Everything is good. I disappointed that the sauna was without cool bathtub.

The location isn’t fantastic, there are better places to stay for similar prices. The majority of staff seemed apathetic and unhappy - it was disheartening considering the price of the hotel to not even get a smile. The lighting situation is horrendous in the rooms, they are so complicated to figure out that a guide has had to be printed and included in the room. The lights and power in my room ceased to work after the first night (lights were stuck on and all PowerPoints were off) and nobody was available to able to come and look until the following day - thankfully I was able to move rooms instead of waiting. The bar is incredibly expensive, as is the wellness/spa area and services provided. Frankly my friends and I, who had paid significant amounts of money to stay at what we thought would be a nice hotel, left disappointed and refused to spend any extra money on additional services (such as breakfast, drinks, etc) and instead spent our money elsewhere. The aesthetic of the rooms is really nice, they are well styled and my room was cleaned well.

Great location with sauna and full breakfast

This is a nice hotel in a good location. I've stayed here 4 or 5 times and most likely will be back again. Offer to upgrade for 20€/night gave us huge balcony from 7th floor. It was definitely worth the money! On this visit we had some issues with cleaning. One day we left room around 10am with sing in the door handle requesting cleaning. We returned after 3pm and room hadn't been cleaned. In the end we didn't have cleaner visit the room at all. Mens sauna was also had shampoo and body wash containers either empty or broken. These are small things which should be quite easy to fix.

Good value for money, perfect central location, direct access to shopping centre. Bathrooms are a bit dated (it takes a while for the water to go down in the sink), and there was a weird smell… bathroom mirrors had makeup and fingerprint residue (and dust!) from previous guests. Otherwise perfect hotel, rooms on 4th floor towards Kamppi were quiet. 7th floor terrace is a wonderful spot to look at the sunset (no purchases required!)

Please stay away from this Hotel ( and in general all scanidc). The room are extremely cold and not properly heated. We stayed in Helsinki fron Jan 1 to 3, our room was freezing. The reception staff said they have a centralized heating system but it was actually not working? We requested an additional heater, but they olny had small ones definitively not enough, we suffer cold for 2 nights. Finally aftet check out, we find out that the storage luggage was unattended and we had to store our luggage at our own riesk.. this is ridiculous, I don't understand how is thas even possible.

God mat og god service, litt synd at baren var stengt og oppussing når vi var der, men sånn er det innimellom. Det er tredje gang jeg bruker det hotellet, alltid fornøyd når jeg er der.

Mycket professionell och trevlig personal. Frukosten är toppen (förutom sista timmen då det inte fylls på). Men hotellet behöver en uppfräschning. Småskräpigt i korridorerna, skräp som inte togs bort under tre dagar. Slarvigt städat i ett slitet rum med dålig ventilation.

Room was not acceptable for the price. The sink was clogged - it took 20 minutes to drain. Towels were thin. Bedding was substandard. Housekeeping woke me up at 8am to clean room and then never returned, so my room was never cleaned. Also, no phone in room so I have to get dressed to go to lobby to request something. Poor value

Our room faced the plaza and the lights from the billboards made sleeping difficult. The noise from wherever the music was coming from (I was on 4th floor) was disruptive. My dirty glassware was never removed from my room (I was there 8 days-and I mentioned it twice to the front desk).

交通位置十分便利，到火車站10分鐘到巴士站5分鐘，早餐食物豐富。唯一不好是清潔沒有很乾淨。有一天還沒有吸塵及給我們多一條毛巾。其餘一切很好，值得推薦來住。

I was shocked to realize that the room bed had 10 + hairs what never had happened me before. It was really disgusting to realize that most likely I slept in used bed sheets.

Great location. Room was nice. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of good vegan options and was tasty. It was a bit noisy from the tram outside and also there was construction inside the hotel. Otherwise enjoyable stay and would come back.

Vi kunde välja dusch istället för badkar och att få utsikt mot staden. Det var ett stort och fint rum med två separata sängar. Vilka sängar! De kunde styras med fjärrkontroll om man önskade att höja upp huvud-och/eller fotända. Exakt vad vi behövde för att få lite extra avkoppling.

Hotel is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants museums and train station. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable and there was too much noise from upstairs and neighboring rooms as well as from the city.

Scandic always delivers the expected. Works smooth as a clockwork. Only comment to fellow travellers is to try to avoid the rooms in facing the trams, they start early and can be quite noisy

This was an excellent hotel. The location was cery convenient. Also, it was very clean. The only minor issue was the air conditioner was not too cold.

Nice hotel, great location and good clean rooms. No usb in rooms so need plug adaptor.

The good: new, clean, quite with, a very comfortable bed, several different couches and a super AC and good wifi. This is a business sleepers hotel! Everything works! The location is prime, 5 minutes walk from the train station and 3 min from metro and local/regional busses. The elevator goes straight to the mall/metro/bus station Kamppi. The bad: Not much bad to say. The service is cool and professional but not personal. Its a bit uncozy even on the roof terrace. Breakfast is very ok but not fantastic. So there!

The hotel is convenient for the train station as well as walking distance to some interesting sites of Helsinki. Great staff throughout - check-in, bar, breakfast and chedk-out. Room was comfortable.

Location was ideally located near the Helsinki train station (if u know how to navigate the underground route) and surrounded by malls with tons of food options! Everything was originally perfect for me n hubby but was ruined thereafter. We left our luggages with the hotel for safekeeping during checkout and they were stored in a locked room. When we went back to the hotel to collect the luggages, we queued at the reception and requested for the hotel staff (male) to unlock the luggage room door for collection (it’s self service, door to open and I will have to go into the room to take my own luggage). The hotel staff responded with “yes I will open the door for you” and then walked away to a hidden room behind the hotel reception counter. We waited in front of the luggage room door for a few minutes and eventually realised that our request got ignored! We got to queue again for another staff to assist us with the unlocking of the luggage room and it’s then, I found out that all the staff need to do is to PRESS ON ONE BUTTON THAT IS LOCATED RIGHT AT THE COUNTER. The first hotel staff could have just pressed on it but he chose not to and walk away. Where did customer service go? Most of the staffs are considered nice. Extra credits to ladies serving breakfast at the restaurants. Always so prompt and helpful. The breakfast variety doesn’t change everyday but it’s still yummy! Recommended since food is nice and location is good but just pray that you don’t meet moody staffs.

Terrible service at reception for check in and the whole stay - 2 staff and one always doing something else. Totally acceptable waits. You have your FOH crewing massively wrong ! Room temp too high and ancient air system. Shockingly lumpy bumpy man-made material pillows made the most uncomfortable sleep- sweating and discomfort

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the train station, the port and main attractions all in walking distance. There were lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean. Good air con and a safety deposit box provided. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic as the food seemed fresh and there was so much choice. Overall, great stay and highly recommend.

The front desk did not recognize my late check-in and it was treated as a cancellation. I recommend bringing your own hair dryer as it is dirty. Location is very good.

The location of the hotel is so good. Direct connection to Kamppi shopping center and the central bus station. The hotel staff was very good.

Friendly and helpful staff

Location great, hotel clean Staff shortage noticeable especially in reception area, having to queue on arrival and departure. As having staid many times in the past, I was disappointed this time that it did not measure up to the previous standard.

Great modern hotel close to Helsinki Central Station. Only about a 5-6 minute walk. Lots of things and dining options around. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has direct access ( by private elevator) to the metro, bus, etc as well as to a shopping center. The neighborhood is nice. The breakfast was good. Everything was great.

We have stayed at this property on multiple occasions and will continue to do so. The staff is attentive and friendly, the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items to choose from, the location is great, and the rooms are neat and clean. You can walk to/from the main railway station, major shopping areas, and numerous dining options. The direct access via elevator to the Metro station and shopping mall - which includes a large grocery store - is a major plus.
