Great stay! The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with very comfortable mattresses. The location is excellent—close to metro and bus stops, plus a supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The lobby is cozy and inviting. Most of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, though one receptionist seemed a bit disengaged.

Ibamos 2 personas y nos dieron una habitación muy grande con 3 camas, todo muy limpio y confortable, hay parada de bus al.lado del hotel y metro. Imposible aparcar cerca del hotel, hay un parking al lado concertado con el hotel, nos dijeron en el.hotel 16.50 € el día y cuando fuimos al parking a pagar nos cobraron 20€.

Een net midden klas hotel dicht bij het centrum gelegen. Lopen naar de kathedraal 20 mimutrn. Alhambra moet met de bus of auto omdat dit boven op de berg is gelegen en buiten het centrum. In het hotel kan voor redelijke prijs worden gedineerd in buffet vorm. Vriendelijke bedieningParkeergarage op 200 meter afstand en uitrij kaarten bij de receptie te verkrijgen kosten € 16,50 per dag.

The Hotel was very well situated. The metro/tram was right outside. In walking distance of interesting places. Breakfast and evening meal were more than adequate. The Staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.

He repetido porque me gusta su ubicación.,muy facil para conectar a las autovias ...el desayuno muy bueno ...la cena ha sido tb perfecta. Lo único que echo en falta es un convenio con los parking mas adecuado pq lo cierto es que si alquilas coche es para salir por las mañanas y regresar tarde noche ..y solo hay 24 horas ...la zona azul casi imposible para aparcar..

Nos alojamos mi pareja y yo en una habitación doble durante 2 noches. La habitación acogedora y bonita. Y el baño bastante grande con bidé, lavabo, sanitario y ducha (bajo petición). Si tengo que poner alguna pega, las almohadas eran demasiado finas pero eso ya es según el gusto. Personal excelente tanto limpieza como recepción. El bar de al lado del hotel también muy bueno y barato (sale mejor desayunar en él que pagar el desayuno incluido en la estancia). Buena ubicación a unos 15 minutos del centro. Parking caro a pesar de utilizar el descuento del hotel eso sí. En resumen, muy satisfechos con todo. Volveremos.

Buen hotel aunque se le notan los años, es imprescindible pagar el aparcamiento 16,5€ al día por qué no hay ni un sitio para aparcar.

El colchón de la habitación era muy antiguo e incómodo, de muelles. Habitación pequeña pero aceptable, a excepción de la limpieza en el baño, nuestra toalla de baño tenía restos de sangre. El personal de recepción hace lo que puede, a tope. Tienen que mejorar mucho para alcanzar las 4 estrellas.

Over 2 weeks in Spain we stayed in 5 hotels. This was the most expensive (by a fair way) and the most disappointing. Negatives: * Significant mould in bathroom - 1 stain above bidet was 1 metre long by about 5cm wide. Other stains on tile grout/silicon/shower screen edge etc. more common, but still not great * Floor edge cleanliness in bathroom was poor * Soundproofing felt non-existent, voices and TV from adjoining rooms and corridor always seemed loud * Clean coffee cups not provided daily * No tea or coffee provided Positives * Kettle and fridge * Comfortable bed and pillows * Location right next to tram stop (for easy access to rail and bus stations) * Plenty of bars/restaurants nearby * Right next to a supermarket (though it doesn't open on Sundays) Granada is an amazing city, but having stayed in hotels for as little as €30/night elsewhere in Spain, for over €100/night we expected so much better.

Pensaba que iba a un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero me he encontrado uno de dos o menos, habitación extremadamente pequeña, aseo mas bien antiguo y con deficiencias, me tocó en una quinta planta y con un solo ascensor muy complicado bajar o subir sobre todo con los auxiliares de planta, superamables, pero subiendo y bajando, por supuesto su trabajo pero sin poder los huespedes bajar o subir. La verdad es que suelo viajar bastante y este hotel no lo recomendaría nunca, es triste decirlo lo se, pero seguro que no es un hotel de 4 estrellas

A pesar de solicitar una habitación con cama grande nos dieron una con dos camas. Por falta de disponibilidad, nos dijeron. Los colchones duros pero la almohada súper fina. La teleno pequeña y encima situada en una esquina de la habitación. No estaba centrada en las camas. Baño normal . Teniamos ventana que daba a la trasera del hotel. Sin ruido.

Excellente expérience compte-tenu du prix absolument fou, et du fait que nous avons réservé à 22h00 pour le soir même, en plein mois de juillet! Tout aurait été parfait, si la climatisation n’avait pas été aussi bruyante. Le bidule a l’air d’être en fin de vie, le système est antédiluvien, et le chahut toute la nuit à la hauteur. Heureusement, nous étions tellement épuisés par la journée de marche au soleil que nous avons dormi comme des bébés sur les excellents lits.

Excellente expérience compte-tenu du prix absolument fou, et du fait que nous avons réservé à 22h00 pour le soir même, en plein mois de juillet! Tout aurait été parfait, si la climatisation n’avait pas été aussi bruyante. Le bidule a l’air d’être en fin de vie, le système est antédiluvien, et le chahut toute la nuit à la hauteur. Heureusement, nous étions tellement épuisés par la journée de marche au soleil que nous avons dormi comme des bébés sur les excellents lits.

Very nice hotel, room is spacious and clean, bathroom is also nice, only thing that didn’t work was the WIFI connection, it was extremely slow and I always got disconnected automatically.

Hôtel confortable, mais malheureusement bruyant en raison d'une mauvaise insonorisation, surtout pour les chambres proches des ascenseurs. Le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant, bien que sans particularité exceptionnelle. Très bon rapport qualité/prix surtout si vous voulez résider proche des accès et notamment de la gare RENFE.

Hôtel confortable, mais malheureusement bruyant en raison d'une mauvaise insonorisation, surtout pour les chambres proches des ascenseurs. Le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant, bien que sans particularité exceptionnelle. Très bon rapport qualité/prix surtout si vous voulez résider proche des accès et notamment de la gare RENFE.

Hotel bom, a 1,5 km do centro. Atendimento ótimo e café da manhã satisfatório. O único problema é o barulho: as janelas não têm vedação, então é possível ouvir tanto o trânsito quanto pessoas gritando durante a noite.

Nice and modern hotel, Lack of some amenities like other 4 stars hotel : kettle in room,coffee...in room.Internet wifi very spotty. I have to reboot my phone all the time. Wifi signal is weak in my room. In there other word, it is a good hotel but need some improvement. Parking rate is expensive too. Ihotel give you a voucher good for 24 hours, if you park more than 24 hour, and need to go some where, you have to pay extra on top of 17 Euro/24hours. It does not has privilege get in and out many times as you want.

No nos gustó mucho las vistas de la habitación ya que daban a un patio interior bastante oscuro. Esperábamos poder disponer de bañera pero la ducha no estaba mal. Cama cómoda, servicio amable.

Such a cheap price yet a great hotel. So worth it. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean (Bathroom as well) and good size for both. I would stay here again.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο για την τιμή του και τις παροχές του. Good position in Granada. Metro stop within two minutes walk and car park about the same . 16 euros for 24 hours. The hotel was very clean , good WiFi and a safe provided free of charge . Breakfast was buffet style and offered a good variety . The cathedral and main tourist area was 10-15 minutes walk . It was on a main road but we had no problem with noise . Excellent shower/bathroom facilities .

A great value stay in a nice room with staff who were always helpful. Daily breakfast and room servicing were great and was great having a fridge and kettle. We appreciated that this is NOT the central tourist district knowing it’s only 15 minutes easy walk to the cathedral and other areas.

I stayed one week and it was nice. The breakfast was super good. The room is wide and clean and attached full facilities. The location is also nice. I need to walk only 1 min to the metro. I recommend to stay there when you are in Granada.

En general es un hotel donde las habitaciones con unas amenites muy sencillas, intimidad de las habitaciones deja mucho qie desear ( muchas dan a un patio de luces donde se oyen las otras habitaciones). Pero lo peor es la calidad de la comida, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena no esta ni de lejos a la altura de un 4 estrellas. Hay que destacar que el hotel tiene restaurante y lo que se sirve en el restaurante es muy superior a lo que se sirve a los huespedes, osea que no es un problema de profesionalidad, si no de escatimar en comida y falta de interes en hacerlo bien para los huespedes. En cuando al personal no hay mucho que decir, solo decir que es correcta. Con la competencia que hay hoy en dia se debe buscar la excelencia y no es suficiente con lo justito para cumplir con la definicion de hotel de 4 estrellas. Hay hoteles con menos estrellas pero mucha más calidad.

Habitaciones reformadas, de buen tamaño. Cama doble cómoda (mejoraría las almohadas). El baño está bien, pero se nos atascó la puerta a media noche y no podíamos abrirlo...). Desayuno correcto, pero no para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Hay de todo, pero de baja calidad. Café y zumos bastante malos y poca variedad de panes y alimentos calientes.

The rooms are very basic. The hotel is located just outside the older moorish district. Breakfast was above basic but not a total buffet. However for 11 euros it was a good deal to get the day going. The team didn’t seem to know the neighborhood when asking them for suggestions. But they were polite.

Location worked out ok for us as close to bus and metro - about 15min walk to train- not a bad place just in need of upgrade and the last uograde a bit poorly done- good bfast and nice staff

This place is conveniently located, and comes with a sensible price tag. But the staff isn's always up to par. Their attitude at check-in was indifferent, to say the least. There wasn't really a greeting – the most urgent matter seemed to check my ID. The attitude from the staff at front desk changed between indifferent, effective, nice and warm to indifferent again. DWO... you've got some training to do. I should add that the cleaners were always cheerful and did never fail to greet you (also – they did a good job –the room was always clean). The hotel had only one working elevator, which turned into a nuisance. Breakfast wasn't consistent. Some days, it lacked what was offered yesterday. And little things... like having to replace my keycard twice during a three-night stay. Such thing puts a dent in the experience. Still; it's a hotel that offers you a good location for a decent price. So, dear hotel management, I'm not expecting anything top notch. But a cheerful hello upon check-in, or when you pass the front desk, will not cost you anything.

Nice and modern hotel, Lack of some amenities like other 4 stars hotel : kettle in room,coffee...in room.Internet wifi very spotty. I have to reboot my phone all the time. Wifi signal is weak in my room. In there other word, it is a good hotel but need some improvement. Parking rate is expensive too. Ihotel give you a voucher good for 24 hours, if you park more than 24 hour, and need to go some where, you have to pay extra on top of 17 Euro/24hours. It does not has privilege get in and out many times as you want.
