ARTEK製品に囲まれてとても素敵なインテリアでした。ジュニアスイートにはお部屋にサウナも付いていました。朝食も品数が多くフィンランドらしい食べ物を一気に食べてみることができて良かったです。

広くて清潔で快適な部屋でした。 冷蔵庫は、部屋には無く、共用の冷蔵庫がロビーにありました。 朝食は、種類が豊富で美味しかったです。 中央駅から徒歩10分程で、主な観光地へのアクセスにも、バスやトラムなどの利用が便利でした。 サウナは、男女別にあり、5人も入ると一杯でした。 ヘルシンキで宿泊の機会があれば、またこのホテルを選びたいと思います。

建築物として有名なホテルですが、その点のベネフィットを除いてもとても良いホテルだと思います。カンピという大きな駅が近くにあり、地下鉄、路面電車、バス、いずれの交通アクセスが良いです。部屋や水回りもとても綺麗で、シャワーなども特段問題ありません。サウナも付いているので、お手軽にサウナを楽しめます。なお、冷蔵庫、電子レンジは1階で共用になります。また、アメニティはボディソープ、シャンプー、トリートメントのみとなるので、他のアイテムは持参が必要です。

サウナは脱衣スペースや荷物置き場が狭く、時間帯によっては混雑しています。部屋は広々として清潔でした。種類豊富な朝食ビュッフェも満足度が高いです。

2024-25年の年末年始に初めて宿泊し、その後すぐに再訪しました。ずっと憧れていたホテルでしたが、地図で見ると少し不便そうに思えて今まで避けていたんです。でも実際に泊まってみると、全く不便さを感じず、とても快適に過ごせました。 館内にはArtekの家具が置かれていて、インテリア好きにはたまらない空間。朝食は冬も夏も同じメニューでしたが、どれも美味しく、毎朝楽しみにしていました。サウナも清潔で気持ちよく、リフレッシュできました。共用の電子レンジや冷蔵庫もあり、スーパーで買ったお惣菜を温めて楽しめたのも嬉しかったです。 空調はセントラルヒーティングではなくエアコン式なので、冬は気温が氷点下になると一番強くしても少し肌寒さを感じました。ただ、部屋ごとに温度調整ができるので、冷房が苦手な私でも夏は安心して過ごせそうです。 大晦日にはOodiのカウントダウンに行きました。深夜の治安が心配でしたが、普段以上に地元の方が多く出歩いていて、安心して往復できました。Oodi近くは花火でかなり賑やかでしたが、ホテルでは音が少し聞こえる程度で、気にせず眠れました。 清掃については、冬は環境への配慮で3日ごと、夏は毎日入ってくれました。ただ、コップは一度も交換されなかったので、自分で洗って使いました。とはいえ、スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で感じが良く、滞在全体を通して居心地がよかったです。 総合的に考えると、とてもリーズナブルで満足度の高いホテルでした。次回はもう少しグレードの高いお部屋にも泊まってみたいと思っています。

A charming and comfortable historic hotel with an excellent breakfast and cozy lobby lounge. We appreciated the men’s and women’s saunas and used them three times over 5 days. The heat in the women’s sauna could have been hotter. It was never the same as what my husband said he had experienced in the men’s sauna.

Hotel Helka has everything you could want for a comfortable stay in Helsinki. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and there is a fridge and microwave available to guests. Getting into town is walkable via the old railway line which runs along the middle of the street, or there are frequent trams which stop nearby. The bar is a quiet but friendly space to hang out in the evening after a busy day. The best thing though is the sauna 🤗 free to use mornings and evenings. Highly recommended.

Really fun interior decoration, fantastic in-room sauna (we had room 626), great breakfast and location, quiet. A few things I’d work on changing: 1. Directional signage: there were no instructions given by reception to find our room, 626, which wasn’t on the signage on the floor. Apparently, it had not been added to the sign yet. The receptionist should have told us how to get to our room to start with instead of me having to go down to find out. Only then, did she tell me that I needed to go down a certain corridor to find it; 2. Bedding: I sent an email ahead of time asking that there be non-feather bedding put in our room. When I asked the receptionist about it, she said that she didn’t know if the hotel had that kind of bedding. When I told her that I got an email back from the hotel, telling me that it would be noted in my reservation, she had to look it up. She told me that if the bedding in the room wasn’t what I wished when I got up to it, to let her know, and she would ask about it of her colleague who was coming on shift later. I think somebody who works in the hotel should know what type of bedding they have since a request for non-feather bedding is a fairly common one; and 3. Might I suggest adding a side table and lamp to room 626 because the only lights are overhead lights or those next to the bed, which can be disturbing to people wanting to sleep. If somebody wants to stay up and read, that person could instead sit on the couch to do so. Thank you

I needed a good enough hotel in central Helsinki and Helka was Heaven. Good information upon arrival, for example that there is a sauna on the sixth floor. Clean and updated rooms (just a little too warm quilt, woke up sweaty after an hour), nice service at the bar and a good breakfast buffet. Took an evening walk in Helsinki in the chilly April wind and after that it was nice to have the heat from the sauna, an unusual electric one.

Room was clean, staff very friendly, accessible to public transportation, heart of the city walkable to many interesting places and landmarks

Laute Lüftung die sich nicht regulieren lässt. Zimmer 20m, ok, Bad sehr klein, Dusche kaum Wasserdruck vorhanden. Frühstücksauswahl ok, Qualität mittelmässig, nicht sehr saubere Tische. Zimmerstaub bewegte sich auch nicht fort. Parkplatz vorhanden konnte den etwas länger nutzen.

部屋はダブルルームで思ったより広かったです。古い感じの割には掃除はされていましたが廊下はの床は汚く感じ暗かったです。 サウナは小さいですが綺麗で気持ち良かったです。食事の前にサウナは最高でした！ 朝食はサラダなどは豊富でしたがもう少し種類があると嬉しいです。朝食込みなので贅沢は言えませんが、フロントに居た年配の女性は私が2度通りかかっても挨拶もしてくれませんでした。 3件目のホテルだったのでこんなの初めてでびっくりしました。チェックインの男性や女性は物凄く感じが良かったです。 お値段もヘルシンキではお安くお得だと思います。ホテルの近くにお店があると良かったかなと 思いました。ポットがあります。冷蔵庫はありません。

Room was very clean throughout the stay and was sufficiently equipped (hot powerful shower, TV with streaming and casting built-in, drink-making supplies). Staff were always super friendly and helpful. Hotel was always warm and welcoming.

Manque de propreté, le nettoyage est superficielle, rideau poussièreux, pensez à aérer en arrivant. Un peu bruyant à cause du bar. Le sauna est petit mais top !

God beliggenhed med skøn sauna. Fint værelse med rigtig god seng og dyne. God morgenmad med bredt, organisk sortiment, dog det samme hver dag, lidt variation ville være rart. Rengøring af værelset haltede. Sengen blev redt meget sjusket, intet andet blev gjort. Der blev ikke sat rene kopper og glas, og ikke fyldt op med tebreve og kaffe, hvilket var skuffende når man betaler ekstra netop for værelse med elkedel.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges und sauberes Hotel mit kleiner Sauna (für Männer und Frauen getrennt). Bademantel vorhanden. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt es eine sehr große Auswahl, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Alles immer sehr frisch und der Service ist sehr aufmerksam. Alles fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar!

良い点は、カンピやトラムの駅に近い、朝食が充実している、スタッフはとても感じが良い 残念な点は、部屋の内側から締める鍵が回らなかった、ドアチェーンがない、チェックイン時にタオルが一切なかった、ゴミ箱にゴミが残っていた、唯一のアメニティのコットンと綿棒が補充されなかった、今ひとつ清潔感がない、部屋に冷蔵庫とセーフティボックスがない 朝食ついてこの値段は安いかもしれませんが、それなりという感じ。

This was my second stay in Helka in less than half-year, and while the stay was OK, the hotel went downhill esp when it comes to cleanliness and "small details". The staff is very friendly and helpful, they even prepped breakfast packages because we were leaving early morning. However, there were two downsides: firstly, the room looked nothing like on the photo online, but was dark, bare and very very simple; and secondly, it was also very dirty (lots of dust and debris in corners, sticky liquids spilled on the radiator, rubbish bags left on the top of a wardrobe). I might give Helka one more chance, but I wasn't particularly impressed this time.

Das Hotel ist an guter, zentraler Lage. Positiv ist sicher die Zimmergrösse und die Grösse des Badezimmers. Die Sauberkeit stimmt absolut, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Negativ ist aber die Zimmereinrichtung. Ein Stuhl als Nachrkästchen, keine wirkliche Ablagemöglichkeit. Das Bett ist zu schmal. Das Frühstück mit minimaler Auswahl. Kein wirkliches Angebot. Sehr langsames Internet mit schlechtem Empfang. Insgesamt passt es nicht zu einem 4-Stern Hotel und ich werde das nächste Mal sicher eine Alternative wählen.

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage. Zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist vieles zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr nettes Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Die Zimmer haben leider keinen Safe und keinen kleinen Kühlschrank.

All in all excellent stay. Center location, fast wifi, stilish room, breakfast buffet with plenty of choices.

The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable. It is a little bit away from the train station but I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The bathroom is pretty small. If you mind tiny bathrooms, book a larger room. Some amenities were lacking such as a wash cloth and conditioner. Considering the price and design, I will stay again. As a bonus, there is an excellent Japanese restaurant which is kind of hidden from outside.

Good location, staff communication and hospitality were good (multilingual). Breakfast food variety and taste was good. However, heating not working, paint had a sharp edge just above pillow area and cause hand’s skin cut. Also the room styling was a bit childish.

今回シングルルームに泊まりました。女性1人には十分な広さでコンパクトにまとまっていて良かったです。冷蔵庫が部屋にないのでフロントの階にある共用の冷蔵庫を使う形です。夏でもそこまで暑くないので部屋に冷蔵庫がなくても不便ではありませんでした。チェックイン前もチェックアウト後も荷物を預けられました。スタッフの方もとても優しかったです。ヘルシンキ中央駅まで歩いていけて近くにスーパーマーケットもたくさんあり、トラムの駅もあるので立地も最高でした！朝食もとても美味しいです！外観も中のインテリアもオシャレでどこを撮っても素敵でした⭐︎

Very comfortable convenient hotel with friendly helpful staff. Each room has a kettle. In some rooms on the top floor (6th) the ventilation is noisy. Ask for a room with a digital air conditioning control.

Nice furniture, we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel.

We are visitors from England and this is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The breakfast was exceptional as were the friendly staff and service

They are very inflexible about check out times. Check out staff was rude and condescending.

スタッフの方が親切で、日本語を話せる方もいて、湯沸かし器の故障を伝えると迅速に対応してくれました。異例の冷夏で、朝晩冷えたので、ポータブルの暖房機器を貸していただきました。 朝食も、素晴らしく朝の始まりが最高になりました。交通の便も素晴らしく、何度でも滞在したいホテルです。

スタッフが大変親切で、英語の苦手な私にもわかるようにゆっくり話してくれました。６２３号室に宿泊しましたが、予約の時点で理解してたバスタブなし以外は、部屋も本当に快適でした。またseesのシャンプーとコンディショナーもアメニティーとして試用することができて、買い物の参考になりました。チェックアウト後も出発までスーツケースを預かってくれました。大変満足な滞在でした。

静かな立地、おいしい朝食と快適なベットとサウナ。どれもとても満足でした。 がひとつだけ残念な事が。 部屋で履くようにスリッパを持参してのですが、3日目の掃除のあとになくなっていてフロントに連絡したらハウスキーパーが帰ってしまったので明日聞いてみるからとの事。だがその後何の連絡もなかった。使用後は捨てて帰ろうと思っていたのでまあいいかとあきらめました。

フロントスタッフがとても親切でした。ありがとうございました。

Very short 1 night stay at the end of our extended Helsinki trip. Over the years having stayed in multiple hotels, this is hands down the best we have stayed in. Our room was massive with a extremely beautiful sauna. Very clean well decorated and even when leaving early for the airport they put together a breakfast bag and tea for our trip to the airport. Recommend this hotel this hotel to anybody wanting something a little more spacious with great service from the friendly staff.

Prima hotel dat redelijk centraal gelegen is in Helsinki (10 minuten loopafstand naar centraal station). Enigszins gedateerd, maar wel netjes en keurig onderhouden. Uitstekende, vriendelijke hotel staff.

ヘルシンキに泊まるのに、カンピまで徒歩5分程。トラム駅も5分弱と、立地は抜群。そして、アアルト好きにはたまらない内装♪施設自体は少し古さも見られますが、清潔に保たれてます。 スタッフの方はどなたも皆親切で、とても頼りになりました。朝食もフィンランド料理や定番の料理も揃い、とても満足でした。 フィンランドに行く時はまた必ず、ここに泊まりたいと思える、そんな素敵で頼もしい宿でした！ 色々お世話になり、ありがとうございました！ If you're staying in Helsinki, it's about a 5-minute walk from Kamppi. The tram station is also less than 5 minutes away, so the location is excellent. And the interior is irresistible for Aalto fans♪ The facility itself is a little old, but it is kept clean. All the staff were kind and very reliable. The breakfast was very satisfying, with a selection of Finnish and standard dishes. It was such a wonderful and reliable place to stay that I would definitely want to stay here again when I go to Finland! Thank you for all your help!

Great location, 5 min walking from central bus station and 10 min walking from rail station and center of Helsinki. Excellent breakfast, room is very clean with a nice view; teapot in the room which is important if you arrive late and not feeling going anywhere. Love this hotel also for a lower price and a great quality of everything. Will always stay there when visiting Helsinki.

朝食が美味しいと評判だったことやインテリアが素敵だとあったので予約しましたが、みなさんの口コミ通りでした。朝食はとっても美味しかったです。SNSで映えるテーブルがあって、そこは早く行かないと取れません。お部屋もエアコンが効いていて、今年のヘルシンキは猛暑だったため、とっても快適だったし、素敵なインテリアのお部屋でした。ドライヤー、ボディーシャンプーついてました。とてもお勧めです！また利用したいホテルです。

フロントスタッフの方々はとても気持ちの良い対応でした。 短い滞在だったので全体的に過不足はなかったですが、朝食は口コミの評判から想定していたよりも種類は多くなかったです。 また、荷物を預ける場所がただの個室のような感じで、鍵のかかるスーツケース以外にも置いていきたい荷物があったため、個別に鍵をかけたりできるロッカー等がなかったのは少々不安でした。 幸い荷物の取り違えなどはなく無事でしたが、荷物ルームのセキュリティだけは向上を願いたいと思いました。

All in all excellent stay. Center location, fast wifi, stilish room, breakfast buffet with plenty of choices.
