Property was in a decent location, parking was available but a small lot. Had a good shower although ours had a broken soap and shampo dispenser. We had no soap, thank god I bought my own. The bottle was on the floor of the shower. We had two twin beds that the mattresses were worn out. It was clean and wasn’t run down, but could have been better

Sehr schönes neu renoviertes Zimmer, relativ groß, fussläufig zur Innenstadt. Nettes Personal. Frühstück war okay, Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Hotel, 8 Euro Parkgebühr völlig okay.

This was an ideal location for us, a three minute walk from the train station right in old town Füssen. Easy to walk around the old town to shop and eat. Very easy to catch the bus right outside the train station to the castles. If you happen to have a car there’s a parking lot in the back. The rooms were big and had all the conveniences we needed.

Renovated building with new furniture. Very nice and Clean. Location is great, in center of Fussen with walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Reception person was friendly and helpful at our check-in. Note that reception closes at 10 pm and locks the lobby doors. Guest can still access the building from rear doors. No room service. This hotel has two buildings: main one just above the reception and second building is across a street that we have to walk to after our check-in. There is No elevator for the second building but it’s fully renovated, clean and bright.

Arrived early and was checked in right away. There is a queen (for two) and a twin bed - family of 3. Very comfortable. No kitchen but we did not intend to cook anyway. Great breakfast for €11.90 (scramble eggs; variety of toast, muffins, cereal, muesli, fresh fruits (Bananas, apples, and oranges), coffee machine makes coffee, mocha, cappuccino). Parking €9. Beautiful & quaint small town. Two days is just right for us. Great price.

My stay was good, location was perfect. There was only one concern I had. The bathroom in room 121 had a strong sewer smell. I’m not sure if other guests had the same issue in their rooms but this was the first time I’ve ever experienced this before in a hotel. I did not let the front desk know, we were too busy & got in late both nights.

When we get in the room, there was a strong smell of cat pee. The floor was also very dirty. For sure, the clean house was not done. I did not sleep as I was afraid to stay there. I went to the reception to tell the lady. She provided me a spray to change the smell and that was it. The breakfast buffet not worth it (13 euros). At 8:30 in the morning, only 4 slices of bread and 2 bananas were remaining. The fruits were canned fruits. Do not go to this hotel. Run away!

The rooms were beautiful and clean. I loved that the floors were tile and not carpet. The beds were comfortable and there was storage for our clothes. There was a small fridge and kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator was great for hauling luggage. Breakfast was a good price and a buffet with several delicious options.

The room was small, but charming. It was perfectly fine for what we needed. Very conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the city center, where we found shopping and dining. Perfect location for accessing Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. My room was comfortable. The only issue was the rainfall shower head didn’t work, and someone entered my room in the am before I had checked out.

The staff was exceptional. Lucas went above and beyond the requirements of any employee. He made my stay at Central City enjoyable by making me feel at home. The young lady on duty the evening of 6/8 was so kind and helpful. The staff there is simply the best.

Refurbished and quite nicely done. An email to share alternate directions to the premises during extensive construction restricting access to the hotel would have been very much appreciated. Also, only 1 very young staff member on duty when we checked in. Extreme lack of information and signage to navigate sprawling premises with 3 different wings with separate elevators. Arrived on a dark rainy night and it took more than an hour to get our belongings to our room. Encountered several other frustrated guests that were lost and confused as well.

This place was just perfect!! The moment we walked in we were greeted with kindness. You could tell they were attentive to customer service. The hotel was very clean, quiet, comfortable and everyone there was just so friendly! We had a chance to meet the owner and his father, and what great people! They are doing a big remodel and you wouldn’t know besides the equipment. It’s going to be even nicer once completed. Having a fridge was great too! We were able to use the microwave in the breakfast area as well, which was nice. Too many good leftovers from all the good food in Füssen to not take back and have seconds. That was just a nice perk. The gift shop was also a little treasure. This is just an awesome family in a beautiful town that we will definitely be going back to! Well done to this amazing family of believers that definitely live it! Thank you all so much for a great three days!! We will be back!!

This is our second time staying at this property and it is an incredible experience. Ver close proximity to the main area of town, grocery stores and amenities close by, close to transit, and convenient parking. Why we have returned is mainly the level of customer service. The owner and his family are wonderful, super helpful and the hotel is spotless, offering a terrific variety for breakfast. I will return without a doubt and am impressed with how kind the owner is, along with his entire staff. Never disappointed! Highly recommend this hotel!

This was an ideal location for us, a three minute walk from the train station right in old town Füssen. Easy to walk around the old town to shop and eat. Very easy to catch the bus right outside the train station to the castles. If you happen to have a car there’s a parking lot in the back. The rooms were big and had all the conveniences we needed.

Surprisingly quiet considering it is across the street from the train station. It is incredibly convenient and was an excellent place to stay.

Überaus netter Empfang mit vielen praktischen Hinweisen. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer und sehr ruhig. Zum Frühstück ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Great hotel to stay in - quite literally in the center of the city. There was lots to do, see and eat very close by. The owner was informative and gave great advice during our stay. We found a pub nearby that had great local options and great service as well. Very close to castles in the area and easy parking. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh

The rooms were beautiful and clean. I loved that the floors were tile and not carpet. The beds were comfortable and there was storage for our clothes. There was a small fridge and kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator was great for hauling luggage. Breakfast was a good price and a buffet with several delicious options.

Train delayed past our check in time, & property sent a detailed video with instructions to allow us to check in on our own. Spacious, clean & beautiful room. A/C & instant coffee in the room was a plus. Good breakfast at reasonable price. Thankful we found this place. Great price and location.

Arrived early and was checked in right away. There is a queen (for two) and a twin bed - family of 3. Very comfortable. No kitchen but we did not intend to cook anyway. Great breakfast for €11.90 (scramble eggs; variety of toast, muffins, cereal, muesli, fresh fruits (Bananas, apples, and oranges), coffee machine makes coffee, mocha, cappuccino). Parking €9. Beautiful & quaint small town. Two days is just right for us. Great price.

Unterkunft war in Ordnung, Zimmer sehr groß, nur über die Straße und schon ist man in der Altstadt. Frühstück war etwas chaotisch, überall schmutziges Geschirr auf den Tischen, überschaubare Auswahl und viel war leer und wurde nur nach und nach aufgefüllt wenn überhaupt

Quiet, comfortable, super clean, easy access to the Castle busses. Family run and cared for. Must be new since the building had that new-rug smell and everything was in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

Central City Hotel is just around the corner from the train station, 1 minute walk without luggage, 2 minutes walk with luggage. There’s a Netta supermarket opposite the hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. The room was spacious, and comfortable bed. Air conditioner worked efficiently and quietly. It wasn’t listed as having a fridge, so that was a pleasant surprise. Definitely recommend it, and definitely would return when next in Fussen. The bus stop to take you to Neuschwanstein Castle is opposite the train station. Safe area for a solo female traveller.
