Très bien placé dans la ville très proche des transports en commun avec le pass de l’hôtel transport gratuit vraiment super. Le moins manque une bouilloire avec thé, café dans les chambres Changement de serviette n’est pas fait chaque jour pas de nouveau échantillons de shampoings dans la salle de bain dommage. Accès sauna normalement dans le forfait Malheureusement sur place payant Pour le parking de l’hotel payant aussi pas indiqué sur le descriptif de départ Plus de clarté sur le descriptif car dessus.

Great location. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is great. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Didn't have an A/C, so you have to ask for a fan, or leave the window open during hot summer nights. The on-premise parking is very convenient, but the entrance and exit ramps are very narrow, so watch out not to hit the walls!

Truly loved everything about this place. Our room was huge and incredibly clean. The beds were comfy enough and we could adjust the temperature in our room to our liking. Breakfast was included and was decent. Overall the hotel was very quiet and there’s an underground garage to park. It’s close to the castles and good restaurants. Just a note, the garage is VERY narrow. Like insanely, narrow.

La habitación y el baño están bien. No obstante, para nuestro gusto faltan enchufes y los que hay están descuidados. La zona de spa/sauna es muy sencilla, y te cobran por entrar aun siendo cliente del hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem guten Frühstück und motiviertem und freundlichem Personal. Aber auch dem einen oder anderen Kritikpunkt 1. Kritikpunkt Badezimmer Es gibt nur eine kleine Badewanne mit Duschwand. Diese Duschwand ist sehr kurz und für große Menschen ist das Duschen mit der Handbrause umständlich und mit einer Badüberflutung verbunden. Warmes Wasser im 2 Stock erst, nachdem Wasser 3 Minuten gelaufen ist. Hier wäre eine größere Dusche anstatt eine kleine Badewanne mit Duschwand sinnvoller. 2. Kritikpunkt W-LAN Im Hotel gibt es ein W-LAN und das Zimmer hat sogar einen eigenen Router / Repeater. Dieser baut jedoch wenn überhaupt nur ein sehr sehr schwaches W-LAN auf. Die Verbindung bricht ständig ab. Das ist für ein 4* Hotel stark verbesserungswürdig. 3. Kritikpunkt Tiefgarage Die Tiefgarage ist schon sehr alt und somit lediglich für kleinere Autos geeignet. Parkplätze sind sehr sehr klein Sobald ein Auto größer als ein Passat ist muss man schon sehr aufpassen, dass man nirgends hängen bleibt oder sich den Spiegel abfährt bzw. bei der Ein- und Ausfahrt die Felgen verkratzt. Familienzimmer ist sehr groß :-) Die Pancake Maschine beim Frühstück ist ne witzige Idee. Die Kinder hatten hier ihren Spaß. Allerdings ist die Wartezeit hier deutlich zu lange. Gerade wenn in der Schlange 5 Leute warten. Ansonsten ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

The location was excellent. Right next to the train station, shops and restaurants. The hotel was large, clean and pretty. Unfortunately it was cold. They said they don’t turn on the heat yet and there aren’t room controls so they gave us an extra blanket. We only picked this hotel because it was advertised as having a hot tub (picture shown too). After days of walking in cold and rain we decided to pay the extra cost of a hotel withthis item. Yet when we arrived we were told the hot tub was stopped during covid and discontinued. I doubled checked when we went up to our room and the photo and item was listed as available just to be sure it wasn’t a mistake on my end.

Very clean, nice staff, very conveniently located in the town center, walkable to bus stops. If you park at the garage, you get a free Fussen Card which can give you free bus (and more) rides to the Neuschwanstein and even discounted admission tickets. Beds are very very comfy too!

Great place for a stay in Fussen. Hotel rooms were large and clean and staff were very friendly. They have easy underground parking and lots of restaurants in close walking distance with traditional Bavarian food.

Sehr netter Empfang...tolles Frühstück. Tiefgarage für 14 euro pro tag. Zimmer war gut..gross für 3 Personen. Etwas altbackene Einrichtung. Zentral gelegenes Hotel ..deswegen auch etwas lauter. Für eine Nacht war das aber nicht schlimm. Das Badezimmer war leider nicht so richtig sauber.

Leider lag ein kleines Stück Pizza (etwa so groß wie ein Geldstück) von den Vorgängern auf dem Teppichboden unseres Zimmers. Ich habe es an der Rezeption gezeigt, aber man hat noch nicht einmal nach der Zimmernummer gefragt und es nur zu Kenntnis genommen. Das Zimmer 218 war nicht im normalen schönen Flurbereich, sondern man ging ins separate Trepoenhaus in dem sich auch ein Aufzug befand und dort war dann die Zimmertür. In diesem Treppenhaus war es unnatürlich warm, die Wärme kam von unten heraufgezogen (ich vermute durch Technikanlagen in den Untergeschossen oder evtl durch den Saunabereich). Entsprechend war es in unserem Zimmer viel zu war (keine Klimaanlage). Wir mussten alle Fenster öffnen, um einigermaßen schlafen zu können, aber durch die Verkehrsgeräusche ( auch nachts) war das für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf auch nur begrenzt möglich.

The breakfast service and staff are excellent, and location of the hotel is wonderful to explore the old town. Only thing is the hotel floor is old carpet, which makes me not feeling comfortable.

Veldig fint hotell med topp service, spa avdelingen og perfekt beliggenhet. Meget varmt på rommet som ikke hadde aircondition. Mye støy fra gata som gjorde at vi ikke kunne ha vinduene åpne. Ikke kjøleskap på rommet.

Die Zimmer sind sehr alt. Steckdosen teils kaputt (hinter Nachttisch). Keine Heizung im Badezimmer. Möbel abgewohnt. Frühstück: Auswahl und Service gut. Brezel waren sicher vom Vortag und nur aufgebacken. Steinhart und nicht essbar. Die 4 Sterne insgesamt sind sicher nicht gerechtfertigt

Since we arrived late by train, this hotel was convenient. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The bed is very hard and the pillows were almost flat. It was so stuffy and stale in the room in July that we didn't asleep well, even with the windows open.

Great old style hotel. Very convenient for the station and buses. Walking distance to the town sights. Great breakfasts to start the day. On the downside, it was a very noisy room overlooking a fairly busy road and noisy restaurant. The one night I had to go and ask the restaurant to turn the music down at midnight. Also the room was very hot with only 2 windows that could be opened. Apart from that, a nice stay in a lovely town that is well worth visiting

Gerade wenn in der Schlange 5 Leute warten. Ansonsten ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Perhaps a language barrier but the young woman who checked us in was rude at every encounter. This is a 3 star hotel at best. Elevator didnt go to our room, which was unbearbly hot. Hallways and stairs were dirty. Mini fridge not stocked. Full ashtray on balcony.

The staff at this hotel really saved our trip! Our stay was excellent, we loved the rooms and the breakfast! But the staff really excelled when my husband forgot his passport and other travel documents in our room when we checked out. They found them, and made sure everything was stored securely in the front desk safe until he returned to collect everything. We are so grateful and highly recommend this place!

Was disappointed in the check in and out process. Check in the young man was pretty rigid and cold. When we tried to check out lady would not talk to me. I had short window to catch my train. So I just left thinking my bill was paid. She waited till I was at train station chased me down and started yelling at me I didn’t pay city tax. Why isn’t city tax collected during the check-in process. I had to go back almost missed my train

This hotel is in a great location. Not only are you within easy walking distance of tons of shopping and dining, it is also just steps away from the bus and train station! Also, we received a voucher good for any of the local bus service. Such a convenience!

Hotel is on the edge of the old town of Fussen and a very short walk from the train station, great position. Has own car park beneath hotel, special rate for guests, though quite tight space for your larger car. Reception were helpful when we had questions. Old Fussen is great if you like wandering around old streets, full of shops, bars and restaurants. You have the castles a short bus or car journey away, though, you need to book to ensure you get in on the day you want to go, or take pot luck at the on site ticket office. Nice walks just out side of town, various lakes and the river Lech. We enjoyed our visit.

Can’t recommend this place enough!! The reception staff were wonderful, and it’s right next to train station and bus stop for the castles. Also a short walk to Old Town, which is worth a day of its own. Hope to stay again some day.

Just steps from the train station! Desk clerk was nervous about her English; we pointed out that our German is zero. Looking over her shoulder, I noticed a glass doored refrigerator, with beer. We'd just got off a long train trip (four trains, and a couple alternate itineraries due to impossible connection times). She sold us a large bottle of dunkel and opened it for us at the desk. Our moods immediately improved! Breakfast was good and extensive. Dining room is very nice. Actually, everything about this place was nice. I booked at the last minute, found this hotel and paid more than I had budgeted. I'd recommend it though.

Nice central location in Fussen, right in the centre and close to local restaurants and attractions. The staff were great and we were given a Fussen card, which gave us free transport to Schwangau. The rooms are nice, we booked a family room and we got two adjoining rooms, which was great. The breakfast was great, good coffee and good Bavarian food. Parking is a bit tight, requires a bit of manoeuvring to get a large-ish car in . They seem to cater to large groups of Chinese tourists that arrive by bus around 6pm or so. So the lobby gets very busy at that time and again in the morning when the buses leave.

Many tour buses use this hotel. Noisy outside during the evening/night due to people, smokers, and traffic circle. It was difficult to get sleep if you needed the windows open due to noise and smoke.
