maybe some sweets would make it almost complete.

The hotel was good for a three-night stay with my friend. Location slightly out of the centre even thought it states city centre. However, it was easy to get to the city centre by foot and public transport. It's also not too far from the airport. There's not much around the hotel but Lidl is handy and we found lovely Vietnamese and Italian restaurants nearby. Rooms were very clean but my friend got a much bigger room than me even though I'd booked two identical rooms - hers was almost like an apartment. Breakfast was good, with both hot and cold food - and very efficient staff constantly refilling food trays and clearing tables etc. There is a bar but it's very small and we didn't see anyone drinking there - but we were out most of the time. Most reception staff were helpful. I would have given more stars if I hadn't been booked in for only one night instead of three. Also, I asked for a kettle for my room but was given a kettle with a base that didn't fit. Getting these basic things right are important. Fortunately they were rectified by a very helpful member of staff. Overall, I'd say it was good value for money.

Great check in staff at night. Parking was very limited on the street (took 20 min to find one on a different block) or you have to pay €10 every day in their parking. I don’t know if location is good, I was just passing through. Room was clean but smelled like cigarettes (non smoking room), that was hard to deal with.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Das Bett sah nicht frisch bezogen aus. Das Zimmer (207) war muffig und das Bad nicht ordentlich geputzt. Deutliche Spuren des vorherigen Gasts an Wasserhahn, Dusche und WC. Für diesen Standard ist die Unterkunft nicht billig genug.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Parkmöglichkeiten sind in den umliegenden Nebenstraßen vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig; zu Stoßzeiten kann es jedoch recht laut sein, wodurch kein unmittelbares Urlaubsgefühl entsteht. Die Zimmerklimaanlage war optimal und angenehm bei den sehr heißen Tagen in Frankfurt. Leider traten am ersten Tag Wespen und am zweiten Tag Ameisen im Zimmer auf. Dieses war mein zweiter Besuch und bestimmt nicht mein letzter Besuch.

netter Check-in am Abend, alles ok. Zimmer groß und alles vorhanden. Bisschen dunkel. Klimaanlage etwas zu schwach. Betten gut. Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist prima. Bad klein - aber schön modern. Frühstück völlig ok - Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum etwas kantinenhaft. Parkplatz: viel zu klein für mein Auto (kleiner SUV). Aber fußläufig Parkplatz gefunden. Fazit: gutes Hotel für einen guten Preis!

We stayed for one night when we landed at Frankfurt. It was good enough for this short stay: clean, quiet and comfortable room, basic breakfast, nice staff, and its location close to a major station to move on to another city on the next day. The only drawback was the shower room that was not completely sealed. We couldn’t help splashing water onto the bathroom floor.

We stayed for two nights as a transit stop. The room was clean but really small, hardly enough space for two people to move around. The bathroom was also very small. The location is great, so is the free breakfast! Not a bad place to stay for a short period of time.

Walls between the rooms are too thin and plasterboard. You can hear all from the neighbor room. For this price there should be a pair of slipper and a bottle of water free of charge like other this level hotels. Location is ok close to S barn. Room cleaners began too early to clean the rooms with noisy style. Breakfast was ok but German products were missing too.

Ich habe das Hotel ein zweites Mal gebucht weil ich beim ersten Mal ein sehr schönes Zimmer hatte. Beim zweiten Mal hatte ein ganz anderes Zimmer bekommen. Der Fußboden war dreckig alte Möbel und das Zimmer war viel zu dunkel weil nur ein Fenster in einem relativ großen Raum ist. Die Zimmer sehen nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Anscheinend haben sie unterschiedlich eingerichtete Zimmer. Frühstück ist ganz gut.

Ich hatte das Hotel Cult gebucht, aber bei meiner Ankunft wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel aufgrund technischer Schwierigkeiten überbucht war. Ohne vorherige Benachrichtigung wurde ich in ein anderes Hotel in der Nähe des Frankfurter Hauptbahnhofs umquartiert. Dieses Ersatzhotel war weder vergleichbar noch entsprach es dem Standard, den ich ursprünglich gebucht hatte. Die Lage und der Zustand des neuen Hotels waren für mich völlig unpassend. Der Umgang mit der Situation seitens des Hotel ist unprofessionell, ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Excellent breakfast. Front desk clerk rude and unfriendly, assigned me to a room with another guest suddenly returned, then asked me to move to another room, blamed computer, never apologized. I would not stay here had I knew.

I do not recommend. I had a male staff member walk into my room, without knocking, while I was in the bathroom. It was one hour prior to checkout, and 2 maids came to the door to clean, and I told them I needed time to clear out. It was horrible being rushed. The shower had hair in it. The pillow case had holes. The carpet appeared to not be vaccumed when I arrived. The breakfast was ok.

The staff at the front desk is very rude, she ask 2 euro for each person for tax from us, I give her 5 euro for 2 of us , she didn’t give me change , are there any one experience for this kind tax before? And her attitude kind of rude too. Will never come back here again

Mein Lieblingshotel in Frankfurt. Immer unkomplizierter Check in und out. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Bequeme Betten. Nur die Dusche ist ein kleines Problem, weil das Wasser nach außen auf den Boden fließt. Komische Bauweise halt, nichts tragisches. Gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Tolles Frühstück!

Overall nice hotel and room, but the hotel breakfast was completely chaos. Too many guests at once, trouble finding places to sit. The cutlery, cups and plates were regularly missing. Just one staff working in the breakfast area so dirty dishes were piling up. Perhaps to do with the time we were there (Christmas), but for a four star hotel you would expect better.
