조식은 평범한 수준이었고 4연박 동안 메뉴가 100% 똑같아서 두번 정도는 외부에서 조식을 하는것이 좋을듯 했습니다. 수영장과 목욕탕은 1인당 2000 yen을 별도로 내야해서 이용을 하지 않았습니다. 미리 알았더라면 디른 호텔을 선택했을거 같습니다.

中洲川端駅から直結で行ける為、アクセスは最高。フロント、ロビーのスタッフも非常に丁寧で対応も問題なし。少し歩けば中洲エリアなので、食事する場所は困らない。築年数の問題なのか、客室内バスルームの扉が少し汚なかったのが残念。客室内のバスタブでもお湯を張って充分浸かれる大きさではあったが、欲を言えば大浴場も欲しかった。総合的には満足度の高いホテルだった。

This is a nice hotel however the beds were way too hard for us. We have never had such hard mattresses and it did effect our sleep. It would be nice if the hotel had mattress toppers for people who prefer a softer mattress.

Everything was terrific! The staff were so pleasant, very attentive, and helpful. The elevators were fabulous- no waiting more than 15 seconds!!! Our room was spacious, had very comfortable beds, nice sized tv, large bathroom w/ powerful shower. We had robes and pajamas provided. They also cleaned up the room daily if we wanted. The amenities in the bathroom were so generous from hair ties to razor sets to all kinds of face oil and emulsion packets. We had a beautiful view of Hakata Tower and could see all the way to the ocean. Also the location was perfect with the subway a few steps away under the hotel. There was shopping and eating right outside and so much more all down the streets. We spent 10 days here and can’t wait to return!!!

all the staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The room is clean but a bit dated. The carpet in my room doesn't extend to the bathroom door. Thus a gap. I don't expect such room conditions for a 5 star hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location– directly above a subway station on the Airport line. With that said, I'll mention I wasn't happy with my check-in experience. Everyone was friendly during my stay, but moments after I brought my things to the room the phone rang. It was the woman at the front desk who checked me in telling me the credit card I presented for payment had been declined. What?!!!! I'd been using that high-limited Visa card during a month of travel in Japan, South Korea and Vietnam without any problems. I was obviously concerned I'd become the victim of fraud and immediately went back downstairs to offer a different card. It was rather humiliating. The desk clerk couldn't explain why my card had been rejected, but she gave me a two-digit code that accompanied the rejection that I could use to contact my bank. Bottom line: The code meant the clerk had entered an incorrect CVV number from the back of my Visa. Her simple error had caused me considerable discomfort. I didn't see her again during my stay so I'm putting this in the review hoping the hotel management will ask the front desk staff to be more careful!

I always have a pleasant stay at Hotel Okura, no matter the location. The staff are consistently professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, and the on-site restaurant is both convenient and delicious. I was especially impressed by Marek, an English-speaking staff member who went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage transportation. We’ve used this service at other hotels, but Hotel Okura truly stands out. All we had to do was bring our luggage downstairs—Marek took care of everything. In fact, if we had asked, they would have picked up the luggage directly from our room. The level of service was exceptional.

OUTDATED HOTEL. The facilities are outdated and not clean enough. We arrived at 7:50am and left the luggage to go around the city since checkin was at 3pm. However, my wife is pregnant and was feeling extremely unwell and went back to the hotel at noon. They had our room ready but wouldnt give it to us without paying 50% extra (mind that it was only 3 hours before check in time and they did not clean the room twice). Had to pay since she was feeling so unwell. Poor treatment and understanding from the hotel staff. Do not recommend staying here. There are plenty of more modern hotels in the city to choose from.

As expected from the renowned Okura Hotel, I was able to experience outstanding service and a wonderful guest room. There was a Korean staff member available, so there were no communication issues, and the staff’s warm smiles along with the Rituals amenities left a strong impression. Although the breakfast selection was somewhat smaller compared to luxury hotels in Korea or Europe, the taste and overall quality were excellent. Having stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, I can confidently say that Hotel Okura Fukuoka is one of the top five hotels of my life.

This place was exceeding my expectation in every way. They had such friendly and accommodating staff. First thing they do when you walk in is help with your luggage to your room and have a quick and easy check in. They had spacious rooms and had an amazing view. I felt very well taken care of when I set foot into this hotel. I would definitely come back here again.

One of my favorite hotels in Fukuoka. It is right on the subway line (for direct access to/from the airport) and located close to canal city with convenient access to restaurants and shops. Rooms are comfortable and larger than average.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und toll gelegen, direkt am Kanal und Laufweite zum Meer, aber ohne Badeoption dort. Das Frühstück war auf der Japan Reise das beste verglichen mit allen Hotels. Viel Auswahl auch speziell japanische Sachen wie Melonen Brötchen, was ich da kennengelernt habe. Das Hotel ist direkt mit der u Bahn verbunden, unterirdisch kann man da direkt Hin. Beim ersten Mal haben wir das zwar nicht gefunden oder gewusst aber die u Bahn ist schon auch etwas größer aber bei der Abreise zum Flughafen wussten wir es Dann. Das Zimmer ist etwas älter vornehmer eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr höflich wie wahrscheinlich überall. Die Lage war sehr gut und ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen. Vom Flughafen sind es 4 km und die I Bahn fährt direkt hin. Also optimal.

お部屋もサービスも良くて、安心して泊まれます。ただ、ロビーに香らせている人工香料だけは気分が悪くなるので、なんとかして欲しいです。朝食は美味しいですが、メニューはちょっといいビジネスホテルをアップグレードした程度なので、わざわざ4000円払うほどではないかと思いました。2日泊まったのにおかずがおなじでちょっと驚きました。
