Hotel and pool area was nice. Room was dated, we moved hotels as didn’t no the kids areas were under construction. Was able to get a quick refund with no issue.

Room prepared well by house keepers and following supervisor inspection, certified as ready for release to front desk for accomodation booking, however air conditioning and kitchen light not working. Offered fans as solution. Not good enough. One hour later moved to another room. Property is maintained however run down. Restaurant and pool cafe good. Paying premium prices for limited service.

Disappointed in childrens play atea - large part od purate boat roped off only the slide was useable. Bathrooms in desperate need of refurbishment. Certainly delt was overpriced for rhe condition of the property
