Das Hotel war gut im Design Distrikt gelegen, mit ÖPNV gut erreichbar und was Zimmergröße, Ausstattung, Frühstück,... angeht, war alles super. Allerdings waren die Lüftungsoptionen des Zimmers relativ eingeschränkt, und es durch das warme Wetter sehr warm im Zimmer. Der Ventilator konnte da leider auch nichts ausrichten.

Mycket trevligt och vänligt bemötande vid incheckning. Det hade varit bra om det hade AC på hotellet i den höga värme som rådde, men det uppvägdes av att vi fick ett rum på skuggsidan mot innergården och verktyg för att öppna så många fönster som vi ville. Fin frukost och med muggar att ta med kaffe och bröd om vi ville. Perfekt med bevakat garage 200 m från hotellet, avgiften lägre än att parkera motsvarande tid på gatan.

The hotel has a great location for exploring the town. The family room was in 7th floor with the lift only going to 6th floor. A bit worn and old room but quiet and comfy beds. There was a fridge and a microwave oven in the room but no proper table for eating and only 3 chairs. The room got very hot as it was hot outside. Amazingly, there are no light-blocking curtains on the windows so the rooms get very bright at 4am. We stayed for 4 nights. The hand soap finished the second day and was not refilled during the stay. The breakfast was average but no Karelian pies were served which was a bit of a shame. Overall, quite comfortable but some room for improvement. Some small improvements would work wonders at this hotel.

小さいが清潔で心地よいプライベートサウナがあり、1時間前の予約で使えた。デザインミュージアムからも近くショップも徒歩圏内。少し早めの到着だったがすぐに部屋を準備してくれた。４泊の滞在だったが、毎日気持ちよく部屋に戻れた。

Hotel was in great part of town and easy walking distance to most attractions and tram lines. Older building with no air conditioning is probably OK for most of the year. I stayed during peak summer and room temperature was not comfortable for sleeping.

Location is perfect, the price reasonable, the breakfast huge and a good quality one, but most important of all the staff helped me to have a nice night sleep by lending me a window key, because the heating functions for both hot water and heating and the room was hot, before I refreshed it by opening the windows. She saved my night

This isn’t a fancy hotel, but it had the perfect family room for our family of two adults and two teenagers. The rooms and bathroom were spotless, and the kitchenette with fridge and microwave was handy. Breakfast was not extensive, but the coffee and fruit juice was great and the food very high quality. The staff on reception and friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, two separate tram routes within a five minute walk, and walkable to the market square. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Helsinki, especially if you are a family and want kitchen facilities and a separate bedroom for the children. It’s clean and tidy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I was shocked at the price of this hotel in relation to the room. Very small and a little dingy around the edges-shower seemed to have some mold. One window and it was warm...but that may just be the single room gift! Breakfast was ok-standard Helsinki breakfast. Elena at the front desk was VERY helpful! They do have a lot of information there. Within walking distance of bus station, train and port to Tallin so that was convenient. Felt safe and would stay here again because of the location.

Mein Zimmer war nicht groß, aber okay, alles funktionierte, war sauber und praktisch. Besonders das kleine Bad war super durchdacht und alles sehr angenehm. Die Sicht von meinem Zimmer ging in den Hinterhof, aber es war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet fand ich besonders gut!

I felt very comfortable at Hotel Anna. The ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful. Also to teach me a few words in Finnish. :-) The hotel has its flair and the room was very quiet and clean. I would spend a few days in Helsinki at Hotel Anna again anytime. Breakfast was also perfectly adequate. Although I don't really eat breakfast, I was in the breakfast room on the 2nd floor a few times and was very satisfied. The sauna is on the same floor. Maybe I will visit it next time. :-) Some channels did not work on the TV. But who watches TV when there is so much to discover? Well, I did watch a bit of Finnish television. It's the same in every country. Commercials, commercials, commercials. :-) Helsinki is definitely worth a visit and Hotel Anna is a good starting point for exploring the city.

Good location, couple of tram stops each a block away, walkable to main sights like Esplanadi Park. Cozy room, a little on the small side but perfectly functional. Friendly staff, good breakfast with American style scrambled eggs and bacon, pastries, coffee and juice, European style cold cuts and breads.

Quaint hotel, comfortable bed, quiet mini fridge in the room, small kettle, and fan, along with a small safe. The room overlooked the courtyard which was quiet so keeping the window open was not a problem. A short stroll to all tourist sites, with nearby mini-shopping markets, restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was standard continental.

I had a single room and honestly, cannot remember when I last time had such a tiny room, maybe max. 8 sqm or 86 sqft. It was on 6th floor and unfortunately there was a heat wave in Helsinki, and the rooms facing west so it was hot like a small sauna. Very kind receptionist offered me a key to open the bigger window to get in some air in the nighttime. Breakfast was below average, personnel not very friendly. Location is great, no question, the hotel is totally outdated, but it was very clean. The picture on Expedia shows the whole building , giving the impression it's all hotel but the mayor part of the building is actually church facility, some kind of "Free church of Helsinki" = Helsingin Vapaakirkko.

We loved everything about Hotel Anna. The staff was wonderful at check in, the room was always cleaned, and the breakfast buffet was perfect for my family to fuel up before the day. The property is situated perfectly around shops and parks that were all walking distance. The train terminal was about a 12-15 min walk away and the market was also a 10-15 min walk away.

Quaint hotel, comfortable bed, quiet mini fridge in the room, small kettle, and fan, along with a small safe. The room overlooked the courtyard which was quiet so keeping the window open was not a problem. A short stroll to all tourist sites, with nearby mini-shopping markets, restaurants and pubs. The single room, the facilities, the cleanliness and the buffet breakfast were all quite good for the price. There are tram stations all around the hotel to different attractions while many of the attractions including the ferry to Suomenlinna are walkable. All types of restaurants are in close vicinity to the hotel.

This isn’t a fancy hotel, but it had the perfect family room for our family of two adults and two teenagers. The rooms and bathroom were spotless, and the kitchenette with fridge and microwave was handy. Breakfast was not extensive, but the coffee and fruit juice was great and the food very high quality. Good location, couple of tram stops each a block away, walkable to main sights like Esplanadi Park. Cozy room, a little on the small side but perfectly functional. The hotel was a great value. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, there was ample space to put our stuff. There was no AC in out rooms, but the windows opened and kept the temperature pleasant-to-cool. The frint desk staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was wonderful with so many choices.
