Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage am See und die kurze Anfahrt in die Innenstadt ist ideal. Am Wochenende gibt es auch einen Shuttle Service. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ein großes Plus ist der Innenpool.

Bij ontvangst super vriendelijk geholpen. Wij hebben geboekt voor het concert van Rammstein, na het concert bleef de bar nog minimaal een uur langer open voor de fans, ook hier deden ze de moeite om, gezien de tijd, zachtjes Rammstein op te zetten, en iedereen netjes te voorzien van een hapje en een drankje. Ook het ontbijt de volgende dag was meer dan top! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

We are regular guests and always look forward to our stay at Flonk hotel. The spacious rooms are perfect for us as a family of four. The kids love the pool and the surrounding nature makes every walk feel like being on vacation.

Cozy hotel, free parking, pleasant staff. Not far away from a city centre, you can walk or take a bus to a centre. Hotel is surrounded by nature, has a swimming pool, many meeting rooms. We travelled as a group,ad a buffet dinner in a separate private area which was cool as we could sit all together (17 people). The check in and out very fast, reception staff very pleasant so was staff in a bar. Hotel was very clean and modern. We'll stay in future for sure.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Lovely hotel and staff. Room was great and the bathroom also. The park nearby is also ideal for a stroll or run. The hotel also provided a mini van service into Groningen and back - really nice. Would certainly stay again. Pool also open until 10pm and very clean and good. Can’t complain about anything. Thank you to all the staff.

Ett jättebra rum som var rymligt med bekvämma sängar, rent badrum, väldig bra tv-utbud mm. Några förbättringsområden var halvstopp i vasken i badrummet och avsaknaden av rena handdukar plus tvål i pooldelen.

The welcome on arrival was both warm and helpful and during our stay any questions we had were handled helpfully and professionally. The standard room was clean and comfortable and the limited space well used. Next time I will probably book a comfort room. We did not eat at the hotel other than lunch for which there was a menu with plenty of choice. Parking was easy and plentiful. The hotel is situated in a park area where there are lots of opportunities for walking and cycling. The hotel is some distance from the centre and there is an excellent bus service within a short walk and discounted tickets available from reception.

What a wonderful stylish hotel, the interior decoration is super nice and the whole atmosphere in the hotel is very stylish. But also very comfortable. The beds are super good and comfy. The view from my room on the 5th floor was beautiful! The personnel is very friendly and service oriented. Just a lovely experience overall and would recommend!

Nice location. Modern design. But bad room layout. Closet not in right location not as you enter room but around the corner beside the bed. Difficult to get to and not deep enough to hold the full width of a coat hanger. Room safe below it difficult to access. Bathroom top big, could have used extra space for rest of room.

Das Hotel hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Besonders der flexible hoteleigene Shuttle-Transfer in die Stadt und zurück zum Hotel ist super. Das Personal ist sehr serviceorientiert und freundlich. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und schöne Umgebung. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Hotel hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Besonders der flexible hoteleigene Shuttle-Transfer in die Stadt und zurück zum Hotel ist super. Das Personal ist sehr serviceorientiert und freundlich. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und schöne Umgebung. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Dårlig komminkasjon til bysenter er avhengig av bil eller Taxi, Dette kan en ikke kalle miljøvenlig. Turen med taxi koster rundt Nok 200. eller mer. Det er ingen butikker i nær området. Dette hotelle er mest for konferanser og lignende. Resturangen har ikke stor nok meny til å spise der i mange dager. Vi spister der en gang maten var ok.

The welcome on arrival was both warm and helpful and during our stay any questions we had were handled helpfully and professionally. The standard room was clean and comfortable and the limited space well used. Next time I will probably book a comfort room. We did not eat at the hotel other than lunch for which there was a menu with plenty of choice. Parking was easy and plentiful. The hotel is situated in a park area where there are lots of opportunities for walking and cycling. The hotel is some distance from the centre and there is an excellent bus service within a short walk and discounted tickets available from reception.

Bij ontvangst super vriendelijk geholpen. Wij hebben geboekt voor het concert van Rammstein, na het concert bleef de bar nog minimaal een uur langer open voor de fans, ook hier deden ze de moeite om, gezien de tijd, zachtjes Rammstein op te zetten, en iedereen netjes te voorzien van een hapje en een drankje. Ook het ontbijt de volgende dag was meer dan top! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Dårlig komminkasjon til bysenter er avhengig av bil eller Taxi, Dette kan en ikke kalle miljøvenlig. Turen med taxi koster rundt Nok 200. eller mer. Det er ingen butikker i nær området. Dette hotelle er mest for konferanser og lignende. Resturangen har ikke stor nok meny til å spise der i mange dager. Vi spister der en gang maten var ok.

This was the best hotel that we stayed at! We loved everything about it. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It has a beautiful atmosphere and the hotel is very clean. The room was spacious and gave us some privacy as a family with the connecting door to the bedrooms. The view is awesome. We spent hours biking around the lake and enjoying the trails. The dining options are great and the service is wonderful! We cannot wait to return!

We chose this hotel as we were travelling with our baby and the amenities such as the pool and free parking were attractive. The hotel is also within walking distance of a bus into town and runs a shuttle service at the weekend. Unfortunately our room was disappointing. The AC system is extremely dated and we ended up having to keep the curtains closed with the windows open in our room to keep the room at a safe temperature for our baby. Upon arrival we had to report a few issues to reception, including mould in the in room coffee machine, which were dealt with within 36 hours with varying degrees of friendliness. We had dinner and breakfast within the hotel and were happy with these. The reception area and restaurant/bar have been finished to a high standard and this is hopefully a sign of things to come in the rest of the hotel.
