Annie’s place was everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The house was well equipped and close to everything. The outdoor dining area was a great addition and the dogs had plenty of space to run around in the fully secured yard. Annie checked in from time to time and was very responsive to messages. Highly recommend this affordable accomodation in Nelson Bay.

This home was perfect for our young family. It is walking distance to two beaches, one with a park. Our 3 year old had no problem walking it, I would walk it with an infant in a carrier. Location was perfect for us. The home is very neat and tidy and well appointed. It had everything we needed, everything was easy to find and of good quality. The appliances were excellent - new Bosch oven, cook top and dishwasher made cooking and cleaning quick and easy. The two bedrooms were of a generous size and the beds very comfortable. Having two bathrooms is actually also very convenient for a family. We were super happy with the outdoor area being safe for our kids. Annie is a very thorough and considerate host. We Loved staying at Annie's place it had all we needed plus much more. Ducted air conditioning for those cold days great kitchen bathrooms & separate bath rooms. Lots of pathways to two great beaches and walks with the doggies. We want to rebook latter this year.

I really enjoyed the location of this property and how close to the beach it is. It was only a 5mins drive to the centre and all the shopping and eating opportunities. The outdoor courtyard was very private and nice to sit in and enjoy to beach air. Definitely planning on visiting again

A beautiful relaxed week spent at property. Easy flat walk to beaches (choice of two depending on wind direction) water so clear and clean. Easy drive to good quality food, either fresh seafood to cook yourself, or excellent restaurants. Property is flat level, and has wheelchair accessibility. Quiet and so relaxing. We will definitely be going back.

Very neat and tidy and kitchen well stocked. Close to 2 beaches and a short drive to eateries. The beaches are not dog friendly which was a bummer for our pup but we drove to other dog friendly beaches.

We loved our stay here! The property was clean, comfortable and just right for an easy stay with our two small dogs. It’s a short walk to the beach or to Little Bay- we discovered lots of picturesque walks just exploring and can’t wait to come back. A 5 minute drive to Nelson Bay meant easy access to the amenities also. Great communication with the owner and ease of check-in too. Our dogs loved their holiday and we had no issues during our stay.

We had a lovely stay. The property was neat and practical, there were plenty of walking tracks to explore with the dogs, and we were only a block from the beach. Wests club and Nelson Bay town centre are only minutes away. We found everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable.

Situated in a perfect location and within walking distance to a beautiful beach and bay.The home is very comfortable with lovely ducted air conditioning.We loved that the property was pet friendly so we could take our little Pug on our family vacation. The yard is very dog-proof and spacious.The hosts were exceptional and very attentive. They communicated well and were very generous.We will definitely be recommending this property to all of our family and friends.Thank you so much. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed the location of this property and how close to the beach it is. It was only a 5mins drive to the centre and all the shopping and eating opportunities. The outdoor courtyard was very private and nice to sit in and enjoy to beach air. Definitely planning on visiting again

The house was very comfortable for 4 adults. The seating in the lounge room was tight as the lounge could accommodate only 3 people but we were ok with using dining chairs. Very neat and tidy and kitchen well stocked. Close to 2 beaches and a short drive to eateries. The beaches are not dog friendly which was a bummer for our pup but we drove to other dog friendly beaches.

We loved our stay here! The property was clean, comfortable and just right for an easy stay with our two small dogs. It’s a short walk to the beach or to Little Bay- we discovered lots of picturesque walks just exploring and can’t wait to come back. A 5 minute drive to Nelson Bay meant easy access to the amenities also. Great communication with the owner and ease of check-in too. Our dogs loved their holiday and we had no issues during our stay.

I loved the ease and convenience of a ground floor villa. The courtyard added to the private vibe and was relaxing. Plenty of tea/ offer and Brekky/ ondents extras in the kitchen cupboard was a welcome addition.

Very nice house, everything you could want for a very comfortable stay. Lots to do all local, great food, scenery places to swim. I only have one thing to mention which may not be known about, and that is the noise coming from the outside pump outside the second bedroom. The sound of gushing water being pumped every 15 to 20 minutes all night, it kept me awake. Maybe it can be covered with something sound proof or be turned off of a night.Otherwise 10 out of 10Thank you kind regards Sue, Jason and Stacey.

A beautiful relaxed week spent at property. Easy flat walk to beaches (choice of two depending on wind direction) water so clear and clean. Easy drive to good quality food, either fresh seafood to cook yourself, or excellent restaurants. Property is flat level, and has wheelchair accessibility. Quiet and so relaxing. We will definitely be going back.

Great pet friendly house, in a short walking distance to beaches on the bay. My doggies loved being able to be inside the house with me, just like they do at home.The house was clean and comfortable, with everything you need provided by the host. This was my 2nd stay, and I'll definitively be back.
