Stayed one night here. Rooms are small but good and buffet breakfast is good 11 euros. Great location for exploring Granada. We had a car and while the hotel doesn’t have parking there is a garage nearby.

The front desk was very unhelpful when we arrived. When we asked for help, she told her we will have to manage on your own. they absolutely do not know the meaning of guest services You have to park in a parking garage, which was difficult to find. The spaces are so tight that the attendant has to come out and give you directions. Also, it’s very full $21 a day you cannot drive up to the front of the hotel since its entrances in an alley. The breakfast was like a continental. we asked at the front desk if somebody could help us with our luggage and she said no one was available. They also leave the front desk about 8 o’clock so you’re on your own. The room is lovely. It was clean and we enjoyed our stay after the initial shock of having to manage all that. If you have a car, just be prepared.

This hotel has no private parking. The nearby parking at Plaza de Los Campos was a nightmare to navigate with a compact SUV. I would recommend the farter away parking near the river unless you are driving a very small car. Room 418 (Alhambra) has a nice patio. We enjoyed the location and area around the hotel, once we found suitable parking. The receptionist was an excellent advisor on how to prioritize our time and her tips made our one day stay in Granada so much better.

I found that the room was a little bit small but overall it is a really nice hotel, good a/c, good location. Unfortunately my friend's tour of Alhambra was cancelled the day we stayed there but the the person at the lobby was really nice and helpful and took his time to suggest other places of interest that he could visit and how to get to the places. The breakfast was really good. One thing I did not like was that the main elevator was out of service so we had to take the service elevator located in the room service section.

This was not a problem in the week but the Friday night was very noisy even though we were on the third floor. Also lots of noise that night from other guests. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with a great shower. The new automatic check in system is awful - losing personal customer service from the receptionist. Was also surprised the hotel wouldn’t book taxis - just gave us a card to phone a taxi number

Staff courteous and very helpful. Lobby areas very nice. Bedroom small but functional and spotless.

We love our stay at this hotel. The room is so big, has 2 terraces and we love it, even if there are no view. The location is perfekt, close to everything, so just book this hotel! The only thing bothering was the drain in the bathroom, which needs to be clean. The bathroom was soo smelly and i ask the cleaning lady to clean the drain but she did not do it!! Her english was limited! It was so smelly when we entering the bathroom especially in the noon or early morning when the drain is dry, soo smelly, ashamed though because we love the hotel so much.

Great hotel in a great location. We could reach all the important sights like Alhambra on foot. The room itself was clean, but compared to what we experienced on our trip through Andalusia for the same price, it could have been cleaner to be honest.

Great location, the parking for the whole city is a mission, regardless of what any booking site might state, there is no parking, very few hotels have any, you have to park at a public parking lot and that could mean a 15 min walk or a 5 min walk to your hotel, the one we used with the hotel was a simple 15 mins walk,no fault of the hotel, that’s the way the city is setup. Rooms were clean, not sound proof but quiet, we could hear some neighbors at night, we decided to stay a second night and rebooked and the second room was way quieter, so it’s a hit or miss on noise as we were at the end of the hall the second night. A/C was cold, good wifi and the moment you step outside, there is great restaurants within 100 meters. The breakfast was a simple continental, great to hold you off until lunch time. We would rebook if we return to the city.

Hotel is really conveniently located, comfortable and honestly, well worth the money. The highlight for me would be the air conditioning (AC) as that was a major factor for comfort during the obnoxious 30+ degrees in Granada- it worked well, controlled from the unit, and this is otherwise uncommon in Europe so I was glad! The rooms were clean, spacious and beds were good too.

It was very nice; very clean. My mattress had seen better days,. Breakfast was amazing!! I'm very happy with the desk manager!! I had a crisis where i left my phone in a cab. The manager was able to track it down and recover it quickly!! Forever indebted!!

Great and very comfortable stay at this property! The staff were very helpful and able to give us suggestions on local restaurants and transport options. Breakfast was also very good. Will definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a place that is a short walk from major attractions while also being removed from the hustle and bustle of the central area, this is an excellent location!

Great moderate hotel in a walkable area. Many dining choices close by. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great experience!

The only thing we are not really happy about is that the receptionist had refused our asking for taxi, saying they don't do it, which is weird...

The location was excellent, check in great with advice on restaurants and places to see in the area. Room was super clean and no noise issues. Definitely will stay again next time I am in Granada.

Close to attractions and walkable to hop on hop off bus. Safe area and lots of nice places to eat.

Very clean and well maintained. Comfortable and close to sights. On a small “car-less” alley with some cafes. Despite this it was quiet.

Really good budget hotel. Although it’s located in a pedestrian zone/street that is lined with restaurants, we didn’t hear any noise at night. The room we had was very spacious, clean, with excellent air conditioning. The breakfast buffet is not fancy but good value for the options provided (eggs, meats, pastries , yogurt, breads, cheese, juices, etc.). Would definitely stay here again if/when we are back in Granada.

A great hotel well located with restaurants all around. The staff were very good especially the lady on the evening shift at reception. The room was large, very clean with all the amenities you would need. The hotel breakfast was very good with a good array of cold and some hot dishes. Overall a great experience.
