A ver , lo q es el Hotel para lo que lo queríamos ( que era para dormir) está muy bien !!!! Andando llegabamos dando un paseo muy agradable a todos los puntos que teníamos en mente ..... Hemos dormido muy bien y por poco dinero hemos tenido nuestro coche en el parking. Así que , por supuesto que volveríamos!!!

Nice, clean hotel for quick stay in Granada. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Very close to train station if traveling by train. If driving, use parking at train station (same as rental car parking). Half the price of underground public parking and very safe. Was 11.50E for 24 hours in 2025. If very lucky, can also use steet parking in blue lines. Need to pay at machine, but even less expensive for 24 hour.

El hotel es fantástico y excelente relación calidad precio. El desayuno de buffet fabuloso con opciones sin gluten. Muy bien comunido rápidamente en autobús, por ejemplo, con el centro, la gran vía. Personal atento y dispuesto a ayudar. La cama enorme y el baño también. En la habitación individual eché en falta por ejemplo una neverita pequeña o un hervidor de té, aunque hay un bar en el vestíbulo, que es precioso, y te sirven lo que necesitas. Muy recomendable

El hotel próximo al sitio q queríamos y con bus, tranvía nada más salir y con parking de precio muy bueno para dejar coche En cuanto a las instalaciones son antiguas,nos tocó habitación de patio interior q durante toda la noche saltaba un ruido no se si sería del motor de los aires Limpieza regular en el baño detrás de la puerta y ducha Para el precio q pagamos las prestaciones regular

El hotel está muy céntrico, bien comunicado tel personal amable. Las habitaciones tiene un baño reformado amplio y están muy limpias. Lo único es que las habitaciones tienen una decoración muy clásica, muy oscura que hace que no estés cómoda en ella. De resto todo muy bien.

It was a nice surprise for us how spacious was the room, having a launge as well whete we could seat and eat. The bathroom was also spacious with a bidet (very useful thing)). The bed was with nice decoration and courtains around (looked luxurious like for a king) and it was very big and comfortable. The h-l is on 15min walk from the main atractions: Old town, road to Alhambra palaces, the 3 cathedrals and the Food-Mercado. We were very happy and we had a good lyck to have very quiet room whivh had a windows to the inner court. Outside there are tram-stops just on 15 meters from the hotel, eady for people who prefer to use public transport.

El hotel está bien. Es un poco antiguo en general, escalones, escaleras, decoración antigua, pero bien. He estado cómoda. Pongo una estrella porque no consigo la factura. En el hotel me dicen que en la aplicación y en la aplicación no me la dan... Mi empresa me paga la estancia presentando la factura y como no la tengo me lo voy a tener que pagar yo. Alucinante.

He hecho una reservación para mi familia incluyendo a mi hijo de 1 año. al llegar a la recepción me dicen q no mi habitación no tiene cuna pues en la reserva no le muestra la edad del niño, tuve que cambiarme a una habitación con camas separadas y una cuna. Si al momento de hacer la reserva te piden indicar la edad del niño es para que el hotel la tome en cuenta.

Fabuloso y cercano al lugar de negocio. Céntrico que es lo que me interesaba. Muy buena predisposición del recepcionista para conseguirnos la habitación que necesitábamos, llego incluso a darnos una habitación de tres camas en con balcón (eras las 21.00h cuando entramos, y habíamos contratado un de dos) para facilitarme el poder ducharme debido a una discapacidad que tengo, pues esta nueva habitación tenía ducha y no bañera. Agradecido.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean rooms. Convenient location as we were visiting my mother in the hospital across the road. The only reason I didn’t give 5* is because, sadly my mother passed away while we were there and the hotel wouldn’t refund us for the final night of our stay even though they knew the circumstances. Disgusting attitude. I would have thought compassion would come before anything else in this difficult situation.

5 minute walk from Granada train station. 15-20 minute walk to cathedral. Al hambra is 20 minutes to the Cathedral then bus 32 or 30 to Al Hambra which costs 1.60 Euros. Somw shawarma places right by the hotel.

Nice, clean hotel for quick stay in Granada. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Very close to train station if traveling by train. If driving, use parking at train station (same as rental car parking). Half the price of underground public parking and very safe. Was 11.50E for 24 hours in 2025. If very lucky, can also use steet parking in blue lines. Need to pay at machine, but even less expensive for 24 hour.

Professional and friendly check in. Conveniently located close to the old town quarters a 10min stroll away. Parking aplenty available behind hotel or in underground carpark out front for a small fee. A very pleasant stay.

Tout était parfait, excellent service, les chambres son quand même bien insonorisé, grande salle de bain et lit très confortable, place pour entreposer les bagages avant ou après le Check in/out, buffet déjeuner parfait, il y a de tout pour tout les goûts mais la même chose tout les matin, le café est excellent et de qualité supérieur, nous avions pris la demi pension, souper 3 services, différent tout les soirs, breuvage non inclus, le service est excellent et M. Jesus est tellement attentionné, ce fut un 5 jours parfait.

El hotel es fantástico y excelente relación calidad precio. El desayuno de buffet fabuloso con opciones sin gluten. Muy bien comunido rápidamente en autobús, por ejemplo, con el centro, la gran vía. Personal atento y dispuesto a ayudar. La cama enorme y el baño también. En la habitación individual eché en falta por ejemplo una neverita pequeña o un hervidor de té, aunque hay un bar en el vestíbulo, que es precioso, y te sirven lo que necesitas. Muy recomendable

We spent three disappointing days at the Princesa Ana Hotel, which clearly isn't a four-star establishment anymore. It is a very old building and needs a lot of modernisation. Upon check-in, we were given a room with separate beds despite requesting a double. There was also no kettle in the room, requiring us to go to reception for hot water. On the second day, we were offered a new room with a double bed, but we were awakened at 8 am by loud construction. When we returned, our room hadn’t been cleaned, and we had to ask for new towels and sheets. The air conditioning didn’t work when we needed heat, and the breakfast was average for 9 euros. When checking out, no discount was offered despite our complaints. The receptionist, Nicolas, was apologetic about the situation, and I felt sorry for him as he had to take on multiple roles: housekeeper, bartender, concierge and receptionist simultaneously. This is ridiculous. But the overall experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel and will not return.
