Lovely hotel, modern rooms with good facilities. Staff all very helpful and welcoming. Valet parking very much appreciated to avoid the narrow Andalusian car parks! Only downside was that our room faced onto the street - this was fine the first night, but the other 2 there was quite a lot of noise from people going out as well as bins being collected. Was fine with ear plugs though!

Fantastic hotel - nothing other than fantastic. Superb service, dining, spa, cleanliness. The staff was excellent and everyone knew my name when I arrived and used their services. Very high level of English proficiency. The location is very central and the hotel surroundings are picturesque and a true marvel.

A very elegant and beautiful hotel perfectly suited for walking around all the sights of Granada. Very large room with a large bathroom a very comfortable bed. Restaurant did not open til 8pm so we ate outside in terrace bar/restaurant and food was OK but limited. Staff were brilliant.

This property was very comfortable and welcoming. The room had personal touches including a handwritten welcome card, half bottle of wine and snacks. The spa/sauna needs to be reserved per use and was a bit inconvenient as we were instructed to come down in bathrobes and slippers. But it was mostly empty and easy to access. The breakfast was excellent with hot food options to order.

This hotel could be so much better. It is in a great location in the city, relatively close to most of the big attractions one would want to go to. The main building is gorgeous, stately, and charming, and the courtyard is a lovely oasis where one can sip a well-made cocktail and nibble on some nice tapas. The staff are all superb. Friendly and accommodating, which is typical for Europe, especially for Americans, who seem to be willing to tolerate the most mediocre levels of service in hotels. Our room was large, but the fit and finish were showing signs of age. Even the large wooden slab that separated the bed room from the bathroom was coming off of its foundation. Fixtures were old. The most egregious problem, however, was those big windows. The hotel clearly chose to save some money and install very cheap window closures. They were not sound proof - not even close. As such, we spent the night hearing every conceivable sound from the very loud and very active city all night long. Garbage trucks, passing vehicles (so many scooters), shouting revelers at 2 a.m. - those penetrated the windows like daggers. But even the quiet conversation of people in the courtyard below seeped through. The walls of the room are paper-thin. I could hear our neighbor brushing their teeth (!!!!). Two nearly sleepless nights. When we return to Granada, we will not be staying here.

The design of the bathroom/shower is terrible - no space of two people and shower and toilet doors collide when open and as glass very dangerous - need to remove one of these doors immediately. The hotel is located perfectly close to the centre of the city but in a quieter street

Super friendly staff who were able to help with medical support in the night. Lovely room but rather noisy location by the street and hotel restaurant kitchen. Nice spa experience. Everything was super well kept and clean - highly recommended!

Lovely hotel in an historic building. Staff was friendly, helpful, low key, and efficient. Room was spotless and spacious. Also filled with light and with high ceilings. In the modern part of the city about a 20-30 minute walk to the sites.

O hotel está em uma propriedade linda, bem localizada, com um pátio externo muito charmoso, bonita decoração, quartos e banheiros muito confortáveis. Ficamos em uma suite (upgrade do quarto deluxe reservado) muito espaçosa. Com uma vista linda para o jardim. Nossa TV estava com problema de conexão com a internet e simplesmente não funcionou nenhum dia, embora o time tenha sido bastante solícito em sua tentativa de conserto e nos ofereceu trocar de acomodação para resolver. O time, aliás, é o destaque absoluto do hotel, todos, muito educados, solícitos, nos ajudaram a reservar restaurante, apresentação de flamenco e nos deram dicas e direcionamentos. Ficaria novamente sem pensar duas vezes!

Ficamos em um quarto no prédio novo que era muito amplo, iluminado e muito arejado. A cama era excelente! Apenas dois pontos merecem atenção: 1- a torneira do chuveiro estava problemática e uma hora esquentava de mais e outra hora de menos; e 2- a cortina não estava vedando completamente a luz. O atendimento foi impecável, nos sentimentos extremamente acolhidos. Com certeza voltaria!

We left early morning (5:30)to catch the train to cordoba -so we missed breakfast. Fernando, at front desk, made arrangements for “picnic” that we picked up! Delicious and very detailed! We had a short but wonderful stay!

Elegantly appointed boutique hotel in a historic mansion. Every detail of decor reflects thought and aesthetic alignment. Service 5-star--we felt cared for and in a luxury hotel. Turn down service included truffles on the bed. We had a dinner in the restaurant. Food was top flight and beautiful despite temporary location. Breakfast buffet not fancy but adequate. Waiter on Tuesday morning was coughing everywhere, a single deficit in our experience at this nearly perfect hotel.

We kregen een upgrade, wij blij. Blijkt het een upgrade naar een kelder souterainksmer te zijn met zeer weinig tot geen daglicht en heel erg gehoorig. Alle trolleys en karretjes die het personeel gebruikt on van en naar terras en eetzaal te komen ratelden over de ongelijke tegels. Dus dit was geen upgrade maar een downgrade. Het ontbijt was ook erg matig en gemiddeld totaal geen 5 sterren waardig. Het beste italiaanse restaurant wat we door de receptie aanbevolen kregen was het allerslechtste restaurant waar we ooit gegegeten hebben! De congierge Sonia was wel heel vriendelijk en heeft een gewekduge guds geregeld .
