The reception part is in the old building but the rooms are in a newer building, so it does not have the same vibe at all, which was a little disappointing. There was some issues with the electrics in the room and abilities to control the lights (it was either all lights on or all lights off). Breakfast was nice and the rooms were turned over daily. There was a very loud party in the events room one night which disturbed our sleep as our room was the closest to the events space. Unlucky! We used the sauna which was really nice, recommend it!

Bem localizado, mas deixa um pouco a desejar no conforto. Um hotel deste nível deveria ter frigobar em todos os quartos. Em todos os hotéis em que fiquei na Finlândia, a sauna era incluída, aqui é à parte e nem tão boa quanto as anteriores. Para agravar, esqueci meu calção de banho na sauna e ela simplesmente não foi mais vista por mim. Ponto alto é o café da manhã, com itens bens variados.

Un bâtiment qui sort de l'ordinaire, situé à proximité de la gare centrale (a peine 10 min a pied), la situation est top car Helsinki n'est pas très grand finalement ce qu fait que l'hôtel est assez central. Les chambres sont top, propres et surtout trés calmes. Petit déjeuner parfait, trés variés, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Et le sauna, quoi de mieux pour finir la journée ? Bref top top top bon rapport qualité/prix en comparaison aux tarifs pratiqués en Finlande

The hotel was welcoming and very warm. The staff were professional and friendly. The room I was in was on a corner and had a lot of windows. It was comfortable and quiet. The hotel was split into two parts separated by a roadway into the carpark area. Traffic lights were present too. They have a bar but no restaurant. The breakfast room is on floor -1 and is pleasant and welcoming even if there are no windows. Excellent choice of food to enjoy. The hotel is located a short walk from the tram network and historic locations. I believe it had once been an educational establishment, and in fact one of my Finnish friends had taken a few classes there. He seemed full of reminiscence when he joined me for breakfast.

The service level of the stuff was rather bad. Me and my family had an issue with hotel cards, which weren’t working after the second day of our stay. We stayed there for 5 night all together. Also car parking was handled in rather poor way.

We went to Tallinn one day before our booking and they allowed us to store some of our luggages in the hotel, that was very nice of them. When we were back from the West Terminal, it was a good location for us to go back to the hotel in 15 mins in a cold night. I enjoyed the gym early in the morning, the hotel is kind of a maze but I just love the design. The breakfast was rarely opening from 8-12, it was fascinating for the late birds.

We had a great stay at GLO Hotel Art and would definitely return PROS: location, breakfast, staff, quiet, bedding, shower pressure, local artists featured, outdoor space, small bar, grocery store across the street CONS: room was a little dated; shower temp was hard to regulate and flooded the bathroom; had to pay €15 each to use the sauna!

Erstaunlich großes, verwinkeltes Hotel, leider an vielen Stellen mit Gepäck unpraktisch, z.B. wegen hoher Türschwellen. Zimmer vollkommmen okay, neuwertig, sauber. Frühstück ist gut, der Raum dafür ist relativ klein, daher ist es etwas beengt ubd laut. Leider funktioniert das Hosekeeping nicht, obwohl beim Check-In täglicher Service angegeben wurde, klappte das nur an einem.einzigen von 3 Tagen. Ärgerlich.

El hotel en si y la habitación no estaban nada cuidados. Con muchos desperfectos y un olor bastante fuerte a rancio en las alfombras. La alfombra de dentro de la habitación también olia y tenia unas manchas muy visibles. Las paredes de todo el hotel estaban muy rayadas. Tengo que decir que a parte de eso, la cama era muy cómoda y el desayuno bueníssimo, pero el estado del hotel y la limpieza no eran las adecuadas

I slept very poorly, the air conditioning is noisy and centralised so is on 24/7 with no capability to turn it off, only to change the temperature. The window can’t be open even a crack for fresh air. You have to ask the night before for your room to be cleaned. I asked in the morning and they said it would be done that day but then it wasn’t. The facilities were generally nice. Breakfast was extremely varied in the options available which was good. Service on reception was always exemplary and the staff forthcoming with suggestions and help.

Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Die Spülung des WCs hat gequietscht, Fenster konnten zum Lüften nicht gekippt werden, Staub auf allen Ablageflächen.

Nice hotel, comfortable, clean and great, central location. The rooms are quite small, but the layout and design is clever, so it works. Although I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays or for people who are looking for a 'base camp' where they want to spend some time (i.e some rooms don't have tables or chairs etc). But as an hotel for a weekend break to explore the city, it's perfect.

Trivelig betjening og fin beliggenhetet. Rommet var for trangt for 2 personer i 3 dager. Må legge kofferten i sengen for å åpne den. Det var ikke mulig å åpne vindu. Aircondition klarte ikke å få temperaturen under 24 grader.

A very good hotel in a desirable neighborhood. The breakfast is outstanding. My only complaint was that the thermostat in my room was not working. I complained twice, but nothing was done about it. Since the windows in my room could not be opened, it was too hot during the day.

Schönes Jugendstil Haupthaus, die Zimmer sind aber im Neben- oder Hintergebäude. Das einfache Doppelzimmer ist recht klein für zwei Personen, der Umlauf ums Bett hat etwa 25 cm. Leider lassen sich keine Fenster öffnen, was ein wenig zur Zellencharakteristik beiträgt. Frühstück im Keller ist ok, Lage auch.

Clean and cozy hotel in good location, 10mins walk to Kluuvi city center, 400m to bus/tram stops, good spread of breakfast, excellent service from the staff allowing complimentary early check in and late check out when they are able to do so. Highly recommend, we came back 3 times

The hotel lobby and cafeteria are in a beautiful castle-like building. The lodging was very nice, roomy and clean. The staff was very helpful and informative. The hotels location couldn't have been more perfect. A 5 minute walk to the Esplanade, 10 minutes to the central station, 11 minute walk to Oodi library, 10 minute walk to the outdoor market, Allas sea pool sauna and ferry's to Suomenlinna Fortress and other points in the archipelago. Amazing cafes and restaurants within minutes of the hotel. We had the breakfast included which was amazing. We will be staying here again for sure.

Une aile autour d’un escalier est décorée d’œuvres d’art (peintures, statues) illustrant la culture locale à travers des interprétations de la nature et des légendes. L’accueil est attentionné.
