奮発してクラブアクセスでの宿泊でした。立地はキャナルシティ内で申し分なく博多駅からも近い、休止中だった噴水ショーも再開されていて楽しめました。 2年前に改装されたクラブラウンジに初めて行きましたが、待つこともなくゆったりと過ごせました。今回はテラスに出ませんでしたが、次回は優雅にテラスでお茶を楽しみたいです。もちろん料理も美味しく、カクテルタイムメニューの多くが日替わりなのも嬉しい

A return visit 2 years apart & we choose the same room. Excellent location, right next to Grand canal shops & dining. Amazing on site pool included at no charge & a spa/sana/hot pool facilitiy for a small charge all located inside the hotel. Friendly & helpful staff Beds are firm, I always travel with my own pillow for comfort. Superb property in Fukuoka.

最初に案内された部屋が入った瞬間にカビ臭くトイレやお風呂に髪の毛が落ちていたり便座にホコリが溜まっていたり、口コミが良かったから予約したのに室内の掃除が適当なのか、されてないのか不明ですが驚きました。浴槽内まで髪の毛が何本もあったので耐えきれなくなり、フロントへ伝えたところ部屋を変えていただくことになりました。スタッフの対応も良く変更された部屋はカビ臭さもなく綺麗で快適に過ごせました。部屋に入っておかしいと思ったら早めに伝えるべきだと勉強になりました。

Overall, my wife and I had a great stay. The service staff was mostly very friendly, the location is great, connection to the Canal City mall is convenient, excellent breakfast buffet, large rooms, and the amenities were the pros for us. The only negatives were at check in - our initial room smelled of cigarette smoke, and there were stains on the headboard and mould along the grout in the shower. We requested another room and the smell was better but there was still mould in the bathroom. The third room we requested was better and we could see that a staff member had cleaned the grout areas. I wish the grout could just be cleaned in all the rooms without having to ask. Two of the staff members helping us during check in ignored my wife when she followed up about the room, which we thought was rude, but the staff member showing us to our rooms was very helpful and friendly. Other than the hiccups at check in, all the service staff were wonderful and we had a positive stay.

The room was clean and well-kept but a bit small. The airconditioning wasn’t working so it was warm inside the room. We had to ask housekeeping to open the windows to let the cool air in (it was around 1 - 5 degrees C outside). Good thing too, was that there was a Dyson fan in the room to make it a bit cooler.

The exterior of the hotel reminds me of 2000s architecture, the rooms are very dated, some wall paper can be seen peeling slightly. The layout, room's ameneties are all dated. Rooms are definitely spacious and service is excellent. Its directly attached to Canal City Mall which is convenient. If you're an older business traveller and remember when the name Hyatt carries a prestige, then book this, else, might be better to look for something more modern.

After paying so much for this property it is anything but Grand. They claim there is only central heating system hence no air conditioning in the rooms but the basement bar where I drank wine every afternoon was cold. Although outside temperature is 8-12c the temperature inside the hotel room was 22-23. They told us to open the window for air to come in and turn on the stand fan in the room.

Wunderbares Hotel mit super Lage an der Mall! Sehr saubere und tolle große Zimmer. Der Ausblick zur Stadt mit Fluss war hervorragend. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Betten waren groß und gemütlich, das Bad ist der Hammer! So schön groß und alles mit Spiegel ausgestattet TV über dem WC. Der nächste Aufenthalt wird wieder in dem Hotel verbracht.

The property is attached to a mall which caters for tax free shopping which is great. Also those who are card collectors there was a shop a few hundred meters on the river from the hotel. There is a water show each day the doesn’t finish until 10pm so it not a place to stay if you want quiet.

施設自体には満足ですし、クラブフロアでの対応もとても満足し、また宿泊をしたくなりました。ただ、クラブフロアでチェックインのはずが、ロビー階で女性に尋ねると、5階が混雑しているのでちょっと確認すると言ったまま、その後呼び止められて他の外国人の対応をしてしまい放ったらかしにされ、私の事をわすれたのか確認もせず他の人の対応をしていた。頭にきて話しかけたが、混雑しているのでロビー階でチェックインを、というのでそのまま並び、順番がきたのでフロントで尋ねるや否や5階に案内していただけた。あの最初の対応をするのなら、二度と行きたくないと思います。

Grand Hyatt Fukuoka is a very nice hotel, it sit in between Hakata Station and Tenjin. Every night the street food vans start up about 5pm and they are just across the road. I that isn't your thing, there are plenty of Ramen restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. There are a number shrines and temples within walking distance. If you need good tourist information head down to the tourist information office at Tenjin, they have plenty of maps and sightseeing brochures. The hotel is adjacent to Canal City Shopping Centre.

During the Silver Week, I decided to take a trip with my sister. To avoid Typhoon in Tokyo area, I decided to go to the South and it was the right decision. Hakata offered a lot, including the nice weather and the food was excellent. I always stay at Hyatt when I visited Hakata. The hotel room is large and comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and professional. The bathroom especially is very roomy and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to stay when you visit Hakata.

The building itself is old, so you can expect to see some rather old fashioned design. But, our room is clean. Daily housekeeping. We stayed for 8 days. For some reasons, everything in the refrigerator is free and replenished everyday. Sparking water, Asahi, still water, Coke, etc. Staff were very courteous. Hakata Canal City is connected right next to the hotel. Shops and restaurants were plentiful. The fitness is equipped with squat racks, dumbbells, and many machines and treadmills.
