Unfortunately for the high price suite we booked too many shortcomings. - an airco unit that is rather noisy so we switched it off during night - Night blackout screens were broken - Black Mould in shower - We went for fitness at 2145 but all equipment was switched off, reception said it was closed because reception closes at 22:00 but docs in room and notice on fitness said it could be used all day. If known we would have come earlier. Next morning 9:15 still not available. - No parking available because should have been booked but that was never stated or mentioned before All above should not happen in a higher class hotel

Google map will give u wrong spot , I have been driving at least 5 times , around and around ! About spa …… sauna , massage and stream room , they only open 16:00-19:00 really ridiculous Reception was nice ! But still , if u looking for somewhere to relax after your long walk in castle ..,, I don’t think here is your place Parking was really tiny …

The breakfast buffet and dining room was very good. Room facilities were good and spa and gym were good enough. Only gripe was that no body showed me to my room, just gave me the key, room number and told which floor it was on, which I thought was pretty poor etiquette

The staff is super friendly. The hotel grounds are well maintained. The spa is a really nuce amenity. If you get a room on the main road...The noise is pretty loud. The parking garage is REALLY difficult to get in and out.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location with great staff and breakfast. Parking in the underground garage is tight and must be pre-booked but great parking alternatives exist nearby if needed. The room was great and soundproofed and ensured a good nights sleep.

We stayed in Room 112, which had a very nice view of the street. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right at the pedestrian area near all the shops, restaurants, and specialty stores for mechanical clocks and Lederhosen. It is also a very convenient 5-minute drive to the ticket center for Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein castles. Please note that parking is limited; you must reserve a spot in advance, which costs 12 Euro per night. While the location is great, the room amenities were a bit of a letdown. The Wi-Fi was very low quality in our room. There was no tea kettle or cups provided (though there is a mini-fridge). We had to request a kettle from the front desk and were then sent to the restaurant to get our own cups. No tea or coffee is provided in the rooms. The spa features a Finnish sauna (complimentary robes, slippers, and towels provided), but be aware it is a textile-free/nude area. The two jacuzzi tubs cost 5 Euro for 12 minutes, or you can book them for private use for 99 Euro for two people. The included breakfast was very nice with plenty of variety. We also tried the restaurant for dinner; the atmosphere was pleasant, though the quality of the dessert wasn’t quite up to the standard of the rest of the meal. Overall, a great spot for sightseeing, but could improve on in-room comforts.

Room was quite warm at night. There was a window/door that could be opened on to a balcony, but invariably someone would start smoking below (we were on the second floor) and we'd need to close it. Also there was a lot of street noise, so we'd close the door to block it out. The shower valve was not temperature-controlled and would frequently go from normal to scalding. Turn down the temp and then it would be too cold. The sink water temp was also a bit awkward to control, but at least not as dangerous. The room itself was just a bit too small. Finding a place to lay out two suitcases for easy access over several days took some cleverness. This is the sixth hotel we've stayed in during our 2+ week Germany trip and it was a bit disappointing compared to the others.

Hotel is within a short walk from the train station. Close to the center of town. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable however AC is centrally controlled and only went down to 21 degrees Celsius. Great breakfast buffet included in the stay at the restaurant next door.

This was the most expensive hotel our family of four stayed in on our 3 week trip through Europe and we thought it would be an exceptional night's stay. The AC was set so it couldn't go below 21 degrees Celsius though. That killed what would have otherwise been a great stay- although super pricey at any level of comfort for us. Couldn't sleep. Shelling out $600 bucks for a night of tossing and turning in the stale air warm ruined it. I mentioned something to the staff the next morning and was heard but they did nothing to make it right.

Family room was very pokey for 4 people with the sofa bed open. We had two suit cases for 4 people (2 kids, 8 & 10) and there was barely room to open them.

El hotel se merece notas mas altas por la situacion,confort y en especial el res taurante con gran servicio por parte del personal y excelente comida por parte del chef.Variada carta donde elegir buena variacion para todos los gustos asi como diversas referencias en vinos y destilados.Teniendo reserva da en esta pagina la cena desde Enero de este año y confirmando varios correos mandados por el hotel sobre la cena,parking para el coche y que nos acompañaba nuestra perrita que fue muy bien tratada nos encontramos que no podiamos cenar en el restaurante porque habia un grupo grande y estaba completo.Despues de varias conversa ciones y aguantar la poca empatia de esta señorita con sus miradas intimida torias y alta prepotencia que insistia continuamente que no nos entendia ni ganas tenia nos dicen que podriamos cenar a las 19h.Obviamente cenamos en otro sitio cercano muy a gusto y tran quilos.Sirva esta aclaracion para que si no soys un grupo numeroso dejeis bien claro lo de la reserva de la cena lastima que este problema que no me habia pasado nunca y llevo toda la vida viajando empañe la calificacion de un gran establecimiento que brilla a alto nivel por servicios,calidad y eficiencia general de casi todo el personal.

Atendimento péssimo. Moça da recepção mau humorada, com má vontade de ajudar. Reservamos esse hotel porque tinha carregador de carro elétrico. Só que ninguém sabia como ajudar. Era tudo terceirizado. A gente reservou e pagou pelo site e lá nos cobraram novamente. O atendente do hotéis.com ligou pra eles e avisou que já estava pago e eles mesmo assim nos cobraram novamente. E sendo bem grosseira.

The lady at the reception desk was rude. There was an issue regarding parking. We had a hard time understanding her and needed more explanation of which we felt she was impatient with us as hotel guests. Also, the air conditioner in our room dripped water onto the floor all night. We had to put towel on the floor to absorb the water.

The woman who checked us in was really rude. We were a bit early and didn’t mind waiting it was the way she was so snappy. We asked about an ice bucket and she replied “we don’t do that here”. Oh I thought you were a four star hotel! Staff in the restaurant were very nice and friendly

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location with great staff and breakfast. Parking in the underground garage is tight and must be pre-booked but great parking alternatives exist nearby if needed. The room was great and soundproofed and ensured a good nights sleep.

We stayed in Room 112, which had a very nice view of the street. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right at the pedestrian area near all the shops, restaurants, and specialty stores for mechanical clocks and Lederhosen. It is also a very convenient 5-minute drive to the ticket center for Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein castles. Please note that parking is limited; you must reserve a spot in advance, which costs 12 Euro per night. While the location is great, the room amenities were a bit of a letdown. The Wi-Fi was very low quality in our room. There was no tea kettle or cups provided (though there is a mini-fridge). We had to request a kettle from the front desk and were then sent to the restaurant to get our own cups. No tea or coffee is provided in the rooms. The spa features a Finnish sauna (complimentary robes, slippers, and towels provided), but be aware it is a textile-free/nude area. The two jacuzzi tubs cost 5 Euro for 12 minutes, or you can book them for private use for 99 Euro for two people. The included breakfast was very nice with plenty of variety. We also tried the restaurant for dinner; the atmosphere was pleasant, though the quality of the dessert wasn’t quite up to the standard of the rest of the meal. Excellent location and beautiful hotel. As a family, would prefer to have more privacy than a clear glass door on the shower room, but otherwise everything else was excellent. Full breakfast buffet was great!

Great hotel. Location excellent - a step from old town and the station (where the buses to the sights all start from). Didn't use the gym/sauna etc but gym looked decent. Room was good. No complaints whatsoever. Sure some of the rooms which have a balcony with a view of the mountains would be fabulous. Ours was nice to have. Thanks to the lovely lady who served us at bar. Very friendly service. All staff very helpful. And finally. First rate buffet breakfast.

Good room and prime location. The parking celler is small and tight, but I Got my Audi A6 in there by going slow. Breakfast is good and the location right by the old part makes it ideal. Would chose again if we come back

Arrived late at 23:00 after the front desk closed. A note was hanging on the door with instructions and the waiter in the bar guided us for parking in a nearby garage. Everything was perfect. 2 adults +2 kids. Breakfast was super delicious.
