Great hotel, great location walkable to everything. The only thing to find the parking took us a little bit, but they have a parking right up the bottom of the hotel but they were had construction so we couldn’t find it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, excellent rooms and great service. The parking is difficult to find. You have to enter a restricted road..drive past the hotel keeping it on the right. When you have driven all the way around it and are coming back on yourself there is a road the the right. Take that and then turn right again down a narrow passage. Parking is at the end and is right underneath the hotel.

주위가 공사중인 기간이어서 불편함이 있었으나, 호텔측 문제는 아니다. 주차는 바로 옆 골목에 별도 유료주차를 하면 된다. 주차장 위치를 확인하고 가는 것이 좋을것이다. 그외 아주 좋은 위치, 중심부와 도보거리이며 나머지는 아주 만족스러웠다.

Der Parkplatz mit Einfahrt in der kleinen Gasse hinter dem Hotel war nicht so einfach zu finden. Und mit 21 Eur/Tag auch einer der teuersten. Fenster öffnen am Wochenende nicht wirklich möglich, da es relativ laut ist. Aber ansonsten ein netter Aufenthalt.

One of the best property we stayed in while in Andalucía. Super nice location, very centric and walkable to everywhere we wanted to see. Super clean and smelled great everywhere. Nice amenities and the breakfast was great. Front desk very helpful and even helped with booking flamenco show. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Hotel was in a great location - right in the centre of the city. Room was clean and nice. The terrace overlooked a side street and we were able to watch one of the Easter processions from our room. Easy walking distance to everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

This hotel is extremely conveniently located, with beautiful rooms and excellent service. We stayed for 10 days and were upgraded to a larger room with balconies overlooking the street. Even though the hotel is on a very busy corner, the windows were fully soundproofed and there was no problem with noise at all. We loved the space inside the room near the entry door, adjacent to the closet and the bathroom, which could be closed off from the bedroom with another door. This allowed one of us to turn on a light and get dressed while the other slept (and also provided extra privacy for the bathroom). The bed was very comfortable and had a large choice of pillows, and the bathroom was clean and modern, with a bidet and plenty of space for belongings. We also liked the espresso machine and hot pot for tea, as well as the selection of teas and coffees provided (and a stocked minibar with extra room in the fridge for your own things). Our only complaints were that the TV did not provide many channels or any access to Netflix, etc., and that the breakfast bar was much too expensive and not very impressive.

The property is in an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and local attractions. The breakfast has ample options, they even made omelets on request and they had sparkling wine. We were surprised that the room didn’t have bathrobes and slippers, my understanding is you had to ask for the slippers. The room was surprisingly quiet considering the amount of noise outside. The air conditioning worked very well, the room was nice and cool. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This property is not up to the standard of other NH Collection Hotels. This hotel is in a great location - close to shops, dining and many tourist sites in the middle of Granada. It's an older property with lots of character, and according to locals quite legendary as it was the first modern hotel in town when built (about 100 years ago). Staff were friendly and helpful. Were able to recommend dinner options and tickets to a flamenco show. The downside is the condition of the rooms. They are 3 star at best. The room was small, the chairs threadbare, the tiles chipped and the mirror cracked (covered up with gaffer tape). Small number of towels, no robes, no face towels. I have stayed at a number of other NH Collection locations around Europe and always find them in good condition and worthy of being considered a 4 start hotel. Not this one. If the rooms were refurbished I'm sure it would be fine.

If you want a Central location this property is excellent. Main issue is that new mattresses are desperately needed. We had 2 twins and the mattresses were pretty awful. We stayed in 2 other hotels in Spain and both had very comfortable mattresses. Rooms could use updating (reupholster of bench adjacent to bed).

Excellent views of downtown Granada and despite noise outside, great modern windows that block the noise out surprisingly well. Courteous staff. Lovely building. But note: Part the outside of this lovely building is under renovation as of later May 2025. Still, you don’t feel, hear, it see that inside.

One of the best property we stayed in while in Andalucía. Super nice location, very centric and walkable to everywhere we wanted to see. Super clean and smelled great everywhere. The property itself is lovely. Modern, clean and perfectly located. However, the bathroom floor is slippery (possibly polished limestone) and the shower has a small swinging glass door. While in the shower I slipped, the glass floor flung open and fell into the side of the hard polished limestone fracturing two ribs. I called the front desk for medical help and they were unhelpful. I finally found an emergency room, was diagnosed, given a prescription and sent back in excruciating pain until I could walk to a pharmacy. The hotel was fully aware of the injury and although they extended my checkout to rest for a couple of hours until my flight time, but they never offered any compensation for my medical expense (€300) or even my stay.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Granada. Parking was hard to find but it was conveniently located under the hotel. Our room was spacious with 2 balconies over looking the main road. We walked to the Alhambra and had dinners at wonderful restaurants nearby. Alvaro at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Breakfast had good selections. We will be staying here again next tome we are in Granada.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of the city. Friendly and helpful staff and good sized rooms. Lots to see and do in walking distance. The Alhambra is a Euro 5 taxi ride away (10 minutes walk back - downhill). Convenient car park located underground to the rear of the hotel.

Fabulous hotel stay !! Very close to great shopping, restaurants and tourist sites. A 5 minute walk to the Catedral National and a hidden gem, the Basilica John of God. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast selections were great. Thank you NH Collection for a wonderful stay !!

This was a lovely hotel in Granada, centrally located, in a lively area near the cathedral, and other sights. The Alhambra was a 20 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants near by. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was beautiful and in a perfect central location. The breakfast was very nice and had a large variety. The balcony in my room overlooked the street and I had a great view of the Semana Santa parade.
